Our pet stayed at the hotel. They bathed him and trimmed the nails. They were very nice and sweet.

Good pet store. I have a rabbit and needed to pick up food. Not much in small animal section but I was able to purchase what I needed. They had different animals to adopt that my grandson liked looking at. Nice staff. Clean store. Grooming and adoption services too.

PetSmart is a place that you can go in and actually look at different types of pets lots of items for your own pet if you're looking to adopt a pet they have pet adoption days which is usually cats however you could call about when they have dogs or others as some of the animals they have are ferrets birds fish cats hamsters guinea pigs rabbits one stop one shopping place

We go in periodically to supplement our cat and dog food. Has a good selection of foods, treats, toys and "extras" for pets. Store is clean and staff very pleasant. Just made appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed, they were able to get her in quickly that day. The staff I interacted with at the grooming area were helpful, and seemed to enjoy the dogs.

It ok. If walmart sold royal canin, I'd go there in a second. Getting pricy. Dog beds medium sized here $25, Walmart $5.

I had to update my review based on my last experience. I walked in asking for some help, and the older lady at the cash register just sat there. I asked if she could look up my purchase history and she said no, come to find out she could have and saved me a trip to Lady Lake. I went to the store in Lady Lake and the staff there was extremely helpful. The woman who helped me there was actually multi tasking and helping 2 other people at the same time, where as the woman off 466 didn't want to get off her duff.

They had what I needed at a fair price. I have purchased Advantage II at a large big box store and it had little to no effect When I but Advantage II at petsmart it seems to work well and My five cats are for the most part flea free. I suspect that there is a bit of counter fitting or Grey market Advantage II being sold to unsuspecting customers. I can this of no other reason why Advantage II PURCHASED AT Petsmart WORKS WELL AND SOME BIG BOX STORES ADVANTAGE II DONT HAVE ANY RESULTS. I PURCHASED THE SIX PACK FOR LARGE CATS FOR $58.00 ON SALE AT PETSMART. GOOD DEAL !

This location never bothered to put my grooming appointment in their books. I drove 30 minutes to have my dog groomed and apparently someone forgot to put my appointment in. Instead of fixing the situation they basically didn’t care. The employees boss I talked to wouldn’t even come out to talk to me and fix the situation.
