My pet just had a surgery this morning and when I picked him up, staff was more than happy to explain me every detail about the surgery which made me feel very comfortable and calmer. Dr Kenee is very professional since the first time I talked with him. Thank you for all your assistance I couldn’t be happier.

I had a tough time writing this because I have had some great experiences here and it’s so convenient due to the proximity of my house, but there have been a lot of cons as of late. 1. Whenever you call you get front office staff that is either not responsive or places you on hold for what seems like eternity. Plus they can be incredibly rude. I work in the medical field and this is a common theme regardless of where you go unfortunately. 2. Don’t offer walk-ins, hold office hours on Saturdays, or emergency services if you are not going to accommodate anyone. “Oh you can just come in Monday.” or pawning us off to another vet is not acceptable. 3. The only competent doctor, in my opinion, is Dr. Bonnville. He actually tries to get to the root of the issues and actually seems like he cares. The others that I have seen, and I have been with all of them, will just throw a medication at your animal and say “Good luck! Call us next week!”. There is more but I feel like those are the main issues that have arisen in my presence. It’s just so unfortunate because it is just another office in the Carrollwood area that has gone from great service to awful in the matter of a few months. I am not sure if it is due to COVID or not, but I hope that I can have a good experience here again.

The office staff were super friendly and helpful! Dr. Martinez was super nice and informative highly recommended!

Great prices for vet care and pet meds/supplies. My Ebony is on an RX diet and it's a one stop shop to get her seen and pick up her meds, treats and food.

Wonderful place filled with wonderful people. While the wait times can go over your scheduled appointment time it's never by too much. I thoroughly believe that my pets are getting the best care possible when here.

I've always had a problem getting through to them because they put you on hold and leave you hanging for 10 to 15 minutes I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30 went inside signed in went back out to my car because they had no rooms sat in my car for 45 minutes with an 80 lb dog I went back inside and ask them what the problem was and they said oh let us clean a room and we'll bring him in after we got to the back that was another 30 minutes I don't know if they've just overbooked because there was no emergency if there was I could understand but this seems to be getting to be and every time occurrence I'm thinking of finding another vet

I have been going to Keene Veterinary Hospital for many years Dr. Ladue has taken care of 3 of my pets and still caring for my 13 year old Aussie. I would highly recommend any doctor at this veterinary clinic.

Found a kitten and was nearly impossible to get an appointment asap at most places. KEENE took us in last minute and were simply amazing with the little guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had an amazing experience!

7/20/2021 I never usually do this but if you're looking at reviews you should take this one into consideration. We have been going to this vets office for 15 years. It was amazing. Now however over the last 6 months I'm experiencing a completely different service here. The front desk staff don't care that you're worried about your pet, no appointment most of the time for two weeks. My dog is 15 years old and has a lot of worrying issues, not being able to breath properly is one. I'm so disappointed in the way we have been treated. I have recommended so many of my friends here over the years but will not be doing that again. Now after 15 years I'm looking for a new vet for the end of my dogs life. It's very sad.

They handled one of the most difficult family decisions with compassion and understanding. When my daughter needed a shoulder to cry on and a hug of reassurance, she got exactly what she needed. It was heartbreaking to watch, but comforting to know we were doing the humane thing for our beloved pet. Thank you Dr. Ladue, you will forever have a special place in our hearts.

Keene has been amazing to me and my dogs! They are always kind, caring, and do what they can. The veterinarias have all been excellent- I’ve seen all four. I would like to mention that Joy is truly the best thing to ever happen at the front desk! I always have my fingers crossed that she is working, because she takes the extra effort to do what she can and be accommodating. She works extremely hard and is always such a pleasure! The only downside is that Keene Veterinary Clinic has become so popular, that they have almost outgrown themselves in a sense. The phone lines are always busy, when you get through- you’re put on hold, and you wait even with an appointment. It’s worth it for me because of how great they are, but they are going to need to expand at some point if they continue to grow.

I don’t think I have the right words to describe how incredibly grateful I am for Keene Veterinary Hospital. I brought my goat on ER who had a uterine tear and a kid stuck and needed an emergency c-section. Dr. LaDue knew everything and more that he needed to do to perform her c-section. He not only saved the mom, but also saved the baby. Dr. LaDue along with his staff are so compassionate, educated, and kind. I recommend this hospital and their care to anyone I do or don’t know. We are all so thankful and grateful.

This is a great veterinary practice! I have been going here for more than a decade now. I just took my new puppy there for his 2nd set of shots and an exam. I can't imagine taking my family members anywhere else!! ❤????❤
