Took my pooch in as she wasn’t feeling well. They were able to squeeze us in. Dr. Krause was pleasant and didn’t try to force unnecessary tests and procedures.

Front desk friendly from the start of our visit and we were very happy with the entire staff. Dr Krause is easy to talk to and answered all our questions, never rushed us. Excellent service overall and we are very happy to have Dr Krause looking after the health of our dog.

This was my dogs first visit to a vets office. She was extremely stressed and acting out but the staff was extremely helpful and patient. I will be using them in the future for both dogs and my cat.

Highly recommend Dr Alan Krause at Faithful Companion Vet!! After almost 17 years with my sweet kitty who was a very faithful companion, I had to make the hardest decision ever to let her go. Dr Krause was so compassionate through the entire experience. Never rushing me and helping calm my sweet girl. He even shared scripture with me giving me even greater comfort as I am a Christian and all these things helped me through this process. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Wonderful and caring Veterinary Services and Staff. Concerned on the animals wellbeing. They went out of their way on many many occasions. I would not trust anyone else with my fur babies. Thank you Faithful Companion Veterinary Services... very professional and caring.

The compassion of this whole office is incomparable to any other. Even sending cards and phone calls checking on the well being on my pet offer visit. The prices are unbeatable and both times I have had an emergency I was fit right in, even on a Friday after. They will forever have my business and referrals.

I took my baby here knowing she was sick and ready to go and they ended up saying oh let’s do an IV cleanse for kidney failure and send you home with medication and come back in four days. Ended up spending $800 dollars and when I called to make her follow up they then wanted to charge me for the visit and more blood work which came out to being almost $250. After being in there three days ago and spending $800 and them wanting to charge me more just shows they’re in it for the money and nothing else. Disappointed, I will be putting my baby down else where because she is just skin and bones. Instead of them trying to get money out of me to “save” her they should of put her down because this is no life for a dog.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Krouse for about 5 years. Dr. Krouse has taken EXCELLENT care of my dogs! I had a senior pug that had a tumor that they excised very well. I also have 3 other fur babies and I always trust Dr. Krouse with their care. He is compassionate, thorough, gentle, and he has a great bed side manner with the pets and people!

The veterinarian is great there. The prices are good and better than some places. You need a good Vet for your animals I guarantee they are At Faithful Companion.

We moved away from the vet we were taking our dog to. Faithful companion takes good care of him now. The staff is friendly and professional. Great job

I would like to applaud Dr. Krause and his wonderful staff. We had to put our beloved cat, Twilight, to sleep last Friday. They were so kind and compassionate. They brought peace and serenity to a very emotional procedure. I will always be grateful for the privilege of being able to take her there. I highly recommend their practice!

Everyone is friendly, compationate, Dr, Krause is tops. He's thorough and very informative. He has twice saved my dog. I never have a negative visit.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. Dr. Krause was extremely helpful in explaining the options and the likely outcomes for our 13 yo dog. He even gave us cost information for the options without our having to ask for it. Dr. Krause and staff were very supportive of our difficult decision and handled it with the utmost care and respect. His entire staff wrote notes on a card they sent a week or two later. Highly recommend.

Recently they helped my family and myself during a challenging time as we faced saying goodbye to our pupper GoGo. GoGo was more than just a pet. She will always be our furbaby. As with the last 10.5 years of her life, she was surrounded by those who loved her, as she crossed over. I cannot thank Dr. Krause and the staff enough for their compassion and professionalism during these emotional decision-making times.

I love this Faithful Companion Veterinarian Hospital. Staff is wonderful including Doctors. Dr. Kraus and his Dr. Staff. He is reasonable on prices and on point with treatments. And they truly care.

I drive an hour to see Dr. Krause. The care they take with our pets is amazing and the best in Lake county.

Dr Krause is a very kind man and loves the animal kingdom. I am thrilled he takes such great care of my dogs!
