I moved to Tampa not too long ago and found the best dog sitting service I’ve ever had. We always have peace of mind whenever we travel, we get detailed reports with pictures with each visit, and you can tell that our sitter loves our dogs as if they’re her own. I would highly recommend this, especially if you want your dogs to stay at home instead of getting boarded. Thank you, Carol and the staff at VIC!

Absolutely the very best and highly recommend them. VIC Petcare has not only taken care of our dogs when we scheduled time with them but have come to our rescue when my husband was admitted to the hospital suddenly. They took care of our dogs so I could stay at the hospital with my husband. They are really the best there is and your dogs, cats or other loveys will be so well cared for!

I got my 2 year old dogs teeth cleaned for the first time so he had quite a bit of staining and she did amazing!!! His teeth look brand new! She was also great with my boy, I will definitely be retuning!

Paperwork done online including medical records & info on what they like & routines. Had a visit with sitter prior to going out of town to get acquainted. VIC Petcare is so much more than dog walking or pet care. When Ms. Cheryl comes to walk my dogs, it's like having a family member come visit. She is so caring and leaves detailed messages about the things they did or treats they enjoyed. Their online scheduling system is super easy to use, and it allows me to plan out weeks (even months) in advance. They even offer a free of charge Meet and Greet, just to make sure they are a good fit for your pets before you start paying for walks. VIC Petcare is a bargain for how professional and caring their walkers are. We are definitely loyal customers!

Ariel with VIC at the BayPaws Resort location in Clearwater was amazing! I have 7 year old mini poodle, Boots, that is a diabetic so I did not want him to be under anesthesia for a dental, I was very nervous about having his teeth cleaned and his sugar level during the dental. He was there for 40 minutes and his teeth are sparkling clean!! He did great & Ariel was the sweetest, so kind, and gentle with Boots, I am beyond happy with her service! I already have 2 follow ups scheduled for Boots and have now scheduled my other poodle with her!

When I knew I was having knee replacement, I looked for someone to walk Abby for two weeks. Carol has been a delightful person to take Abby for a 20 minute walk each day. She comes back exhausted, which makes the rest of the morning very quiet for me. ???? I love the picture I get each day of Abby’s walking adventure. They seem to find new places to visit each morning. Our two weeks have turned into three and both Abby and I will miss our daily visits with Carol. I highly recommend VIC Pet Care and especially Carol if you are in need of a great dog walker/sitter.

We just used V.I.C Pet Care for the first time and it was a great service. Lynne was so easy to talk to on the phone and followed up promptly after our meet and greets and answered any questions. The pet sitters sent us excellent reports and pictures on our pup. We were in a jam at the last minute and they jumped in ready to help!

I trusted them with my diabetic kitty, Opie, and they did not disappoint. Not only did they administer his insulin twice a day, but they had to locate him hiding under the bed each time and coax him out with treats. Sadly, I lost Opie a few months ago and upon learning this, Vicki and team at V.I.C. Pet Care sent a lovely card with their sympathies and a memorial donation to St. Francis Society in his honor. Pet care is not just their business, it's their passion.

I love this service! My kitty ended up with diabetes after extensive steroid use correcting another issue and needed a lot of glucose curves. Vicki came out to us to do curves for us and save me from having to leave my kitty for a full day each week at the vet! She saved me time and money and most importantly made my sick kitty much happier to get to stay home and is just great with her. I still like using her service for nail trims and plan to use in the future for pet sitting when I go on vacation. I highly recommend them!

They have always answered our requests even a couple of emergencies. We get a feedback report on the portal about the visit. They can do meds and meals and will visit you before starting to ensure your pet is okay with them.

Do yourself and your dog a favor and give them a call. Amazing service they provide and more people should know about it. Vet charges $500 for dental cleaning and your dog must go through blood work and the needless risk of going under with anesthesia. Their service is less than half and results for our 5yr old aussiedoodle were fantastic. Thank you and we’ll see you again!

Pet Owners- this is the only review you will need to read. It may be a bit long, but it gives you all the information you need to know about your decision to hire VIC Pet Care. I have been using VIC Pet Care for roughly 4 months for my very active pup Kaia. Andrew is our routine dog walker and we love him. Not only is he reliable and dependent, but he LOVES animals and treats Kaia like his own. Let me give you an example... One night recently, Kaia began coughing, which led to an emergency vet visit. Luckily, she was discharged that evening, but Andrew was scheduled to come for her lunchtime walk the next day. I left Andrew a note that asked that he call me at work if she seemed off in any way. Well, upon arriving, Andrew noticed that she wasn't interested in food as she usually is and discovered a lump on her abdomen. He called me immediately to inform me of what he found and followed up with pictures. I told him I would leave work to come take her to the vet, but it would be 45 minutes until I was home. Without hesitating, Andrew offered to take Kaia directly to the vet himself so not to delay her chance for treatment. This right here is going above and beyond what I would typically expect from my dog walker, and yet, it was a natural reaction for Andrew. If I already couldn't love VIC Pet Care enough, Lynne, the office manager, followed up with me later in the evening to check in on Kaia and make sure she was OK. Now, what I haven't even mentioned yet is that prior to us starting to use Andrew in January, we had originally contacted Vicki (the owner) last June to inquire about in-home overnight care for our previous dog Eva. Eva was a 12 year old Maltipom with multiple health issues, which she ended up succumbing to prior to our use of Vicki's services. I called Vicki to let her know of Eva's passing and that I would have to cancel our booking. About a week later, I received a card in the mail from Vicki offering her condolences for the loss of Eva. We hadn't even used her service once at this point, yet she went out of her way to send us a card offering sympathy for the loss of our little girl. I have been so blown away by VIC Pet Care's commitment to their customers and the animals they care for. It is not often you find companies like this that truly exceed your expectations on so many levels. When it comes to our furry family members, this is crucial, and VIC Pet Care provides the peace of mind that you need when you leave your little one home. Bottom line: stop reading any more reviews and just hire Vicki and her company. You won't regret it.

V.I.C. Pet Care Inc. has made what is usually a stressful time for me and my family, caring for our Boxer when we are out of town, seamless and worry free. V.I.C.'s staff is incredible. They are available on short notice to come walk, feed spend time with my dog. I highly recommend them!

VIC provides great service - you receive an email and photos after each visit. Tracy took care of our two cats, and we enjoyed her messages. Our scaredy cat even warmed up to her. It's comforting to trust your animals are in good hands when you're away, and that you will come home to happy and relaxed pets.
