Just WOW. Brought my 4 month old yorkie in for his first grooming experience. He came out looking so handsome and smelling like a cupcake. The staff is really patient and incredibly kind. We will definitely be returning. So happy I found this place!!!

This was the first time at these groomers. I was impressed. They did a really good job on her cut. When l went in to get her you could see all the groomers in the front room working on the dogs. It was a good price also. It was a lot better than my other groomer. I will be using them from now on.

Brandy is my groomer I have a miniature poodle. Everyone there is very friendly and professional, and take extra special care of your dog. I gave them a five star rating I would recommend them to anyone who has a dog that needs grooming. Yea

Our little Havenese dog is blind. We were wary of taking her for a trim but Just Grooming of Southshore did a great job. I like the fact you can watch them trimming the dogs. Thank you for a good job with no razor burns that happened at a different facility. You all are a blessing to us.C Combs

Everyone needs to read the reviews from this place before they make an appointment here. I had a horrible experience, I dropped my puppy at 8am and after 6 HOURS I did not get any calls or response if she is done. I called many times and no answered the phone, by 2 pm I came to the place and they told me she will ready at the end of the shift, she will be the last one groomed that day. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS TO KEEP A DOG FOR 9 HOURS? WITH NO DRINK NO FOOD NO USING BATHROOM? MAKING MY DOG DESPERATE AND STRUGGLE. If you scare the dog one time they will never want to come back, they will hate this place. When I parked my car outside I heard a lot of dogs yelling and screaming desperately. WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THEM TO MAKE THEM FEEL THAT DESPERATE? They overcharged me ADDED some kind of extra service and fee, and previously when I came here they didn't list anything extra fees. The customer service is so RUDE to you! they only give you EXCUSES of what they think! It makes you feel that you do not ever want to come back. THAT'S NOT ALL, you wish that you tell other people to never come back to this place. When I picked up puppy she was desperately crying and wanting to get out of their hands. She was CRYING AND SCREAMING, she was scratching me unusually, I have never seen her act like this before. It makes me feel and think that THEY did something to her feel tortured and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND MISERABLE. I wish I would read the previous reviews from this horrible place that they are literally HURTING THE DOG and making them feel very bad and uncomfortable. The way they treat the dogs and me as customer service, scares me they dehydrated my dog OVER 7 HOURS WITHOUT WATER! I recommend everyone DO NOT EVER try this place. YOUR DOG CAN BE HURT BY THEM AND SCARED OF THIS MISERABLE TREATMENT. This is the worst place that I have experienced ever, my dog got so scared and I STILL have hair balls on her. They cut her face ROUGH not detailed at all. The nails were done HORRIBLY, they cut her nails very sharp and unprofessional. The face was cut horrible not even straight they, they look like they were in a rush to get her groomed. Since they work with DOGS they need to UNDERSTAND that each breed has DIFFERENT personalities. If the type of the dog is very sensitive you MUST understand that and take care of them on A DIFFERENT LEVEL what the breed requires to, so you don't scare the dog. IT'S PART OF THE AGREEMENT that the owner of the dog TRUSTS THIS PLACE they should know what they are doing and how to work with the dog. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFFESSIONAL PLACE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY.

Update: still love this place! They always do a great job with our dog! We’ve been looking for a groomer for quite some time. We finally found a place that is phenomenal! They treat our puppy like their own. They are timely and incredibly reasonable. We look forward to doing business with them for years!
