Logan was acting prejudice; greeting only white people. I had over $5000 to spend on two puppies for my grandchildren, and wasn't even welcomed! after 45 minutes of waiting/playing with a puppy, I finally just left !!

Staff is very helpful and friendly but facility is a little messy and needs to be maintained better.

Do not go here, the dogs are from puppy mills, even if they say “certified breeder” it’s not true. Horrible and cruel.

To expensive and puppies are not as healthy

I was skeptical to purchase a puppy here due to some reviews, but so glad that we did. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different breeds they had available. We fell in love with a mini schnauzer they had! He brings so much joy and love to our family. He's a very healthy and happy boy. If you're looking to add a special bundle of joy to your family look no further.

Nice welcoming place and big selection

I love this place. My dog is amazing and shes healthy. I bought her back in July of 2019. I was treated great and with all great by the employees. The only downfall is the financing company and I wished the employee of puppies of tampa Tyler would have told me what I was really getting myself into. Please be very aware and DO NOT finance thru Cordova who is really known as Monterey Financial services. The price originally for my dog was about $2,200. I didnt want to finance to avoid the possibility of having a high APR or anything else. I was recommended to lease thru Cordova and I was told at the puppy store that the faster I pay the debt the lower the fees will be so I accepted. Come to find out, now Im stuck paying over $5k for my dog. Ive spoken to Cordova/Monterey to get a better explanation of all the fees as to why now I have to pay double and they do not know how to provide an answer. I originally set up the payment plan to be almost $200 a month, if you do the math yes thatll take a long time to pay off. My plan was to pay off the dog in just a few months, not even a year and even with me paying off the dog in so little time, Im still being told that pretty much I still have to pay the entire amount which again is more than $5k and also an additional fee of $300 if I plan on keeping the dog. This is very disappointing because I paid last month just a few days after the due date and now they have marked off on my credit that it was past due and that does not make sense at all either. My intention is not to throw the puppy store under the bus, my intention is to make everyone aware who Cordova/Monterey is and to know what you will get into. Look into another bank to finance or lease your pet if youre not paying in full at the moment of purchasing, to avoid having to go thru what Im currently going thru. Yes, every company has their good and bad reviews but please look at the reviews on their website as well Montereyfinancialservices. If I was told from the beginning that no matter how soon I paid off my dog I was still entitled to pay everything, I would of chose a different option of financing. Next month I will be paying off my dog in full and I hope to not hear from Cordova ever again. If youre someone who does care about your credit, please stay away from Cordova/Monterey.

Says they have 2 dogs for sale online, close down your business and open a facebook account if that's the case. I wont be stopping in.

I bought my Yorker dog 1 1/2 months ago and still don’t have papers how long does it take called several times keep saying will check never here back would like hear something

This store has no puppies! We waited outside for an hour for it to open and when we finally got in they let us know that they will no longer be selling dogs in store and that you now have to shop online.. why have a store then?? Close it down. I waited for no reason.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! Jared P. & Tanya P. were beyond helpful they did everything they could to send my son and other half home with the puppy we wanted. The owner even knocked the price down so we could take her home. We couldnt of gone to a better place. We are so beyond thankful for these ppl and this place God blessed my family when he sent us here. We had lost our dog of 11years 3weeks prior and God sent us to this place & we are so thankful. If I could give more stars I would give a million that's how nice and helpful they were. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a puppy! Thank you soooo much Puppies Tampa!

Staff is very kind. Puppies are just amazing. Cages were clean. All around amazing.

They had at the time of my visit a disproportionate number of small puppies, with few larger breeds. The space is small, with very few play areas for getting to know your possible puppy. Pricing seemed about average, perhaps slightly on the high side. Staff though was friendly and helpful without being pushy.
