I was a customer of a less pricey vetenary clinic but they are now so busy that I can never get an appointment for a sick pet. I'm a new customer to North Bay Animal Hospital so my experience with them is not extensive but what I have experienced so far is wonderful. Yes, a little bit more expensive but being able to get my pet seen practically the same day I call is priceless and worth paying extra!!! Dr. Mora is simply wonderful...patient, caring and explains everything thoroughly. The staff is just out of this world. Professional, courteous and kind. I found a new vet and I'm very happy.

I absolutely love North Bay. I found them because I was unhappy with the service and prices of another Tampa vet I had been going to for years. NBAH has gone above and beyond for me with every visit. The veterinarians treat my pets with genuine compassion and my animals love all the staff. They even provide overnight boarding, which my previous vet did not. Lexi is incredible, she is so sweet and treats my pets like her own, she's amazing!!

My short-haired domestic mini house panther had a UTI. I called them up and they had an appointment for the next morning so I brought her. They gave her a shot and her rabies vaccine and she's back to normal 24 hours later! She's eating again and playing and I couldn't be happier. Thank you North Bay animal hospital!

All the staff and Doctors are very friendly and upbeat. There were at least 5 or 6 client care staff which means no waiting, your taken care of right away. The doctors are up to date with the latest technology, and very confident. They have boarding and daycare available as well. The technicians that great your pet are generally concerned about each and everyone they handle as if they were their own. They care for exotics and well as domesticated. Highly recommend this hospital????‍⬛????????????????????????????????????????‍⚕️????

Friendly and sweet staff make my dog so comfortable that she falls asleep in the exam room! I have had experience with several doctors here now for my pups. Each doctor has left me and my pup happy at the end of our visits! Thank you, staff, for all you do!

So grateful for getting a same day urgent appointment for my new kitten Xena. Parker was very professional and courteous over the phone and in person. The office looked well maintained and clean(always a plus). All the staff were friendly. Veterinarian Caspary was great! very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She answered all my questions. Vet tech Alana was also great! Explained everything to me, answered any questions.. I love that they allow you and your pet to stay together the whole time. Pricing is reasonable. Hours are perfect for my busy schedule. I will definitely be returning with my new kitten and other pets ????????????????

They got me through a stressful situation with my dog who swallowed a sock! Extremely professional! They really care for the animals they treat and I couldn’t put a number on their level of care. They explain everything they do and why they do it and don’t toss you around with prices. Gave us a full breakdown of the estimate and what exactly I was paying for before the appointment which I really appreciated. Parker was extremely positive and helpful in setting up the appointment and discussing some after care and Dr. Smart was so kind and connected with me before and after the appointment. This is the only vet I’m taking my dog too from now on. Highly recommend!!!

I was very disappointed in this veterinarian. It's like most Banfield and other corporate. It's like going into buy car. I took my cat that was very very sick. They took me to the back. Didn't seem to pay attention to the reason I was there. They start telling me that she has something in her ear which was great but that's not why I was there. I was there because of my cat. Hadn't eaten since Friday or drank water or use the bathroom so it was an emergency kind of situation which they acted like it was really nothing urgent then they start the I call it sent the financial manager in to list the cost between $300 and 1,200. If that's not like going into buy a car. My God what is? I'm going to stick to a good old veterinarian that owns his own practice and doesn't have to do with the corporations. Want them to do so products and procedures that are not necessary and especially in an emergency deal with that problem. Other problems can come later but the mere fact that I was in there cuz she was dehydrated needless to say by them not doing the correct procedures because they couldn't get a line in her because her veins were too small so they just push saline in through the muscle. I guess All I know is the next day morning she wasn't around anymore. Rest in peace snowy and thank you for your great service. I can have nothing but bad words for you. All you did was take my money. You didn't do me any service at all

We transferred our Buster's care to North Bay Animal Hospital after a weekend emergency in April.We loved the staff and the care he was given. We took him for an overnight stay this past weekend and again the staff was excellent. Thank you all for being so caring towards our baby.

We’ve been taking our cats and dogs to North Bay Animal Hospital since 2008. The individuals work well as a team at all levels of care; from grooming and boarding, to client care, to surgical/medical emergencies. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are like family and they care for us like family. ????
