I have been there twice now and it's refreshing how great all the staff are and the vet was outstanding! Pricing seemed to be extremely reasonable too.

Nice people clean place waiting time is short overall good... Some prices pretty high like blood work and surgery or rate would be 5

Staff were all professional, polite & caring. Nice facility.

First time here; switched from another local vet. Very friendly and caring staff. Took our two cats in for required shots and claw trimming. Our 14 year old cat appeared upset, so they gave me a mild sedative to give her before trying to do the claw-trimming again.

Visiting from up north, we had to put our cat to rest while here. Extremely compassionate, helpful, loving and kind people from the front desk to the vet herself. ❤

We are new patients (well, the cat) and have only been seen once. However, so far I am beyond pleased! Great care provided by Ashtyn and Dr. Twilla and I appreciated that the front-desk staff were able to get us in on very short notice (saving us from a 2nd visit to the ER in under five weeks). We also received a follow-up call the next day to see how the kitty was doing. Thank you!

Nice, clean, professional practice. Although busy they are conscientious of you and take good care of the animals.

Figured i’ld give them a second chance. Now I know they are by far the worst vet I have been too thus far . Made an appointment for my German Shepherds’ ear infection, also notice her stomach was sagging. Wasn’t sure if she was pregnant or if it was a side effects from her going into heat. Had the doctors take a look and with there up most reassurance . They said she was not . No suggestion for ultrasound nothing . That very night she had puppies . If that doesn’t say everything I need to know about this ridiculous establishment then I don’t know what else it would take . Everyone I’ve mentioned this to says the same thing , “I would look for a different vet if I where you”. Definitely am . Also word of advice to owner. I read most reviews bad and good, when you address a bad review stop diverting the problem to quote on quote “ your low prices “ Saving money does not compensate for bad services. Plus you only save 10$ on office visits . Haha the appointment was made under Nicole Hartley . Maybe that’s why people who comment can’t be seen in your records because most have spouses with different names . Not because they have locations mixed up.

Very Nice staff, cost friendly, and excellent doctors.

I brought in a kitten I found hiding under my car and it had a cold. We were seen by a vet tech and Dr. Pragono who diagnosed the kitty. I was given medicine and we discussed the kitten's care. Everyone I encountered was really friendly, but I had to ask everyone their name since no one wore name tags, that's the only reason why I withheld the 5th star. Please introduce yourself until clients know you, I'm a friendly person who likes to know who I'm dealing with. I would definitely recommend this veterinary hospital.

I had an appointment specifically to treat 1 of my new dogs that is having a serious allergy attack. I get there everything is fine mind you I have 3 dogs with me no one offers assistance I have to go to the car get all 3dogs by myself which is fine no problem .otop of everything else I get back there start talking to the lady and she tells me oh yeah by the way let me make sure that we have what You came for she comes back to the Room to tell me that they do not have the injection I came for. What kind of business is this. How do you not ensure that you have the proper tools to take care of the animal at its appointment that was scheduled that I took off of work for. Basically No kind of sympathy no trying to fix the issue basically just coming in to provide the other services other services that I originally didn't come for I just figured why not spend my money here and get everything done at the same time which this appointment was going to cost me almost $600 there's nothing you could do for me. On top of everything else I asked to speak to the manager and she never came out basically I just walked out without nothing. Do not take your animals here do not they will totally ignore you and all they want is money because they did not care about my dog not one bit my poor dog that is bleeding thank you for such great not service.

Anytime and every time I go the ladies in the Front are always pleasant and professionals. Becky, Taylor and Maura are very professional and engaging. Dr Banks, Dr Pagano and Dr T are very knowledgeable!! My pets have been going there since they opened in 2017. And they are reasonably priced.

Dr. Banks was thorough and did a great job of explaining our options for treatment.

Very pleasant employees, Vet Tech Mackenzie and Doctor Pagono were excellent.

I am definitely disappointed, because they stopped the tnvr program. I use to bring feral cats and they were amazing. I love the place.

Dr. Tony & McKenzee were fantastic. My greulyhound is usually very reserved, but have done extremely well with them two.

Where do I start...Dr. Banks, Lori, Lynn, Stacey, Kirsten, Elizabeth, Mark, Dr. Supow, Tori,...and a few that have moved on. Dr. Twilla, Dr. Pagano, Mackenzie, Chelsea and Taylor...there are a few that I don't know their names yet and I'm sorry if I didn't get everyone but we have had nothing but love from this practice. I have personal pups, Broken Wiener Refuge (my non-profit) and Low Rider Dashchund Rescue fosters....18 in all. They will all be in at some point. Dr. Banks has been through some of the worst times of my life with my precious angels and has been kind, compassionate and honest. Stacey is the holder of the bat phone and I am so grateful to her!!!! She is so special to me and to Daisy and our whole pack. She is kindness in human form and we LOVE her. The fact that we take only special needs babies-IVDD and some clinical issues we will always need to have a strong relationship with our Veterinary provider and the TEAM of people that facilitate their care. I feel so cared for when we come in...we are partners in the care of these very special babies. When we have a tragedy my feelings are honored and it is so clear that the loss is felt with the Doctors and Team that care for us. Along with the sad we have so many celebrations as well...several of the babies are now able to walk and some have even regained potty functions. Words are not adequate to describe the level of appreciation I have for this TEAM. I am grateful and have a deep respect for the professionalism, knowledge and care that they give each pet and human. THANK YOU all for being there....I recommend you all the time because I believe in you.

When Delilah and I go to pet first. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Delilah loves going to see her dr. Wish all veterinarians were as accommodating as pet first is. Not to mention affordable.

Dr. Pagano and her assistants were friendly, professional, and caring. We felt like our fur babies were in excellent hands.

They have taken good care of our pets and kindly follow up to see how they're doing.

Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Banks is attentive and patient with our dogs Laceymae and Cooper.

Everyone at the clinic was so sweet and pleasant, and it's obvious that my cat got excellent care during her spay. I'm so glad you're in the neighborhood, too: very convenient. I'll be back!

I have had animals for over 50 years. I have had many, many vets. Rarely do I come across such a caring, patient and accommodating group of people as I have with Pet First. Their name says it all. The pets are first. I recently had an emergency with my oldest dog. HE’S 13 so things happen. This time it was an ulcerated eye. Not only did they see him the same day (my previous vet told me I had to wait 2 weeks for a what turned out to be a broken leg) they treated him with such kindness. I can’t say enough about them. Add to that the reasonable cost for service, and it’s a win, win!
