We are visiting Family in Florida and our 12 year old dog needed grooming. We was actually recommended to Lucky Pets by a women walking her dog. The service was excellent, prompt and friendly. They also sell accessories for your pet which are fairly priced and well thought about. There is no doubt this establishment cares about animals and go over and above to give you the best for your pet.

Brittany has been grooming out Shih-Tsu, Samson for quite a while now. He always looks beautiful, afterward, and she follows my instructions perfectly. He is never thrilled by going to the groomer(ha,ha), but looks and smells terrific when he comes home! I might add that the staff is very welcoming, and the place is immaculate. Thanks, Lucky Pet.

It has been a year since my two bichons have been getting groomed at Lucky Pet. The owners as well as the staff have become wonderful friends, and attentive to my old puppies of 15. They look great, fluffy and they leave wagging their tails. The groomers care on how they look but most importantly they care about my furry kids well being. I love Lucky pet and grateful to have found such a professional group of people when I moved here a year ago. 5+ stars

This place is great. My dog loves it. No hesitation, he runs right in. The staff is extremely friendly and are fantastic with my dog. Couldn't be happier.

We LOVE Lucky Pet grooming. The groomers do a great job and are always careful to ask how we want the haircut to look. They are also very gentle and patient with our little rescue dog, who gets anxious and is not the easiest to groom. Staff is quick to respond to messages, very helpful and professional. Great little grooming/pet store. Been coming here off and on for almost 2 years now. They get booked up quickly and I'm a bit of a procrastinator with grooming appts, so I tend to go between them another groomer when schedules just won't work. I believe most of the groomers here have been used for my two yorkipoos... and all of the ladies are fantastic! They are attentive, caring, and honest. Customer service is always on point and despite the recent price hike, they are still pretty fair and competitive.

They always do a wonderful job for my Toy Poodle and always receive the best customer service, thank you so much!!

As I am sure with all dog owners their dog is their best friend.....and for me I love Nemo so, so much.....he can be a bit afraid of new things and people...but the staff at Lucky Pet made him feel so comfortable and the grooming was super....Thank You Lucky Pet!

Amy & Jojo were so amazing with my pup Jolie today. Her hair gets matted so easily I’m not sure how Amy did it but thank you! It’s really nice to have found a groomer who allows booking online, it makes life so much easier. Amy/ Jojo called me before they gave my dog a haircut and making sure I was comfortable with the style! I really don’t think any other groomer has ever been so kind! I can’t wait to bring my dog back!

Wonderful experience. Morgan and Amy took time to meet us and our dog instead of just taking him back right away for grooming. He looks great. We will be back as regular grooming clients. The retail store has a great selection of products too.

Very friendly staff and very pleased with Luna's first grooming!

I cannot thank you enough! What a wonderful place! Excellent customer service which is very rare these days. I called for a last minute appointment for a bath and nail trim for my little Luna. Not only was I accommodated but Luna face was trimmed perfectly and had further trimming as needed. Luna looked happy and so relaxed when she arrived home. Thank you so much Gerardo. Such a warm and friendly environment every time I come in! Whether to buy food and treats or to have my Paddington groomed, they always greet me by my name and are very knowledgeable and accommodating! The new employee, I can’t recall her name at the moment, is really something special!! Just the kind of sweet person an owner would want, esp to take his place behind the counter! (Cuz those are some big shoes to fill as far as treating all his guests like family!)

My fiancé and I absolutely love this place!! The owners are so nice and incredibly knowledgeable!! We had both of our puppies trained here as well, and now we have amazingly behaved pups! We also bring them to get their haircuts done there as well! Our dogs know when we pull up there and they start getting excited! Lucky Pet is our “go to” pet store!! We would recommend Lucky Pet to anyone
