I think they did a good job with our boy. Checking in and out was easy. Prices reasonable, too.

Our Louie has boarded and attends daycare. He comes home happy and healthy.

My 10 yr old Husky came home from his grooming appointment silky and with less loose hair. They removed most of his under coat with the extra blow dry. I would advise anyone to choose this extra step if you have a shedding problem in your house. Our 4 yr old Husky has her appointment next week!

The lady was very rude to me! I asked about any openings for December and she said they were booked. I asked her about being put on a waiting list and she rudely said not for new clients. Even if she had an opening, you couldn't pay me to leave my " baby " with her!!! Horrible first impression.

Please don't take your pets here me and my girlfriend worked for them and they don't take care of them like you think they hit dogs and hurt them when cutting there nails they have goats they just fired me Cas my shift was 10 to 2 and when I left she said she need me to 7 pm and that she text me that when she did not at all and I told her that my grandmother was on her death bead and I can't make it in Caz I have to go say buy she fired me so please don't take them there

Been boarding my cat here a couple times he loves it the employees there take such great care of your fur babies ❤️????‍⬛ And he always makes new friends! Definitely recommend them for boarding all your fur babies

Boarded my dog a year ago and was very pleased- she seemed to enjoy her stay and appeared well taken care of. This time, she couldn’t wait to leave- they couldn’t find the blanket I sent with her, she chewed up her dog bowl which tells me she wasn’t exercised enough, and the people who work there now are unprofessional both in appearance and approach. I will no longer be utilizing their services

They are extremely patient and so very kind. Amazing with all 3 of of dogs and just as awesome with our cat. Thank you All.

June 2021: I boarded my two dogs here for four nights and when I brought them home Sunday they had diarrhea and were acting weird (which is normal for boarding a dog). While the one returned to normal behavior the other did not and after finding blood in his diarrhea we rushed him to the emergency vet here in Hernando county. They diagnosed him with clostridial endertoxicosis (which they said can be caused by stress) and Giardia (which is from dogs drinking standing puddles of water). Our dog has never had any issues prior to this and was fine at his other boarding facility. I am highly upset that this happened to my fur-baby and cost us $1200 on top of the $200 ish we paid Critter Boarding to take care of them. August 2021:posting this a second time since seems my original one doesn’t appear publicly ???? Do not use this business.

Never can get a ahold of any one and once you do the gentleman who answered was very rude

I made a reservation for my puppy to be boarded. Called 2xs, left messages,they have yet return either of my calls. I will be canceling my reservation,

I have been takingy tobby here for grooming for a couple of years But the service has gone down a lot and the new grommer is terrible she nicked tobby 5 times and shaved his belly so low he was raw and bleeding also seemed like he was giving something as he could not walk please be careful

I brought my dog to this place once before and he came home just fine, except had a very bad reaction to the shampoo they used. Not their fault because they didn’t know how allergic he is. This time was a complete disaster. My dog came home with multiple wounds on his face and body due to another dog jumping the fence as they told us and attacking him. He also smelled so bad of urine I had to immediately bathe him. He wouldn’t even let us near him without wincing. He was physically shaken and scared. My mother picked him up for me and they just said a dog scratched him once. Evidence says otherwise. No call when it happened, called multiple times no answer and no call back when my messages were telling them to call me back. If you consider your pet your child, this is highly upsetting.

The dogs have fun here and can’t wait to get in. The only down side is the entrance is tight/small but other than that everyone is so nice and helpful. They genuinely seem to love the animals and pets that come in. Daycare or overnights Critter boarding is the place.

Been using them to board our 2 large dogs for years. Great care, fair prices and we also use them for grooming which is also reliable, professional and fairly priced.

$25 bargain. Any size dog bath. Excellent cate

The service, as always, just wonderful. Shelby always takes sick good care of my Great Dane, Bridget. She had a bath and nails done today, and she smells and feels great. Highly recommended!

I've used Critter Boarding for years. Always a positive experience! They are so gentle with my large dog ???? who has a fear of being boarded since he had an extended residence at the humane society before we adopted him. Some staff are a little quirky as some animal lovers can be but fully trustworthy. Don't use anyone else.

I just moved to Spring Hill and needed a new a new groomer for my dog dusty I called Jodi she took me right in and make dusty look like a beautiful new dog she trimmed her cleaned her ears trimmed her toe nail trimmed her pads and did a terrific job and the staff is great to I would highly recommend them very nice people and excellent service and work thank you very much. We moved here from Indiana, our Westie was a mess. Sand in his fur, toenails out of control, he was miserable. The staff at Critter Boarding were wonderful! Kind, and gentle, Kabooby is a new man.. thank you ladies!

Wonderful place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I am handicapped and can barely get my dog into the car at home, so I call when I get there, and the bather comes and gets Diego and carries him into the building. He’s a small dog, and she doesn’t want his feet to burn. She’s so sweet!!! I bring his special shampoo, and she is happy to use it. Always brings it back out when she delivers him. Some places won’t use any shampoo but theirs. He is always beautiful, with short nails and clean face, which is hard to do on a French Bulldog with all of the skin folds. I can’t say enough good things about this business, and the groomer. I don’t know her name, but she is the nicest, most knowledgeable groomer I have ever met. I am so glad I found this business!!! Thank you for taking care of Diego!!!
