Dr. Ali Fritz has been fabulous! Compassionate, knowledgeable and informative. She has been working with us for a couple of months helping with our beloved Lab. Information has been informative and results wonderful. Thank you so much!

The wait time was almost an hour but the staff is very nice and the vets seem to be very competent.

Very nice and attentive very pricey

For the past 21 years we've taken all our babies, dogs and now cat for annual exams, shots and any health problems. Staff is friendly, professional and caring. And e v e r y vet we've seen if Dr Bishop is off, has been wonderful and very good with the animals. Excellent care.

My dog was injured in an accident. Was treated at urgent pet and needed to be seen on day 3 or 4. Since we are new to area we had no vet. Called numerous vets none could get her in. Country Oaks not only worked her but treated her great. My dog loves going to see the office staff. They will be my vet.

I have been going to country Oaks for seven years. I have two dogs and two cats. They have seen at least 10 different vets in these years. Now my dogs have health issues that should have been addressed. You’re the vet you tell me if you think that growth should have been removed. Now both my dogs are almost handicapped from these growths that should’ve been removed in the very beginning but I wasn’t advised that. Very different from the vet we had in the Redlands. She really cared and we always saw her and nobody else. I’m brokenhearted because I think I’m going to lose one dog soon.

Very caring staff and vets. My whole family has been using this Veterinarian for close to 20 years. They have taken care my pets from puppies to end of life, always caring and sympathetic.

Everyone there was tremendous during my recent visit. I want to buy the whole office lunch.

Brought my two Chihuahuas for "porch visits" to Dr Ramirez. She was very knowledgeable & caring. Would definitely return & highly recommend her to other pet owners. Staff was wonderful also.

They accommodated me for emergency visit. I didn't wait long in parking lot. My concerns about Tommy ( 4yr. old cavalier) were addressed by Dr. Fritz and Holly. Medication given me. Very nice employees. Country Oaks has been a great vet under Dr. RAMIREZ leadership for 8 yrs. for us. All the employees Super!. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, very helpful in giving us direction on our current path for our Golden who has renal issues.

Our pup somehow had a toenail rip out of her paw. Country Oaks made room in their busy schedule to see her and helped our little one get the care and medications needed for a full recovery. Awesome Vet clinic!! Thank you Dr. Bishop and staff.
