Friendly staff and very helpful to answer all questions that I had about my new puppy!

Great dermatology vet for my Brooklyne! Helping us cure her skin problems. Just disappointed our vet is moving to Largo, now we'll have to drive even farther from Thonotosassa to get to her for dermatology vet care!

We've had nothing but fantastic experiences with CountryChase Veterinary. We just moved from out of state, and it took a couple of tries to find a vet that is a perfect fit. CountryChase has exceeded our expectations every time. They are warm, caring, understanding and they always follow up to see how the fur babies are doing. If they do not have a specialist or resources (ie. MRI, Internist, etc.), they make great recommendations and check in often.

Great people work here. We had a cat with a difficult dermatology issue and they got it straightened out for us. Definitely recommend this place

I took one of my cats there last week. I didn't know anyone who worked there just months before. Evidently the veterinary Hospital would bought out. It was very personal. I probably won't go back.

They really take the time to go over your pet concerns and explain all possible options for treatment. The vet was really pleasant and knowledgeable.

Killed my cat-almost. After six months and $700, my cat's health was declining. This office danced around the fact they didn't know how to treat him. Thank god I went for a second option. In 30 days my kitty is in good health again.

Most caring, friendly, real care takers ever! I ❤️ them! Boo and Lola do too! They care as if it was their pet!

I’m not one to typically leave reviews but Dr. Borecky was the best vet we’ve ever been to! Our girl Millie is quite the handful and he was so patient with her! I never felt rushed and he even took the time to give Millie her first dose of medication and show me how to administer. Great experience!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to see my dog on very short notice. We had a very bad experience the prior day at an urgent care center and the staff with Country Chase Dermatology could not have been more understanding! I look forward to taking my dog there for all future issues.

Do not recommend if you value your time. They take you into the room on time but nobody ever comes in until at least 40-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment.

I called them at the last minute because my furbaby wasn’t feeling well ,they got him in and took care of him in between appointments. I love this place this is my new veterinarian at home! thank you very much !the staff and the doctors were nice you should definitely bring your pet here!

It’s always a pleasure visiting your office & you are all so patient with my Babyboy, Fink!!! He’s usually a handful, but this last visit on 5/1/21 was a breeze & he did so well; thanks to your entire staff!!! Appreciate everything you all do in keeping my boy healthy & happy!!!

Dr. Ierace was wonderful, took lots (lots!) of time with us and talked through all of our pets derm issues. She was patient, ran a thorough round of tests and then we all came together to plan the next stages of care. I was very impressed and am glad I chose Country Chase Vet.

I had a great first appointment. The doctor made me feel like he really cared for animals and the clients going to the practice :) I'll be back again.

They are extremely professional and never pressure you into getting procedures your animal might not need. I’ve had vets that do that just to make money. I highly recommend CountryChase.

The only reason we would stayed for so long was because of the prepaid puppy plan that comes with spay/neuter and microchip, however, they never microchipped our dog. They apparently were supposed to ask us when we dropped off our dog for the spay but never did. Every appointment, we would have to wait at least 30 mins in the parking lot before someone would even come get our dog. Numerous times we would wait over an hour in their parking lot and call to find out an ETA only to be told that they thought it was a drop off appointment and hadn’t even gotten to our dog. Every concern we had, we were told it was allergies (one of the doctors specializes in allergies and pushes this concept heavily). Every visit-even a quick checkup, would cost us at least $100 (even on the puppy plan!). I will say, Dr. Borecky is AMAZING. We loved him, however, he does not have the staff support to really provide the greatest overall experience. The front office is a total mess and never treated us with much respect for our concerns or our time. Our dog had bloody discharge after her spay-when I called to ask the vet, the front desk said “I don’t know, that sounds weird.” and offered no other help or solutions and was quick to get off the phone. I understand that times are weird due to COVID but the level of disorganization by the front desk staff is truly astonishing.

Very caring and professional. We visited the dog dermatologist and couldn’t be happier.

My experiences here so far has been great. The staff is very nice and respectful and my dog does not get frightened to come here.

Dr. Borecky and Dr. Ierace are the dream team! We have two Frenchies and one teacup Maltese and between Dr. Borecky and Dr. Ierace, they have provided superior care for all three of our senior dogs. And a personal THANK YOU to Dr. Ierace for traveling with Paige yesterday to perform her laser surgery on her paw. Both doctors are so compassionate and have a true passion for their work! And the staff - - amazing! They are always friendly and eager to help every time you call! We love Shawn at the front desk. Thank you Dr. Borecky, Dr. Ierace and to the wonderful office staff! Been taking our pups there for over 3 years. They have been great. The vets are easy to talk to and the staff is nice and helpful.

Came to pick up a foster but everyone was very pleasant and the environment is very clean and welcoming. I love that they had to separate entrances for different animals to alleviate anxieties.

The entire staff is caring, professional and excellent at communication. Although we having been going to CCV since our Standard Poodles were pups, this is the first time we’ve seen Dr Borecky he was thorough and knowledgeable, not only in general, but also about our particular breed. Outstanding!

Dr. Ierace is my old man , Armani's doctor. This weekend we had a situation with one of his conditions and she saw him without hesitation. Dr. Ierace is thorough, honest and genuine. She saved his life! I wouldn't trust any other hospital to see to my puppy's needs. Dr. Borecky is just as wonderful! He made time to look at Armani as well and to confer with Dr. Ierace about Armani's condition. Wonderful staff and I'm forever grateful!

Poor service. Charging over 300 dollars. Sorry ???? my baby went to your clinic and came out the same. Took her to another vet and within hours she was better.

Caring and compassionate staff and Dr Borecky is the best vet around. Provides you with multiple treatment options, and allows you to make the best decision for you and your pet. No pressure for the high price options. Family atmosphere. Everyone there loves the pets that come in.
