The doctor and his staff were professional and compassionate towards our sick dog. We were seen immediately at the last minute before closing. I would go here again if needed!

My family went to UrgentVet to put our little fur kid down. They were so kind and detailed from beginning to end. We had our own room and time to grieve. The place is clean and inviting. We received the paw prints and a card signed by the staff. I highly recommend taking your pet here.

Urgent Vet Westchase is by far the nicest urgent vet hospital I’ve ever been to with my pups. They helped my puppy immediately with no wait and the cost was significantly less than an ER vet. The vet and vet techs were compassionate, answered questions throughly and checked up on my girl the next day. I highly recommend!

They were prompt and so kind to our old girl. We felt lucky to have found them. Highly professional and understanding.

On the morning of December 23rd, I noticed that my kitten Max, who I had rescued five weeks earlier, was having a problem with his left eye. I made an appointment online for 5 p.m. that evening, and Max was seen shortly after that time. Since Max was only semi-socialized, staff were very considerate of that fact. I appreciated the thorough exam, the tests that were performed, and the vet tech's willingness to help me administer the first dose of medications. I felt the total bill was quite reasonable for the services rendered and the medications prescribed. I was also pleased that the clinic staff stayed in touch with me after the appointment and answered a question I had about one of the medications. This was my first time at Urgent Vet, but I will definitely go there again if the need arises.

When I couldn't get into to see my vet they got me right in. Took trays and we were able to make decisions. They emailed the xrays and report to both myself and my vet. Wonderful staff and doctor. Would use again if needed.

Excellent experience. Everyone was very caring and informative. They provided prompt attention and were very detailed. Very reasonably priced as well.

There are no words to express my gratitude for Kelly, she was calm, compassionate and knowledgeable! I am so grateful that they were there when my vet was closed.

I Check in kinda late but they place me in room right away excellent friendly staff very helpful I was there less than an hour and Pricing was definitely fair. Also found out that my cat who i thought was an girl is actually a BOY???? but Highly recommend!!!

They were awesome. They got our fur bunny in super quick when I called( Like within 20 minutes) and once there we were taken directly back. No wait time.. Great environment in the office. Lovely staff and Vet. They explained everything well and didn't recommend any unnecessary testing. Will def return if our fur bunny needs urgent care!!!

Hands down Dr.Meyer and her staff are they best I have dealt with,understanding, clean,and listen to what u have to say.I have been to many places and I will be taking my dogs back for any urgent care.Prices great! Very good experience. My old kitty fell and got hurt, they took care of him, the doctor was very nice and explained thoroughly about his condition. The price was reasonable, it's not inexpensive, but it's more reasonable than emergency vet clinics. All in all, I think they were excellent.

Quick, caring, professional and inexpensive.

My pooch decided to take a dive out of my car's window and got pretty beat up. Dr Hale and his staff got her in, examined, x-ray'd and patched up very quickly and at a surprisingly low price. Thank you Dr Hale & Team for getting my little girl taken care of so quickly. P.S. The pooch is perfectly fine and acts as if it never happened.

Kelly and Dr. Kelly were wonderful! My baby doesn't usually do to well at the vet since he has a fear with them and gets scared. But, he seemed to grow comfortable around them which was a first! Kelly and Dr. Kelly slowly tried to earn his trust and had so much patience and love with him. Thank you so much for taking care of him. Also we were able to get in right away! They didn't have a wait time at all! We were also able to go with our dog in the room which I was soooo pleased with and they provided us with masks since I didn't have any on me ???????? I highly recommend this place!

I have been to this location with our pets a few times. The wait time is always reasonable and they have online check in which is nice. The prices are also very good compared to other after hours vets. Will definitely continue to use UrgentVets in the future.

Urgent Vet was recommended as an alternative to more costly emergency vet by my normal vet. The facility was very nice. I was able to get on the waiting list online so I didn't have to sit around at the facility until they were able to see my dog. I got a text 20 minutes prior to when he could be seen. Once we got there, we were seen almost immediately. The tech and the vet were awesome. They were good with my dog and explained everything. They were actually less costly than my own vet and that included 3 medications. I will definitely recommend UrgentVet to my family and friends.

This bus by far the nicest vet facilities I have ever seen! The staff was courteous and oh so caring for my ailing cat! My heart soared when Dr. Meyer walked in! The price was extremely fair and I left after less than an hour with a cat that was already feeling better. I HIGHLY recommend Urgent Vet! This is a great facility. I brought my sick dog in on a Sunday and my dog was seem almost immediately. The tech and veterinarian were compassionate and professional. My dog was quickly diagnosed and medications were provided there. In addition, the facility was clean and services were reasonably priced.
