Dr. Burgos is fantastic!! She was very communicative, and informative, with what the appointment would entail. The crew there is always friendly, and super willing to answer any questions. I couldn’t imagine taking my fur baby anywhere else.

My bunny rabbit and new mini schnauzer puppy are patients here and wow! The staff is SO warm and friendly and my animals seem less anxious when they’re here. I highly recommend you bring your fur babies here or any of your pets if you want them to have a good experience.

After searching the Tampa area online for a local veterinary facility that offered alternative treatments such as Stem Cell and Plasma Rich Platelets (PRP) for our injured Havanese, we selected Ehrlich Animal Hospital based on the company's website touting these areas of specialty services and treatments. We scheduled our appointment for a consultation and met with Dr. Walker. I will start the review I am about to provide that I am fairly well educated in the areas of orthobiologics and the use of prolotherapy's such as Stem Cell Therapy derived from bone marrow (BMC) as well as the use of Plasma Rich Platelets (PRP) in humans for successful treatment of a multitude of orthopedic injuries. Given that the use of such alternative treatments and therapies have been used in Veterinary medicine for even longer than humans, I was very hopeful that we would find a local Veterinary Office with experience and expertise in these specialties, especially after reviewing the website of Ehrlich Animal Hospital. To say that this Veterinary practice is using the classic "Bait and Switch" in their marketing of these specialized services and treatments is a understatement. Upon meeting with Dr. Walker and asking just a few direct questions regarding the use of PRP in the ligament of a small dogs leg, it was very clear that this person possessed little to no actual medical knowledge of these type of treatments. In fact, before the doctor even took our dog back to sedate him and take his own set of x-rays, he was very quick to jump on the surgery band wagon, touting the credentials of their veterinary surgeon. While I certainly do not expect every Veterinary practice to offer every option of care for their patients, I do find it offensive that a practice would intentionally promote such treatments in an effort to get you to come in for a "paid" consultation ($435.00), only to push what they do know which is a surgical approach. Upon the completion of our consult, we were instructed by the Vet that he had sent the x-rays and information over to their veterinary surgeon for evaluation and that we could expect a call from the doctor by the end of the day for the surgical options assessment. That was on Wed., Jan. 12th, one week ago. I called the following day to follow up only to be told the doctor was off that day and would call me back the next day. As of today, ( 1 week after our visit) we have yet to hear back from Dr. Walker. Long story short, if you are looking for real alternatives to surgical procedures for your pet, this office is not the place. While they do promote such treatments on the companies website, they are not trained nor are they equipped to offer such treatments. The good news is, we have found a veterinary practice that is well trained and experienced in prolotherapy's for dogs of all sizes and our Havanese is scheduled for his first PRP injections into his torn ligament at the end of the week.

We would like to thank Dr. Walker and staff for their compassion and assistance in dealing with a difficult day for us. They were able to make sure our final moments with our family dog were completely about her and her comfort. Thank you.

I love Dr. Saleh, and all the vet staff, always a great experience, but it is getting a bit pricey for routine thing's, not that I would ever skip or pass on anything that they suggest my dogs need.. I have complete faith in the clinic..and that’s something that has to be earned with me when it comes to my girls..!

The Staff does a great job even in times of me being stressed over one of my 3 cats. Dr. Saleh is a brilliant veterinarian. He is compassionate and truly caring about my 3 cats. Dr. Saleh's experience is helpful and he accepts me using homeopathic foods to treat my 19.5 year old cat as well as the others. His follow-up is better than any other Vet that we have experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Saleh!

The staff was so kind and Dr. Walker was very thorough in finding the root cause of shaking in my dobie puppies front paw!

My Lady had injured herself. The way they took care of her was amazing the way the treated made me happy (loved the way they called her Beautiful in such a caring way when they were taking her for testing). They we so patient and tender with her. The fear of her being a pit bull had other places worried about dealing with her, they always wanted to sedate her before even seeing her. But here they know how to make friends with the dog, so everyone is at ease and not stress. That has been so important to me. She actually likes going there, unlike other places where I could not even get her out of the car without a struggle. Thank you everyone for the LOVE and Care you have for our Loved Ones.

Our boy Oliver has been a patient for 10 years and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. We have always been happy with the vets. Dr. Wynn, who has primarily treated Oliver, is wicked smart and a talented surgeon. She is direct and answers every question we have. The staff are top shelf and always go the extra mile.

Dr. Saleh and staff were very very nice and super informative. It was my first visit there bringing our parakeet and I am very impressed. I have worked in the vet field for years and know how hard the doctors and their teams work. Even tho it was the end of their day, they worked me in and didn’t rush me out. Great place!!!! Their manager is pretty amazing too!

I take all of my animals to Ehrlich Animal Hospital and am never disappointed. They are a wonderful and caring professionals and staff.

On Christmas Eve day we took our chihuahua dachshund mix in to see Dr. Walker. We were surprised they were open and able to see her on such short notice. Dr. Walker and the staff were friendly and professional. They were so patient and gentle with our pup. Dr Walker answered all of our questions and provided helpful information on what to do in the future. He even called us a couple days later to see how she was doing. We are so happy they were open on Christmas Eve. Thank you to the Dr. and staff for everything.

I am new to EAH and have an 11 year-old chihuahua with some health issues. Dr Turner and his Assistant Erica were fabulous. Very attentive and gentle with my dog. He took time to answer my questions, made some recommendations but did not pressure me. I didn't feel rushed and felt like Dr Turner and Staff genuinely care.

Great experience as always. Dr. Wynn is terrific with cats and the vet assistant was also very helpful. 5 stars all the way.

My family has been going to this vet for years ever since we moved to Florida. The staff is always so so kind and sweet, and working with dr. Walker is the best. He explains things in easy terms while showing you and narrating what he’s examining and seeing on your pet! My kitties love it here :)

We started coming here during the pandemic so we were never able to go inside with our dog, we just trusted he was in good hands. We brought our new kitten in yesterday and we were able to come inside for the first time and Oh my goodness the way the doctor’s and nurses treat our pets is beyond heart warming. They truly love their job and every animal they see! The staff is so fun and loving it makes me so happy to know that Even though I was not able to go in with my dog all year he was in amazing care!

I used Ehrlich as one of my main vets when I lived in citrus park. I now live in Seminole heights but still make the drive when my dog needs to see a veterinarian. My local vet can never squeeze me in for emergencies and even when they do I am disappointed. Ehrlich is a bit pricey, but it is quality service that gets it right the first time.
