The doctor very attentive to our girl

They were so nice. My Vet had COVID and I needed to get my girl in to see a Vet. I called many places and they were not at all accommodating. Very in helpful. Colony Plaza Animal Hospital staff were kind and understanding . I work and they got me in at a time that worked with my schedule. I loved the place! Very comfortable and the Veg and his assistant were great. I have decided to switch Vets due to the kindness and service that I received! I had been going to my other Vet for Over two years. Dr was nice and called on major daily

So far the only thing I’m not pleased with, is the need to get in at an unexpected time, it’s proved difficult. My Schnauzer has Cushions Disease, and we decided to start using Colony Plaza Vet. I can ride him in the golf cart there when he gets sick. My husband still works and uses our only car. I called once and they charged me $105 emergency visit. Today, I would have to drop him off and they would see him between patients. Dropping him off won’t work for us. So I called my old vet in Bushnell and as busy as they were, they worked me right in today. Everything almost $500. He had to start a lifetime medication.

Dr Drum takes great care of our pets.

Dr. Drum is the nicest, most understanding, compassionate, friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely patient veterinarian we have encountered through our life and years with pets. His personality is outstanding as he shows so much concern for the animals where he is the best in his field.

Knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff.

Just had a horrible experience. We had taken our english bulldog to this location to have cherry eye fixed. We told the clinic that we did not want her glands removed. We expressed this in the consolation. was told they do not remove the glands. So the next day I get a phone call from a very rude dr. Saying that he removed the glands without permission and then hangs up on me. He has butchered my dogs eye. We are so disappointed.

Won't take dogs back for numerous reasons

I have taken my pets there, as well as any that my company may have brought with them. The front desk ladies as well as the vets, technicians and groomer are always pleasant and helpful.

Vet is awesome , provides great follow up, and devised realistic treatment plan. Office staff is gorgeous and provides great customer service.

Take great care of my 2 pups. Most of the desk staff recognize my pups when we enter and call them and myself by name. Dr Drum did surgery on my poodle to remove a large lump which turned out to be cancer. Dr Drum called as soon as surgery was over and explained everything to me. When the pathology report came back he called again and explained all my options for treatment for my pup.That was almost 1 1/2 yrs ago. My boy is still with me at 14yrs old. Now he suffer from ailments that can come with age. Lately we have been seeing Dr Wagner in the same practice. He is also wonderful. Very kind and informative. Many times he has called me checking up how my pup is doing after a procedure or change of meds. He did a dental on my yorkie today and called when procedure was done to let me know he was ok and what he found. I can't recommend them highly enough. My only criticism is they don't have emergency care when they are closed. All office staff and vets aare wonderful. I recommend them very highly. You will not be disappointed.

I took my sweet boy Teddie into the office an met Dr Wagner for the first time, teddie was groomed today an the gal who grooms him showed me a very strange” red sore on his bottom rt lip an felt I needed to have it checked out by my VET I immediately called the office an was told “‘sure can you get here for 10:30’an we did I WAS SO IMPRESSED with DR WAGNER as I had never met him an only ever seen DR DRUM he showed me great concern an did the usual thing I would have expected ( having worked myself for many yrs for a VET in Conn. ) I Have an will continue to believe that my furbabies get the best care at this office from the front desk, DRS an ck out!! Teddie will be getting his usual teeth cleaning in 2 wks an at that time this ? sore will be removed for further biopsy an we will go from there ????❤️I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR COLONY ANIMAL CLINIC AN we all know these furbabies are our kids an how much we love an care about them THANK YOU AGAIN for being there when I need you GOD BLESS YOU ALL AT THE OFFICE a very grateful pet owner DOROTHY FELDMAN (TEDDIE AN TOBY too) ❤️????????

C&MA District Conference 2019 Connect Collaborate Conquer Coach

We have 2 pups that had diarrhea issues on this Holiday weekend, in addition to dealing with a Major Hurricane threat. Colony Animal Hospital was kind enough to assist us immediately and our “girls” are on the mend ! Can’t thank them enough!! 5 ???????????????????? Facility !!!!

All the staff are very friendly and the Dr was awesome. My dog needed surgery and they were wonderful and very caring through the whole ordeal. I would recommend definitely them.
