We were first time clients, my dog was in distress and they were busy and short staffed, but they told us to come in immediately and they diagnosed the problem and appropriately meditated him. They were wonderful, unlike the vets on Pinellas Bayway, who used to be my dog's vet...

The vets & their staff here are skilled & wise & kind. They will treat your pets & you as well or better than any practice around!

The office still does curb side, owners not allowed in with their pets. There are ways to do this so the owner can accompany their pet. IMHO

My cat was in pain with a uraniary infection. The staff listen well, offered professional care and treatment. Excellent care!

Very happy with the Dr.'s here. Take my dog here all the time. They are always friendly, helpful, quick and on time. It doesn't hurt that my dog likes going here!

Dr. Masters and Dr. Moto are awesome! We had some issues finding a good vet when we moved here, till a friend referred Dr. Masters. So thrilled with them, even after we moved to Wesley Chapel, I still continue driving an hour plus to bring my boys (3 dogs) to see THIS vet. Top notch!!!

We absolutely LOVE Dr Masters!! He totally cares about the well being for all pets big and small. The staff is wonderful too, everyone is always so sincere and friendly!

I was amazed at how Dr. Masters and his team handled my dog being sick, as well as effectively communicating with me while COVID-19 safe at home orders were in place. My dog's 2 regular vets were open (we travel between Dunedin and further north), yet neither were able to see her that day. I am so extremely grateful to everyone at Main Street Animal Hospital for taking my concerns seriously and squeezing us in! Dr. Master's will be our new vet!

I couldn’t even begin to say enough about Main Street Animal Hospital! They went above and beyond for us from day one! We had a French bulldog who unfortunately had a whole lot wrong with him that even surgery couldn’t help, which lead to a short lived year and a half of life for him. In the time that we had him they were the greatest help in every way. When he passed I called them and brought him there. They took care of everything with no stress to us, they sent us a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, a sympathy card, and when we got his ashes and paw print back everything was done beautifully! I wish I could just hug the whole staff! When the time comes for us to have another dog, if we decide to, I won’t go anywhere else but here! Thank you to the doctors and all of the wonderful staff for everything you have done for Archie and for us!

Dr Masters was very efficient and listened to my concerns even after having ER notes. My fur baby Abbey was in ER, in pain, not eating and through the assessment of dr masters she received cortisone injection and antibiotic injection. Later that same night, jumped up onto bed, eating, followed by #1 & #2. He was able to do what previous vet could not. Just because one medication works for some, doesn't mean it works for all. I will be forever grateful to dr masters, staff and scheduling to het her in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND????

Dr. Mota and the vet tech were wonderful with our pup. She really took her time with us and was extremely thorough. Everyone in the office was so sweet and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for your fur babies ????????

Well let me Say,This Animal hospital and clinic is the best! They all have a heart ???? and love every dearest pet with compassion, They were so Nice to my soul "Comet" @ her final hours,She lived for 16 years & it broke my heart to see her go to the rainbow bridge.It now has taken me 3 years to get,a adoption puppy'Miss ???? Halo.And Miss little Hellon,they put up with as a puppy and take very well care of her needs and up dated shots,etc..never seen a dog to be happy to go to her vet & staff.Thank you all for your dedication to our 4 legged family members, Halo thanks you too ????????

Today, for the first time, I had an appointment with a vet whose every action took into account just how much we love our pets. From the kind check in staff, to the impossibly kind and knowledgeable vet techs (samantha I believe); everything about this appointment was 5 stars. Dr. Masters and his staff didn’t make anything feel rushed; he took his time thoroughly addressing every question and concern that I had. Though they were abundant, he didn’t hesitate to give me the most satisfactory explanation he could possibly provide. On top of this, Dr. Masters noticed a heart murmur that no other vet has ever mentioned in my five years of pet ownership. If your looking for a new vet you won’t find anyone better than Dr. Masters & staff!

I love bringing my dog and my cat to Doctor Masters at Main Street Animal Hospital. Dr. Masters is so caring and compassionate , and he is very attentive to our furry buddies' needs. I highly recommend Main Street to anyone who is looking for a new vet :-)
