When it comes to your fur baby these people CARE! The team is always excited to see my big boy and they send home home tired from so much play. I'm very grateful to have found this affordable, safe and happy environment for my baby!

The staff was friendly and so nice. Everyone was welcoming and had smiles on their face. My puppy had a great time. I would definitely recommend.

I use Petsville for boarding both my Beagles. They treat your fur babies pretty well and I strongly recommend this place for Boarding. They send me pics of my babies everyday during their stay which is awesome.

They didn't do a right job. Never clean the ears. They Burt the ear. Generally, my dogs looked horrible.

Beautiful, kind, friendly staff ???? **Update** We just went on our family’s first long vacation. Our Taz boarded with Petsville for a little over a week. When we picked him up he was so happy! I could tell he had loads of fun! He still looked like his healthy, happy normal self. I am thankful that I can trust Petsville with our furbaby. The price was excellent too!!

OMG! I am beyond satisfied with their service. I took my very anxious boys Batman and Robin in for grooming after a year of not being seen. My boys are both cockerspaniels so their hair was very long, untamed and tangled. I was so scared because the last groomer at another salon left horrible patches of overly trimmed areas around my pup so much so that my pup came home bleeding. Petsville's professionalism and patience with my babies was amazing! Not a single overly trimmed area and they look fantastic. They followed my instructions on not using fragranced products due to their allergies. We will definitely be sticking with them. Thank you Petsville for making miracles happen with my boys. We are soo happy <3

Petsville Grooming is the best! We have been with them for about a year now and they never to make me feel special and peaceful when I drop off my little girls. And, my girls always look and smell amazing! I have 2 senior dogs, a Silky Terrier and a Yorker-Poo. They are super patient and have NEVER complained and I KNOW one of them is special needs and screams and nips and howls every time she goes there because she does it to me at home. They are so patient and super kind! I HIGHLY recommend Petsville for all your grooming and boarding needs.

Very reasonable prices, friendly staff, and you can tell they really care about each animal. While my dogs aren't the biggest fans of being groomed, they've gotten better with it since going here. I highly recommend

Imagine picking up your dog from the groomer, paying plus tip, only to get into the car to see your dog is bleeding. Petsville cut my dog's left ear (& treated the cut with quick stop) and never even notified me of the incident. Days later the cut is still healing. They never apologize or called or emailed me back to inquire about my dogs health. Would not recommend trusting them with the care of your animal. Update - after posting this review, petsville did call and apologize for the incident.

Told me I'd have to leave my dog there for 3 hours to get a bath. Never in my life have i heard anything like this before. If you dont have room or time to groom someones dog, tell them that!!! I am not ok with them caging my dog for 3 hours while they work on other dogs. I wonder how many other dogs have to sit in cages for hours, until its there time to be groomed...
