If you see Little Fitzie's pic, you can see he truly loves the Puppy Manor and it's staff of Humans! It's a "win win" for me because, I get a well needed breather AND he's exhausted for about 5 days when he comes back home! It reminds me of going to the beach...as soon as the kids get in the car, they pass out...haha

Great place for dogs to spend a day! Very friendly staff who really cares for the dogs!

I loved Puppy Manor. The staff was great at fostering relationships with dogs AND thier owners. Unfortunately over the past year the people that made Puppy Manor so special left and were replaced by less capable people. Ask around; we aren't the only family dissapointed with what has happened to Puppy Manor.

My dog had a wonderful time and I had great customer service. I love the pictures they post so I can see he is doing well and having fun.

Poor management. There are some really kind people who work here, however I also witnessed a manager curse a dog out and say some pretty hateful things. I know it’s just words but I believe that animals understand what we’re saying

The staff at Puppy Manor made an overly-attached mom & dog like me and my pup feel so secure in the whole daycare process. Everyone at Puppy Manor treats the dogs & owners with respect! My dog, Ace, doesn't want to leave when we pick him up - and for him that's saying something! Great place, would recommend for all dogs, no matter the temperament or size!

Yesterday, my car became stuck in mud (in my yard) at an intersection a block from Puppy Manor. After work, Adam, the manager of Puppy Manor was on his way home and drove through the intersection. He asked if I was ok and I explained my dilemma. He was under no obligation to help as others had driven around my car without a second glance. He literally jumped out of his car, grabbed a bunch of palm fronds that had been blown into the street by the recent storm and placed them around and behind my tires. He talked me through backing out of the mud and helped pick up the palm fronds. I have not used his business at the end of my street but have always noticed everyone coming and going are smiling. Thank you Adam! I truly appreciated your help yesterday! Iris Alexander

LOVE THIS PLACE!! It took me a very long time to find the perfect place to leave my puppies since I was so hesitant to leave them just anywhere. I am so glad we found Puppy Manor! Adam and his team always have room for Blue and Red and they love to stay there! Best of all it is cage-free! I highly recommend this place for your pups!

I take my dog here all the time and she loves it. The staff really care and they do everything they can to make sure the dogs are enjoying their stay.

We left our dog here for an 8 day stay over the holidays and he was attacked by another dog while under their watch. He had to have stitches in his ear, face, and foot, on Christmas night. Puppy manor was very forthcoming with what happened, and they did do an amazing job of following up with us to make sure he was ok and covered the vet bills. However, considering the fact that this never should have happened in the first place, and now our dog will have permanent scarring and has to be taken back to the vet, put under anesthesia again to have the stitches removed and is already an emotional dog who is on Prozac to begin with, we were hoping that puppy manor would do the right thing and credit us this visit with them in light of everything that happened. Instead, we were not only expected to pay for his entire stay here (over $400), and I was given a huge attitude when I asked about potentially being given a discount. On top of that, after another stay here back in September of last year, he contracted a skin condition which cost me another $300 vet bill which puppy manor refused to do anything about, and also was not a given a credit. We appreciate that our dog was taken care of regarding his injuries and they did offer us a future credit for 5 days of doggy day care/playtime with the other dogs, but honestly after everything that happened I’m not interested in leaving our dog there again. Our main issue was the attitude that was given, saying “what exactly do you want me to do for you here,” and acting shocked that we would want our stay to be covered after everything that they did for us, like they went above and beyond. When in reality, none of this should have ever happened in the first place and what they did was the minimum of what should have been done.

A great, cage-free pet resort. Bring your dog(s) just for the day or board them overnight while you're on vacation or just out of town for the weekend or holidays. The dogs enjoy playing and swimming outside or lounging in the air conditioning on the couches and beds.

Puppy Manor is a great place to take your dog for doggy day care. We've been taking our pup Bailey for months now. He loves it and gets so excited when we get there! He gets lots of love and playtime with other dogs, and always comes home tuckered out, it's the cutest thing ever. Adam and Co. at Puppy Manor do a great job at what they do. We will be long time customers.

For our wedding, we were at a loss of where to leave Jem -- all of our family and friends, who we would normally ask to watch her, would be in attendance! We researched several doggie daycares in the area, but Puppy Manor caught our eye, so we set up a trial day. And we are so glad we did. Before the trial, I was given the chance to tour the facility, which would make anyone feel right at home. The staff are super friendly and obviously love dogs. When I came to pick her up at the end of the day, I was rewarded with a very happy (and exhausted) pup, as well as a report card of her behavior and some adorable pictures of her day. We were told she was welcome back anytime, so on the day of our wedding, my fiancé dropped her off for an overnight visit, and we were able to pick her up the next afternoon -- once again, very happy and very tired. We are so lucky to have found such a great spot for Jem, one where we don't have to worry about her, and we would highly recommend Puppy Manor to anyone in need of dog daycare services in the Tampa area!

BEST DOGGIE DAYCARE! My Aussie loves it here. The whole staff at Puppy Manor is so nice and you can tell that they really love dogs! Adam is the best! He trains my puppy everyday and she is so well behaved now! I also love that they are cage free.

Best place in Tampa for our Furry Family Members. We love this place and our dogs love it even more. When we go on vacation, they go to the resort at Puppy Manor and play play play till they drop. Thanks Puppy Manor for taking such good care of our babies!

My dogs love this place. That being said, the only negative this place has is one of the owners. Val is under the illusion she knows dogs and understands dog behavior. Which she doesn't. This does a disservice to the dogs and owners. She hasn't allowed dogs for very normal dog behavior that is easily corrected. She also definitely plays favorites. She has a tendency to quickly judge a behavior without being cognizant of the entire situation. I think she just doesn't pay attention between her smoke breaks and checking her phone. She would be better served as a silent partner not dealing with the dogs or owners. Her bed side manner is horrible, her delivery is prickly and cantankerous and she has upset several of the owners I know that take their pups there. It is unfortunate because this place could be perfect.
