Great dog academy and place to board you dog. Friendly, professional staff. My dog has learned so much there.

We brought our eight month old cane corso here for training. She ended up staying for about seven weeks but she came home a completely different dog. She's calmer, has better crate manners and is, overall, easier to handle. The group classes are great and the training we got (as the parents) was super informative. We love this place and recommend it to anyone with a dog!!

I cannot say enough good things about Inghram’s SitnStay! The BEST decision we ever made for our deaf dog’s training. I was recommended here to train my deaf dog, Beethoven, who was having aggression and major resource guarding issues. I was initially skeptical after reading some negative reviews. But I spoke to their Master trainer, Clark, and I felt his passion and knowledge come through. I decided to trust the recommendations I had been given and boy am I glad I did! Inghram’s SitnStay will not just overload your dog with treats to where they only listen when you have a treat. They will teach your dog to have innate manners; not use bribery for good behavior. They work through dog socialization and psychology to ensure what your dog is learning is grasped in “his/her” social language. Neither the academy or your dog can do it alone. You have to do your homework and do your part in the training process as well. Clark and his team gave my dog confidence that was stripped of him in his early life by bad humans. They taught him how to walk confidently and learn to trust humans. I didn’t think it was possible but they removed my dogs food aggression!!! It was unbelievable. They teach with a balance of discipline and care. The biggest sign for me on how my dog is treated is his trust, happiness, and love for each person at SitnStay. He comes home happy and loves being there. Forget human reviews. Trust how your dog responds! This place is likely the best decision you can make for your dog. They train the human end and the dog end of the leash. We also had to put in our part and follow their instructions. Today, my husband and I look back and don’t even know where we would be, or where our dog would be for that matter, if it wasn’t for these trainers. We consider this team friends and part of our extended family now. We were also fortunate enough to have them train our dog for service for me. Below are some pictures of practice sessions at TPA. SitnStay is the only trainer in the country allowed in airports to take service dogs to practice through real life scenarios, which is an incredible help for us both. Trust them and ultimately trust your dog; they will show you through their actions that this place is fun!

We originally signed up to train our dog 1-2 days a week but that became unmanageable with our schedule. They willingly switched it over to a board and train with no additional cost. They have been so accommodating and my dog had been so well behaved being back home again. I definitely recommend them.

We got our first puppy at 13 weeks old and wanted to get him trained right away as we are first time dog owners. As we all do, started searching online for trainers and came across sit and stay. After reading some negative reviews I will admit I was hesitant but as I kept reading I see that the good reviews outweighed the bad so I decided to give them a shot. Let me tell you it has been the best decision!! My puppy would not walk on leash no matter what, treats, bribing nothing worked. Walked in to Sit an Stay she put a leash on him said something tapped her leg and BOOM there he was walking on leash in 5 seconds!! These people know their stuff!! My puppy now knows over 7 commands and is so well behaved!! You come back every week for follow up lessons and group lessons to ensure consistency!! If you need your fur baby trained look no further than Ingram sit and stay I highly highly recommend!!!

This place is amazing! They trained my pup 8 years ago. He recently went to heaven. I took my new pup in to purchase a new collar. They were amazing and encouraging! If I get stuck, they have my back! Way more than I ever expected!!!!

Clark and his staff are wonderful. They are kind and have been training me so that we will have a thoughtful, well trained dog. I drive an hour each way to go to the classes and it is working and worth it. I have learned a lot and Mazie loves to go.

I highly recommend Sit N' Stay Academy if you are having behavioral issues with your dog. My dog was acting aggressively towards other dogs. I was at my wit's end and needed help. I was nervous about boarding her, but it has been the best decision I could have ever made for my dog and me. In 6 weeks, I have witnessed a miracle. I now have a calmer, respectful, and well-trained dog! While our work together is ongoing, I can't tell you how impressed I am with Meghan and Clarke. They treated my baby like one of their own. Now, when we go to group classes, every time my girl sees Meghan there, she gets so excited. It's adorable. Thank you!

Can’t praise these guys enough! I took my pup to Sit N Stay for basic obedience training as a puppy and now she’s back getting her service training. Clarke does a tremendous job including every dog and owner and offering specific advice for reaching their goals. The group classes and outings are bar none! And, above all else, the main reason I choose Sit N Stay is because all training is praise oriented. Building an actual bond and relationship with your dog is the best way to instill trust and a loving companionship. I have been using Sit and Stay for 15 years. Clarke trained my miniature schnauzer and he was an amazing dog and so well behaved after his time there. Now Clarke is training my new maltipoo, Charlie.
