I recently switched to this facility and couldn't be happier. Dr Ivy takes the time to explain everything and seems to really care. I totally trust my little border collie Taffy in their hands. All of the staff there are so friendly

Drove an hour to sit outside....for God knows why.there slow and not friendly....id drive 3 hours to a different vet to not go back there

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! My dog left happy as could be from our visit with Dr. Ivey. I live in Tampa and wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else. She is the best!

Dr ivey is great I have 7 dogs. And they will all be going here from now on every one is very nice.

charged a friend of mine way too much for tests that came back negative for any sort of disease. misdiagnosed the cat. and ended up having to put it down saying it had liver cancer. do not recommend this place to anyone.

If you are looking for a place look somewhere else. Here you’ll be waiting for at least 40 min (my last visit was 1:10 and I left I didn’t stay. For my puppy’s prescription I waiting for 4 days (just for a doctor to put a signature on a paper.) I don’t imagine any place wanting to maintain a business would be this careless.

Great vet experience for both our cat and puppy! They made sure the animals were relaxed and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE! We have boarded our pets here going back to 2004. Our last 2 boardings resulted in added tests and charges that were not adequately explained at time of check in resulting in unnecessary testing and expenses. They are condescending in their explanations, and when I left an employee that was not involved in any of my disputed discussion, made a smart aleck remark of "have a nice day" and laughed. Our dog's eyes were full of mucous as though no one paid attention to his well being even though we paid for their highest level of service and attention.

Dr. Ivy and her staff show as much love for the animals as they do skill in their care and treatment. Caution, it's a little bit like when your kids spend time with the grandparents... they will be spoiled!

I live all the way in Clearwater and wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Dr.Ivey is so compassionate and takes her time with everything! Her staff is equally as phenomenal as she is. We have a pit who is so nervous at the vet but he LOVES Dr.Ivey! She makes you feel like family and only wants what's best for your furry family members.

I met dr.Ivy when it was time to put my family dog of 14 years down, we did it in a very comfortable room, the staff were very kind and understanding, she was very comfy and seemed relieved as she crossed that bridge, she got so much love and went very peacefully. dr.ivy and her staff sent a very lovely card and gave us a tile with her paw print on it which was so lovely and more than i could ever ask for. This is also the first place I went after adopting another dog, we were able to get him all healthy and within a reasonable price, which is always a plus! He loves loves loves going to the vet! He always knows its time for treats and lots of loving. Dr.Ivy and her team are absolutely amazing, honest, and reliable. I couldnt have asked for a better team to take care of my best friends, thank you so much to everyone that helped with roxys passing, and is now helping me make sure i do everything right with Farley ????

I was panicked when my bunny fell ill agian. He’s 10 & I called several vets only to find out that they didn’t treat bunny’s or their vet that did, doesn’t work Fridays. I was relieved when they said they could and would see me the same day. They treated my Simon very gentle & caring. The staff was wonderful and the doctor was sooo kind. She prescribed Meds and a four days later my Simon is back to his jumpy self. Would definitely recommend!!
