I am from Virginia and this is my baby Chloe, she went into cardiac arrest and Dr Merritt and her staff jumped into action and went beyond to try to save her life! They were determined to do what ever necessary! Their love and caring kept her alive for 8 hours and I got to spend that time with her and she knew we were all fighting for her! Unfortunately after a long fight she couldn’t fight anymore. I am so very thankful for all the work Dr Merritt and her team did for Chloe, they gave me time to say goodbye! Rhonda Stainback

Good Care, Clean, Friendly, Reasonably priced

This review is mainly for the customer service. The young lady I just spoke to on the phone had an attitude when I asked her prices for care of my bird. Maybe be a bit nicer to people who call inquiring for future services. This is the only avian vet close to me and now I won’t be going there. No one wants to go to a place that has rude receptionists.

Great avian vet with prompt service and care for your parrot

With Covid all businesses were challenged! You needed patience to get your pet inside this clinic. The care was top notch and my dog is getting better. I had the lady Vet and she was thorough. The Vet Tech was great as were the up front people. A four is warranted because I did not see any signs of an exam table or any area in the room sanitized, nor did it smell sanitized after the last pet was there. If corrected and cleaned up I would give it a five.

They are my regular vet office. Doctors rotate so you don't really know who you'll get but their all great. They explain everything they do and support staff ate nice as well. However hard to get in right now but I found thats everywhere

Good staff and doctors. Very attentive to your pet's need.

Doing curbside now which is appropriate. Dr. Merrit is a great vet and wonderful surgeon. Sometimes you wait a bit but her care is worth the wait. Also staff is wonderful and very patient with pets and their people.

Taking great care of my cats , love that they only charge for shots when a vet tech administers the care. Great people took me four vets to find these people... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have used Dr. Merritt for the last 14yrs, we would never go anywhere else. The staff is absolutely the best.

The technicians are very wonderful with the animals and they're very polite to the humans as well. The doctors are well educated and the animals really like them I've never once had a bad experience and all the years I've been going there.
