Dr. Shirley was wonderful. I felt that she truly loved animals, and had the knowledge and experience to provide excellent care. My only concern was I think they provided costly services without really consulting, or explaining anything to me. I brought in a healthy dog to have his yearly vacine, and to have his heartworm and flea and tic meds renewed. Besides the heartworm blood test, they also did a fecal test, (why?) and gave him a bordetella vacine, which I did not request. Also, the doctor came into the room where I was waiting, and announced she had done his physical exam while my dog was back waiting for a blood draw. I kind of like being present during this, incase I have any questions. The bill for this "healthy dog" office visit, and a year's worth of meds was $512. To their credit, a free nail trim was provided. I will return for my dog's veterinary needs because I felt that the staff was very professional and competent, and I trust them.

We always bring our dog clive here. For his check ups and shots. They take great care of him and we are thankful for that. Thank you for being awesome.

Every single one of my expectations have been far exceeded at Best Care Animal Hospital. From my first shelter rescue at 4 years old to the many dogs and cats I’ve owned my entire life along with a dozen or more animal hospitals I have never received the amount of TLC and personalized customer care as I receive here for my fur baby Sugar. They are all angels from heaven sent to help these loyal creatures of love that God gave us. They are ALL animal lovers too you can just feel it in the presence. They ALL go the extra mile. I give them all a five star rating. Dr Westin a special hug from the heart as Sugar is healing. She’s grown leaps and bounds in the past 36 hours. ????????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Although the outcome was a sad one, the staff here was so helpful and compassionate to both Dexter and myself. They made sure he knew he was loved in his final moments.

They were very detailed when I brought my dog in for boarding. Had no issues while he was there and they had an opening on short notice.

I love this veterinarian office! They really do love their furry patients and human customers as well! Prices are good, too. Unfortunately I'm on a very limited budget and wish they would let me run an open account. I could honestly pay the balance off religiously every month. No doubt.

These people were very kind and comforting, went out of their way to be helpful. With that being said, I believe almost ALL emergency vet locations are ALL over priced and prey on people emotions at time of crisis with your beloved pet. Sure everyone wants to give their pets the best care, not everyone can afford $800, only to end up putting their animal down. I’d like to challenge this place and EVERY animal urgent care to make vet care more affordable. I give them a 5 star because of their caring attitude, not a single star for their expensive prices, and up front pay policy.

I don't think I can think of any areas of improvement for this vet.. Our cat was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and this vet has made this difficult news as easy to deal with as such news can be. Doctor Channell is a Godsend, the staff is very friendly, and everyone seems to actually care about their patients and pet-parents.

None of the receptionists wore masks and neither did the groomer. It's hard to expect customers to wear them when the staff won't.

My husband and I are very happy with the care our fur baby receives from the staff at Best Care Animal Hospital. From the front desk staff to the doctor's, they take the time to hear your concerns and tend to your pets needs. They also call you back when they say they will, which I think makes them superstar! Our baby has had 2 knee (joint) surgeries and his teeth cleaned multiple times and the doctors have been top notch! We wouldn't take him anywhere else. Thank you Best Care Staff for taking the Best Care of our boy!!!
