I had just moved here from Ohio and was almost out of my cat’s dry food I was given Dr. Blake’s name to call. When I called and explained the situation they didn’t hesitate to get me the food I needed without even seeing my baby. THANK YOU ????

We would take our dog family members here again. We just had a bad first experience. Dr. looked at our 12 year old doggie, and I thought I already knew she had cancer (????) but he didn't do any tests. Usually I'm good with this, but we wanted to know more. He just said maybe she'll last till February (this was at the beginning of December.) I though at the least, a blood test should be in order. He was ready to put her down but said there were mobile places to do this if we chose to go that route. Normally he would come to the house if we lived closer (we're about an hour from him.) We took her to Hernando Animal Hospital that initially said it was a fatty mass years ago, they did an expat and bloodwork. That fatty mass is spleen cancer. So, I'm not really happy with either place. If she was younger, it should have been removed. We were told by Dr. Blake she is too old for surgery. I don't feel like either place is great now, but at least HAH did some tests. She eats well, lost a lot of weight in a short time (our dx was correct,) she has bad arthritis too, but still gets up for a little walk, and she sleeps well. She's very "clingy" but hey! I would be too, so I cater to her daily because I stay home. Giving her the royal treatment, I'm hoping she lives well past February! But I won't see her in pain, but so far, so good. No pain other then the arthritis she's had for a long time. We're treating her on our own with research we found ourselves, but we wished the fatty mass could have been removed when she was younger.

Dr. Blake is absolutely the best vet we have ever been too. Great with animals and has a calm demeanor to keep animals relaxed. My dog is fiesty and protective and will bite. Dr. Blake has a special way of calming her down and he’s able to complete her exams without issues. We absolutely love him and wouldn’t trust our babies with anyone else

I have been going to Blake veterinary since 2017. Brooke and Susan at the front desk are literal angels. And their techs are so animal and care orientated it’s clear they just want the best for your pet. They have always gone above and beyond in any situation, from handling my fearful/reactive pit-bull with kindness and confidence. To ALWAYS having the most reasonably priced medication and treatments. (Seriously, in TX I paid literally double what they charged for my dogs cushings medicine) they are incredible. Dr. Blake works hard to identify and treat issues in such a conscientious and knowledgeable way. I trust them so much, and over and over they earn my loyalty. I can list a million instances but one that stands out the most to me is when my boy needed a growth removal, I told them he’d never had a dental and to go ahead and give him one since he was going under. They came back and said it wasn’t needed and saved me the $$$ dental cost. They didn’t have to do that. I will always chose Blake veterinary, and recommend them to anyone who wants their animals taken care of by the most quality and trustworthy people, and one of the most cost effective vets offices I’ve ever been to.

Dr Blake and his staff are the best. He is extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed my dogs for ailments after I wasted thousands in Tampa. Hes kind and generous with his time. My only complaint is there is not enough of him to go around! I have 7 furbabies.
