I called to try and make my dog an appointment for vaccination and the second someone answered it was just pure bad attitude. Everything felt extremely rushed and she made me feel unimportant and stupid,Talk about bad customer service :(

I did not like the veteran. I felt like he did not care for my dog. It felt like he stayed for 5 mins only.And just gave me some pills for his condition. I felt like he knew the pills weren't going to help so next time I can come and charge me more money. And it's true the pills he gave me it's not working for my poor dog. I'm not coming back to that vet.

We recently had to put our 15yr old dog to sleep. We found this vet to be less expensive. They were very professional and symptomatic to us during this sad time. They made our dog very comfortable with sedation before they administered the medicine to euthanize her. I really appreciated that because she would have been nervous otherwise. They made her transition to heaven bearable for both of us, thank you so much we will truly miss our little angel.

Dr.Hibb is great. Groomer is professional and loves dogs and cats. Good prices.

Everyone is great and you can tell they love animals. I like that they treat them in front of you, so you see what vaccines and treatment they're getting, the old-school way ????. Other vets take your babies away.

The front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. Zero customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS GHETTO CLINIC. NASTY RUDE PEOPLE!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!

I tried to do a walk in appointment for my dog who needs he’s important shots, this lady that works there treated me badly not good customer service for extremely disappointed. Never want to go there again I prefer paying a little more but as long as they treat me right and my dog also. She was very rude to me I don’t know why someone like her works there she should get fired!! I came again today , they took forever to attend me just to check in cause I already made a appointment for both of my dogs and I was waiting outside for them to attend me so I was waiting in the sun for 15 min almost was too much for me. I rather go there go to another veterinarian then to come here! Bad Customer Service!! Don’t come here anymore also this is wanna the worst veterinarian… I don’t suggest it for anyone to come here to be honest…

I would recommend making an appointment that’s what I did. We are in and out in no time I highly recommend this place for cats or dogs.

This is the place to bring your fur babies from the start. The Dr. and his wonderful and caring staff have provided a great service for us with love and compassion when it was time for our cat to go to heaven. We now bring our chihuahua there and the treatment and care are the same. Thank-you!!!

Excellent Doctor and friendly staff. Dr Hibi has been my fault vet for over 20 years. He excels at diagnosing my cats. He is the most caring and compassionate veterinarian that I have met in San Diego. I highly recommend Amazon animal hospital for All of your animal needs. He treats exotic pets and regular pets. I have talked to a wide variety of his clients that came in with many different types of pets. Everyone has been very pleased with Dr Hibi and the care he and his staff provided them.

After speaking with Vanessa at Amazon Animal Hospital I realized there are some folks who should NEVER work in customer service. She was rude, incompetent and dismissive. Advice for small business owners- do a better job at vetting those you hire to work with the public because a first impression lasts a lifetime. 97 reviews on Yelp....3 star rating. That should have been the first place I checked before taking my pets to Amazon.

Front staff is very nice, vet could be a bit more informative but i understand that they are trying to see as many patients as they can, very affordable, easy check in.

This place is great. Dr. Hibi is wonderful with us and our 3 pets. We've been to quite a few vets in San Diego over the years but now that we've found Amazon, we wouldn't think I'd taking our pets to any other care giver.

Everyone there is very friendly, caring and so professional. The place is very clean and safe for you and your best friend(pet). They were careful and patient with my puppy. I recommend Amazon Animal Hospital 100%
