I take my cat here and they are very kind, professional, and have done a great job. I will continue to take him here for all his vet needs.

I've been taking my cat, Watson, here for almost 6 years. I love the fact it's cat only veterinarian. Its small, intimate, and calming. The techs are all understanding and accommodating. I feel as if they truly do treat my cat as if he was their own. Highly recommend coming here. Prices are fair and no random "surprise fees" included.

Very busy hospital. I could never get in quickly. The staff is super nice, but my cats heart rate was in the 190's and they didn't catch her PERICARDITIS. I had to go elsewhere.

I love this office. The staff is always efficient and timely, and they have a wealth of knowledge on their website (for cats, dogs, birds...). I was having a hard time finding some information for my pet’s benefit and I knew their website would provide the answers I needed, and it did. I appreciate the attentiveness to care, that’s exactly what you want in a veterinarian!

They are amazing. I've been taking my cat there for a few years. I just had her there with boarding while I traveled and my cat Kiki could not have been left with anyone better. Kiki gave them the 5 star rating.

They really care about your cat. My Bags is 15 yrs old lost some weight I went to two other Vet's before I found these great people. Very caring , they called me few days after our visit to see how my Bags was doing.

I love VCA Carrollwood! Efficient, kind, and gentle with my cat. Affordable. I love how they specialize with cats so mine doesn't freak out so much on arrival. My cat has motion sickness so they prescribed him medicine for that and cleaned my cat from the mess he made. Thankful for how simple they make it.

We honestly had no complaints. Very friendly staff. No barking dogs was a big plus, and our kitty felt much more at ease.

The doctors, assistants, and support staff at VCA have always been amazing to our family. They are thorough, caring, compassionate, and very professional. Our elderly fur daughter was treated so well by VCA, and she was not an easy case. When we lost her, the staff offered deepest condolences and treated us with respect. Now that we have been adopted by another fur baby, we have had the pleasure of working with them again. Since Penny was a stray who picked our home, she had no known history. Dr. Yakubik answered all my questions, did vaccinations and screenings, and put a plan together for booster shots and spaying. After our visit Dr. Yakubik called to make sure Penny was doing well and ask if I had any questions. It’s about more than money to these folks. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best cat vet I've ever been to, unquestionably. I with my dog was a cat too so I could bring both of my pets here! There's really nothing else to say besides that this place is good in all the ways a pet owner would want. Recommended without hesitation.

My cat had an emergency and too him to Veterinary Emergency on Bearss Ave and they were not giving me any information about what I needed to do for my cat. So, I took him to this place for a follow up and to get better answers. Well, they told me to drop off my cat at 7:30am and examed him at 3:00pm which is a very long time to sit in a cage for a cat that has nerve damage. They told me to pick him up and to take him to Blue Pearl. I took him him there and they had to put Marchello to sleep because he had gotten worse in the care of this place. Once again, I do not recommend this place.

They were great with my two cats. I was able to board them and received daily pictures of them. While there they had check ups and it was nice to have the Dr call me and discuss what she found. They only treat cats here and that is great. Highly recomend..

Calm and peaceful vet office. Everyone is friendly and they are very helpful. The doctors seem genuinely concerned for your cats. They give you pricing for all services so you can make informed decisions. I don’t feel like they push you to get services that you don’t need. They help you understand the options to choose the best course of care for your cat. They understand a trip to the vet is stressful for most cats so they are very patient. They call after services and check to see how your cat is doing which is very reassuring because there always seems to be a question you remember you wanted to ask after the vet visit is over. In my opinion the cost of services is in the higher range but not astronomical. Based on the level of care your cat receives and they way they treat you, I’d say the slightly higher prices are understandable and worth it. They are treating my 13 year old cats. They have been enormously supportive. One of my cats had a spine/back injury so now she has limited mobility. They are so great with her she is doing much better now and back to being her usual kitten-like self.

This vet specializes in cats and they take tremendous care of them. I had to take my pet in during COVID and they practiced all social distancing measures and had PPE for their employees as well. Extremely thorough and friendly!

I have been using this clinic now for 2 decades and I wouldn't take my cats any where else to have their health cared for

Do not board your animals here or take them for medical emergencies. They only care about money and not the care or health of your pet.

Front desk was very friendly and personable. I took notice that our pets react very nicely to the employees who work there. I can really tell that they enjoy jobs. Overall this is an excellent place to take your little guys if they need to be groomed or cared for medically. Highly recommended.

The caring of staff and Dr Yakubik are incredible. From general care through serious illness to sensitive care for final support, VCA has been wonderful. We owners and cats have been well supported.

I went to this business for the first time a month ago. Great experience. Flash forward to Dec, total opposite experience. Appt at 8am with my cat due to random sign of agression and want her nails capped while I'm there. Got there 15mins …

Finally found a quiet little place to keep my cats while I am away. My one is diabetic and needs the extra attention. He did well there so we will be back again. Everyone that works there is polite and professional too!
