A great place to receive care for your pets. Everyone is courteous and professional. Dr. Barsch shows a sincere concern for his patients.

They always get my pet in on time. They’re kind and my usually anxious dog had no problem going in for her appointment alone. They’re still following their COVID guidelines so no one is allowed in the clinic. They pick up and drop your dog off in the parking lot.

Highly recommend Barsch Animal Clinic! They have hands-down the best customer service, not only is the staff amazing and caring, but Dr. Barsch really takes the time to talk to you about all of your pets symptoms, and come up with a great plan to help them get better. You can tell that he really treats every animal as if they were his own. My dog was having an emergency over the weekend and they squeezed me in first thing Monday morning to follow up with her and she’s doing just fine now. I am forever grateful to Dr. Barsch and his staff for providing the best care for my dog. I will only go to him from now on.

I do not recommend Barsch Animal Clinic. They fired my brother who is autistic over a text message with no explanation and no conversations with him or my parents on how he could improve or do better. While I’m sure that Dr. Barsch is a fine doctor, this is not a critique on their veterinary skills but rather on their leadership skills and how they treat their employees. I can’t recommend a veterinary clinic that treats people so poorly. While I’m sure there may have been things my brother could have done to be a better employee, there was no effort on their end to mediate with him. People with autism have a harder time finding work and keeping work because people do not have empathy with them and the challenges they face. My brother has compromised social communication skills which makes it difficult for him to engage successfully with co-workers and customers. This is specifically why he requested to move from the front office to the kennel where he could work alone with animals, which he loves. Also, terminating him over text message has really broken my brother’s confidence and all he wants is to find a good job that he can make work and gain self independence.

Doctor Barsch is the BEST!

Do not take your pet here. We have not seen or spoke to the vet in over a year and have visited every 3-6 months for routine maintenance. They are using covid as an excuse to be lazy. We were here a month ago and the techs looked at my dog. I asked them to check on a couple of lumps. They never responded. Nor did they check his teeth as all of a sudden two are rotting out on the front and two in back. They claim they never saw him. They have no electronic records so always need to fax no email. Staff has been rude and lack knowledge on the phone. They do surgeries once per week and only before 11. His teeth were quoted as so nice when we moved here a year and a half ago. Why was this never looked at at the vet? Will never be back. Save your pets don’t go here.

Had an appointment set 2 weeks prior for 11:00am grooming and exam Had to schedule time off for this appt.called me at 9:00 to tell me I missed appt when I told them it was 11:00 they told me to reschedule for Monday?more time off ?have been taking my pup's there for almost 30years not professional at all with the response couldn't even talk to management. Very disappointing.

Dr. Barsch has been caring for our pets since 1996. That’s 4 dogs and 3 cats. You will never find a more compassionate, kind, and calm veterinarian!! He explains everything completely and spends time answering all our questions. Love this clinic and his staff!!
