Staff cares about animals!!! Some weird lady was denied the purchase of a hamster last night due to her history of returning animal(S) in unhealthy conditions. Yes, plural as in multiple animals and multiple times (WHICH SHE DIDN'T DENY!) she then tried to intimidate the staff by being loud and accusing them of being unhelpful and racist (except all staff and the customer were white). She asked them to write their names. The staff was exceptionally respectful to her and just stated the fact that they were uncomfortable selling her any more pets due to her history. Well done guys. They could have just sold her the hamster, made money and not cared about the pets well-being. Instead they did the right thing and the hard thing because they had to deal with this psycho! I told them to call me if she lies about the incident.

Got GREAT advice from banfield vet Clinic but I've been to those store several times and never sent an actual employee other than at the register... It's so weird.

The Staff at Westchase PetSmart have been extremely helpful. One of our senior cats, Sheena has become a picky eater. She has cancer. So we seem to be changing food selections often. It helps so much, that staff are friendly and give good suggestions. We so appreciate this. Thanks

Really struggling with shortages right now on everything. Kind of frustrating to try and Shop there.

Clean store and excellent staff!!

Christopher needs to get fired. He is unfriendly and I didn’t even request to have him groom my dog! He took it upon himself to do it at the last minute without explaining why. My dog has been noticeably sad/not himself ever since he had an appointment with him. My dog is usually very happy so I’m worried if he abused him. Do NOT let this cold guy take care of your fur baby.

Some toys are over priced for real like parrot toys are hard to find but to pay 20 to 40 bucks for a toy that they will destroy is like destroying my money....

The prices are going up every month. And the service is gone down. You can hardly find a worker in the store. You have to have the cashier call somebody.

Took my Cat Raven to the Vet, they were extremely nice and Professional! We had no issues for Raven's first Visit, they were Fantastic. I definitely recommend Banfield Animal Hospital ????

Love the fact that they have many products for certain ailments at very decent prices. Even their pet food prices can and will compete with stores such as Walmart.

Bad experience with nail trimming. Never coming back again. I was there on Wednesday and my yorkie was so uncomfortable he was trying to bite the person trimming the nails. He never does that. I had to step in and told her to stop
