Dr. Steve is very knowledgeable and caring. He's looked after all of my animals.

For all of us who have lived on Davis Islands for many years now, what we wouldn't GIVE to actually have a GOOD VET on the Island we could actually feel good about taking our animals to. Isn't it time for this "vet" to retire? He is the most inappropriate, intimidating, unprofessional vet several of us have unfortunately experienced. Please, someone else buy this business and take over. Animals and people don't deserve to be treated in this fashion.

I have never been more disgusted in my life on how a doctor could act. I have been here twice the first to get my pet rats medication when he brought up the topic of libertarians. Today I went in to get two of my rats euthanized and he brought up my bob Marley shirt. He has a very cold unprofessional demeanor. Would not recommend

Dr.Lewis and his staff are amazing. My Yorkie Gator was so sick. Dr Lewis was so kind and concerned about him, He checked him out and told me what to do. His assistants are the best. So kind hearted and concerned about all animals. They take such good care of the patients. Gator is very comfortable with them where he didn't like the other vet. Will continue to take all my animals there. Would highly recommend them....

Dr. Lewis was very helpful with my dog and this is our 1st time here. We appreciate Dr. Lewis and Abby for all your help. We will be back!

I hate to leave bad reviews but I am still in shock over how unprofessional this vet is. If you care about your pet I do not recommend bringing them here. My experience was so bad I actually ended up waking out in the middle of our exam and going to a different vet. The vet tech was nice, but Dr.Lewis was so unsympathetic and abrupt. He commanded his vet tech to put my golden retriever on a metal platform and raise it in the air so he didn’t have to bend over to examine his ears. He then tried to order me to sit down and not comfort my dog. Overall an unorganized practice with no compassion or manners. I ended up going to Veterinary Emergency Group and they were great.

the first thing I was asked is if I had a skimpy bikini which really just set the tone for the whole visit... I was asked twice to pull my mask down because the vet can’t hear very well apparently, he also stepped on my dogs tail and pulled out quite a large amount of hair and didn’t apologize or pet her, just went right into putting her on the table and examining her. wouldn’t recommend unless your an old white guy who sails ???? my dog was very uncomfortable and so was I

I’m so grateful that I was able to get my kitten Fluffy McStuffins a same day appointment. I noticed that she had a UTI this morning and I called around because our Vet didn’t have any availability. She is feeling much better this evening.., thank you so much! Great experience all the way through starting with the initial phone call!! Highly recommend ????

Very disappointed that this vet was not wearing a mask and doesn't seem to think that coronavirus is an issue. He also seemed to feel that since he has been a vet for 40 years I shouldn't ask questions, and should just listen. We won't be going back.

I have been to about five different vets in the Tampa area and Dr. Lewis and his staff are by far the best! I have two dogs and a cat who have all be treated at least once by Dr. Lewis. Usually I can get same day appointments, their prices are reasonable, and they thoroughly answer every question I have. Five Stars! Highly Recommend!

Very caring and will see your pets at last minute if needed

Dr Lewis is very knowledgeable, he keeps up to date on the latest techniques. I drive over an hour a way to have him treat my Bulldogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Hours are great, the staff is super friendly!
