This place has to be the worst. Ive been here three times, being a new mom to a baby morkie, this is the worst experience. I had an appt at 530. They called the day before to confirm the time and when i arrived there 5-6 minutes late, the girl at the front instead of asking me if i needed help continued doing writing on the board! She then came and asked, i told her about my appt and quickly said i couldnt be seen cause my puppy was a new patient and 530 was not enough time. Then left me there for over 20 minutes after i had requested to speak to someone else or the dr. She was just nasty. Telling im late and she leaves me there waiting. I would never go there again!!!

Very kind, experienced and trustworthy group as it was time to bring my little boy and end his agony. Extremely difficult thing to have to do, yet the most humane. They were so gentle with my little Bobby.. and let me spend as much time as I needed holding him in my arms????????❤️????

We have been with Banfield for 17 years been paying their insurance for my two dogs when my one dog started sneezing and blood came out they would not see her told me to take her to a emergency vet that they don't do emergencies all this time been paying all this money and not there when you need them took her to a vet and they gave her some antibiotic and she's fine cost me $150 more

We had a great experience with Dr. Holmes. He really spent time with us talking to us and going over all options for treatment. This was the first time we saw him, but we could tell that he took the time to look over our dogs records to become familiar with everything she’s had done over the years.

So, I made appointments for my 2 pups, Thor & Loki. I booked everything online without checking the place out etc. A few days prior to their appointment I started reading the reviews. I was nervous to be honest because they weren’t very good, however, still decided to give it a try. I can only compliment this particular office and staff! EVERYONE was SO nice, SO helpful and SO great to my pups! Dr.Brammer was wonderful! I truly couldn’t be happier and we will continue to take them to see her! Thank you for the extra adorable care you gave my Asgardians !!:)

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and the Doctors at this location. Dr. Ditson has been so awesome in the care of my dog. She takes the time to go over the plan of care and to answer all my questions when unexpected hiccups arise; She has been nothing short of empathetic and trustworthy. I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names of the staff members whom have I have dealt with, but they have all been so helpful and kind. They definitely deserve a raise ;)

It's unfortunate that due to the condescending, rude and arrogant staff that this practice may suffer bad reviews, the Vet herself was kind and informative. In many instances patients leave due to staff even if the Doctor is fantastic. Let this be an opportunity to understand and realize how you make people feel and maybe have SOME of the staff retrained in customer service, kindness, compassion and professionalism.

We rescued a one-year-old great Dane. For some reason he hates men. The vet's office is the one that figured that out. They work very well with him knowing that he's afraid and feels threatened when a male walks into the room. They now only have females work with him and he does amazing.

Worst Pet Hospital Ever! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff is rude and unorganized! They just take your money and they don't care to treat your pet properly. If you have a question or concern, they just hang up on you, or will not give call back even when asked. When asked to speak with the manager, the manager is always unavailable or out the office. If you are an animal lover or care for your pet, do not take your pet here, these people don't care about your pets.

Great staff! They were extremely helpful and getting the puppy coverage plans are very worth it if you have a puppy.

I'm updating this review for the Trinity Location after going with a more experienced location for 6 months now. The review is pretty much the same but more in depth now. Let me start with the star rating. I rate it 1 star, even 0 star if that was possible. The staff here are rude and do not care about the wellbeing of your pets. For example, there was an emergency surgery going on. I did not mind because an emergency is an emergency. However, how they handled the situation I DO MIND. I have two cats. As y'all pet owners know, cats when away from home can get really stressed. During this an emergency situation, they were left in a cage. Which is normal, yes. But how long they were is insane. 5 hours. No joke 5 hours. I called the office to attempt to pick them up and reschedule. Many attempts there was no answer. And when I did get an answer they told me there was no available appointments for another 2 weeks. These cats needed their appointment. I couldn't wait 2 weeks. So I left them there. Which I regret. The cats were in a Cage for 5 hours. Completely unnecessarily stressed. And when they got my male cat out of the cage, my normally sweet cat was upset. He had hissed at them. If I were a cat I would too after being put in a Cage for 5 hours. When I picked them up they had the audacity to call my cat aggressive. They refused to see him without me there. These cats are my emotional support animals due to me being in and out of the hospital. I should be able to drop off my cats to go to the hospital for an appointment. And I do not appreciate you guys labeling my stressed cat as aggressive. I also do not appreciate you comparing my two cats. Saying how they wished Jinxy was more like Molly. The best decision I ever did was switching my cats to the Palm Harbor location 6 months ago. The difference between the two is night and day. There was an another emergency situation. And they let me reschedule despite them being booked. And they understand that cats can get stressed. And do not call them aggressive if they act up out of fear or stress. They treat my cats like they are their own pets. Try to make any situation stress free. They call you even when your pet is still in clinic to update you. They consider your pets as family. Unlike this Trinity location. This Trinity location just thinks of your pet as a costumer. Now let us continue with problems with the Trinity Location. I was a pet owner at the Palm Harbor clinic and made a new plan. I needed to go back to the Trinity location to delete the old plan. It was financially tough that month. I couldn't afford to drive to the Palm Harbor location. The people here told me they would handle it. Later I found out they set my pet as given away instead of contacting customer support to delete the plan. So whenever I went back to the Palm Harbor location. They thought I had gave up Molly. How dare you guys? How dare you. Anyways. I'm begging you pet owners. Just drive. Drive to the Palm Harbor location. Don't go here if you think of your pets as family.

After calling to ask a question and wanted to know what the cost may be for my cat to be checked for a thyroid issue and I stated I’d have to schedule later because I didn’t have the amount in hand they rudely cold heartedly told me take her to shelter they can care for her better which EXCUSE ME what vet would say that I don’t recommend this place because clearly they don’t care about the animal only the money!

Went and used the free check up appt. only to have them want to charge ridiculously prices. Since we didnt have that kind of money and said no they turned rude and belittling. Never coming here again!

Got our puppy Wilma on puppy plan. Today we dropped her off to be fixed. My wife opted to get micro chip for 35 dollars. I went to pick her up and they charged me 91 dollars. They charged for a cone and 2 medications that we were not told about. We did this with our other labs and didn't have to pay extra and no cone of shame. We also have a 3 year old lab that we rescued and when she was fixed she didn't have cone or pain killers for 7 days. I feel we were misled and my puppy is going to go though hell for the next 7 days for no good reason. On another note I think they are up selling things like cones and scripts our other dogs didn't have any of this

TERRIBLE ON EVERY LEVEL. WE ARE ONCE AGAIN GOING OUT OF OUR WAY FROM OUR NEW HOME IN TRINITY TO TAKE OUR PUPS TO BANFIELD COUNTRYSIDE, THE LOCATION WE USED TO FREQUENT WHEN WE LIVED IN THAT AREA,TO SEE ONE OF EITHER OF OUR FAVORITE VETS, BARBOSA OR BEDFORD. ITS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY BETWEEN THE 2 LOCATIONS. WAKE UP BANFIELD TRINITY AND TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM COUNTRYSIDE'S OPERATION.

Staff is useless, my vet called in a med to this vet, which my vet is out. This “pet hospital” refused to sell me the medication without bringing my dog to them for an exam. Even with my vets prescription. Thanks for nothing. They don’t value your time.
