I accompanied my girlfriend while she had to put her dog of 15 years to sleep, that staff are very professional, caring and respectful. They guide you through the process explaining all options clearly, the quality and selection of urns was top notch, even the tissue paper her paw print was wrapped in had cute little paws on it, very detailed very personal service.

Just switched from another local vet on little and old 54 area who misdiagnosed my pets illness for years. Two visits later and I received a correct and effective diagnosis. Amazing!!

My beagle was having an allergic reaction to some type of bite or sting. I called at 8am and the team at Trinity Oaks Pet Wellness Center was able to get me in because of the emergency straight away. They have always been unbelievably amazing and I will always be returning no matter how far away the drive may be. Thank you so much Dr. Watson and the entire team!!!!

My dog and I both love this place. Vets are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Boarding services are top rate. My dog actually likes going here for boarding or medical matters (and he's very hard to please sometimes).

When meeting our furbaby, the vet was very nice, but don't talk down to the pet parent. I thought I was being too sensitive, but talking to other pet parents, they told me I was not off how I perceived the way I was spoken on the first visit. I have never had a furbaby before and everything is new to me and to our pup. As a new pet parent there are things we don't know, so we ask. There are also things we don't know to ask. It would be great if a checklist was given to help us that explained everything from the who, what, where, when, why, and how. The other thing, when an email is sent out, I shouldn't have to send another email requesting a response. Sometimes there were a couple of email and/or a phone call to follow through with an answer. The correspondence should be within 24, if not 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). I'm happy our pet was treated with TLC, but the pet parent wants to do their best for their furbaby and are anxious. It may be another day at the office (clinic), but for us...our furbaby is not just pet, they're a family member. There was no inquiry as to what food our pup was eating, how much or how often. We merely are going on what our breeder advised us. Puppies grow, as do their needs. We chose to keep our pup on the same dog food the breeder recommended. As luck would have it, one of my Dr's has the same dog breed and has been recommending what to feed her, the amount, and how often. There was no discussion about micro-chipping our pup either. Was our pup in the good range for weight, height, and growth? Any suggestions for new pet parents on crate training, potty training, puppy training? Are there any names of trainers or groomers we could seek out? All these things would be quite helpful. Research is fine, but we rather hear from the expert attending to our pet. Otherwise there is a plethora of info out there that is too cumbersome to sift through to make an informed decision. We only want what's best for our furpup. The first impression is quite an indelible one and there's no second chance. Out of hope...I followed through from the first visit and kept the appointment. The second visit was pretty much the same from the first visit. Please talk to the pet parents with care, compassion, and understanding. Again...we only want what's best for them.

I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone in need of a vet. The compassion and care we received for our ‘super senior cat’ was exemplary. All of the staff listened to our concerns and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I must have called them 5 times in one day and each call was handled extremely professionally. They reassured us and guided us in times of doubt and shared some of their own stories as well to help provide support. I’d give them 100 stars if I could, overall a lovely experience!

The entire staff, hands down, was the most compassionate and loving group of people I've ever experienced at vet. I never once felt rushed and they listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend this veterinary office to anyone and everyone! So caring and kind!

If you are looking for a vet for your furry family member, keep looking. We brought our brand new puppy there 2 days after we brought him home. At first, things were going well. Then our pup tested for parasites and had to take meds. Ever since taking the meds he had issues with his stool. Every time I followed up (more than 3 times) I was given some other med to give him, then a probiotic (twice) even after telling them it made it worse, and then their RX food for adults and he is only 6 months old which he hated and wouldn’t eat, thus more money wasted. Here we are months later and his stool is still an issue but I have stopped asking them about it since I will just be told to buy another med that won’t help fix the issue. Today was the last straw. We took him in for a nail clip and he started barking when he saw all the other dogs there and he was scared. Did I mention he is 6 months old? Well, when the tech handed him back to me after his nail clip she also handed me a business card for professional dog training. I found this to be completely inappropriate and rude and I was completely embarrassed. If I asked for it that would be different but I didn’t. I have already found another vet who is highly recommended and I cannot wait to take him there. This establishment is all about the bottom line, not the well being of your pet. I would recommend you think twice before settling on this vet for your furry family member.
