Sam was so amazing with my sweet kitty echo!! The salon was clean and there was major teamwork happening behind the scenes. Echo came back clean and happy! She has never been softer or smelled so great! I will absolutely be taking echo back frequently for all nail trims and washes!!! Thank you so much!!

Both my cats were groomed here. It was my first visit but I knew Sam from a previous shop. She and everyone at the shop were friendly and professional. They are now on my keepers list.

$80 for a bath and hair cut. My dog only weights 21 lbs And she left with a limp. Not real happy. But have to admit It was a pretty good haircut

I'm so glad we found Paws Pet Grooming since we moved to the area. We've been taking our German Shepherd here for grooming and de-shedding and his coat is soft and beautiful every time. Everyone we have met is so friendly and our dog approves because he doesn't mind one bit when we drop him off.

Spare your fur babies the torture. My 2 year old Shih Tzu won't let me near her with anything that looks like dog clippers. She has so many deep cuts and scabs all over her neck. The worst groom she has ever had

Did a great job on Coco, only thing was I set an appointment that was confirmed through emai prior to visit. When I dropped her off she was there from 1045-5pm which was odd and I was told first come first serve. Also I know she was given something to eat, because she pooped in the house and threw up, stomach is very sensitive ???? next time hopefully will go better ✌????

Paws Pet Grooming was very professional, friendly, & my cat did very well with them!

This place is not professional. I saw how the groomer was treating my dog and I saw that she was being tough with my dog. When I picked up my dog I saw that she hurt my dog and saw how my dog had cuts and her skin was irritated and with a little bit of blood. So irresponsible. I will never come back to this place. My dog did not do anything bad to be treated this way. If you are tired then why are you working? If you’re not going to do a good job then just say “no appointments PERIOD” You don’t have to be rude and mean to the dogs.

Not a business where I would leave MY K-9.

Very unprofessional and rude. Staff quits abruptly. One staff member told me the other one refuses to groom my dog because of his coat. Purposely put her on the other girls schedule because of this. Also over priced. Save your time. To be specific Sam specifically told me yesterday Amanda did not want to groom my dog. So the response to this a complete lie.

Very appreciative to have someone care for our baby:) She loves it and is familiar with being there for years with the previous owner Doug. Hoping they have someone to assist with phones & cleaning. It's such a great place and good people ????

Booked an appointment 2 weeks ago, waited those two weeks, came in and was told my appointment was never booked! Unprofessional staff!! The weirdest things- there was a six month old baby on the table. What??

I am so happy I found this place!! Not many cat groomers especially many like Sam the cat groomer here. My cat Simba is an anxious boy with some anxiety and she was so calm and gentle with him. I felt comfortable leaving him with her for a full day of grooming, bath, nails, and deshedding treatment- which has worked great! I just want to advise anyone looking for a cat groomer to call or book with Sam online today. She’s does a great job and caters to your cat. He still feels so clean!! :) thanks Sam

Called around this morning looking for someone to groom my AmStaff cause my regular place doesn’t work with Pitties..they got me in around 10am and had her done around 12. She looks great and they put some ointment on her cuts from her nails. The ladies were polite and sweet and gushed over Lucy <3 we’ll be back for sure!

Had a great first visit with my long haired. Because he's getting older he needs a little more care with his coat and they got a knot I'd been working on all week out in no time. The staff is lovely and I couldn't be happier.

Wow. I took my dog and cat to get groomed here and I couldn’t be more happy about my experience. My golden doodle has been groomed multiple times before and it always seems like an awful experience for her. She’s usually irritated when cut in the belly/grown area and will lick her self for days (I’m assuming because she is razor burnt). This is the first time I went to PAWS and my pup seemed so excited and cheerful with her new haircut! I was so nervous about taking my cat to be groomed but couldn’t believe how well she acted at home afterwards (I honestly think she liked it!!) I will come here again and probably as long as I have animals. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!!!!

Sam is the best! She saw our anxious little pup for the first time this morning and took great care of him! Not only does he look great, but he was more relaxed than I would have expected when I picked him up. She didn't rush through the introduction and genuinely cared that both our pup and I felt comfortable. All the staff was friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my two Poms here for years and I’m so happy with the new management and renovations! Very responsive and easy to schedule appointments with by phone or online, super consistent with quality and style that I request for their cuts. Thank you for taking such good care of my boys and making them look so handsome!

Did a good job for what I wanted done but prices are too expensive.

Sam has been absolutely amazing with my cat! This was his first time getting a cut and she was so patient with him during the process. I explained to her I didn't just want him shaved like the typical "short lion cut" and she completely exceeded my expectations. His shedding has been significantly reduced and he's as calm as ever when he gets home. I cannot recommend her enough!

I took my very matted long hair cat in to get groomed and remove the mats. Sam was so kind and gentle with my baby! My cat was happy and felt so much better when I picked her up! I highly recommend Paws Pet Grooming! We will definitely be going back! (Also, this was a month ago, I just forgot to write the review, but my cat still looks great!!)
