Made a purchase for 2 items on a tuesday. Guaranteed delivery by wednesday, understand. GUARANTEED. NO update on stock being out, atleast thats what i assume. No update on status. Text the hotline and all i get is im sorry that happened.. the second item was pick up in store, go to store on date of purchase they tell me i have to purchase the product again and cancel the online order. Mind you they had my pick up item in store on the shelf and would mot give me my item. By far the worse customer service i have experienced. To be honest i should get a refund and my items

Wish they had more stock of certain cat food products but the staff is really nice and helpful. Will go back there again.

Employees weren't super knowledgeable about exotic pets like my hedgehog but staff was kind and even helped me load everything in my car

We were looking for a betta. We compared several stores to look for healthy looking bettas and picked out this one as the best. Their tanks were also clean, and the employee that helped us check out was great. We got our tank, betta, and several aquatic plants in there. There was one employee that was overbearing, but it wasn't too bad.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Natalie at the Petco on West Shore Blvd in Tampa. She was very helpful and friendly and took a real interest in the rescue dog I’m getting ready to adopt. Thanks for the great customer service! I’m sure I’ll be back often.

Normally I get amazing service from these employees. Would go out of my way to give a 5 star review. Today after dealing with Bobby I would consider driving out of my way to another Petco. I am an operational manager and I’m the customer service business. He treated my issues or concerns like “ oh well” and made me feel like it didn’t matter. Suggested I reach out to corporate or customer service for resolution because he didn’t want to deal with me. I know we all have bad days but I’m very disappointed. I would never treat my customers that way.

Dog Grooming. Worst place I have ever been to. Definitely will be the last time. Took a lot of money for not doing much. Bad customer service. The manager was not nice at all. At least one of the other workers was nice.
