I took my puppy here and the staff and vet were amazing! They were so personable and really took the time to get to know my puppy and my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone I know! ☺️

This vet has no idea on how to treat allergies on a dog. But he sure knows how to charge you for trying. If you can not diagnose a dog or cat correctly you should not charge. I don’t mind paying for a service but not going to keep paying someone to guess at a diagnosis. Will definitely never go back

My husband and I are so happy to have found Cross Creek! All of the staff are very personable and our dog Jax trusted them quickly (which is my #1 criteria for any vet). They were able to answer all of our questions easily and it is obvious they enjoy and care about what they do. They also discussed visit and vaccine costs up front, no last minute surprises. We will definitely return to Cross Creek for any of Jax's medical needs.

Considering the circumstances of Covid-19 and the social distancing, I thought our first visit here was handled excellently - the doctor was very thorough in his exam and they followed up as promised with lab results etc. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great facility as this one.

We have been patients of Dr Hodges for the past 16 years. He and his staff are spectacular in every way. They are professional, kind, caring, responsive and have held my pets live long, healthy, and happy lives. Thank you Dr Hodge and his staff.

We had an “all of a sudden” situation with our 13 year old Tabby cat who developed a limp with a protruding shoulder what seemed like over night. They were able to see us on short notice and give us almost immediate response and results. They also went over all of our options for care and made sure we understood. Great team! Had a great experience with this vet. The staff is great, didn't do any unnecessary tests or procedures. They referred me to a pet dentist, which fixed a chronic problem. This was a nice change instead of them trying to do something a regular vet is unable to do. Will we be using them from now on

Dr Hodge, Eniko and Paula are amazing! They take such good care of my elderly dog with love and compassion. They keep me up to date and informed every step of the way and genuinely care. I cannot thank them enough and I would definitely recommend!!!!

Dr Hodge seems to think that posting their own Pyramid scheme is acceptable for running a business. They seem to push essential oils more than anything helpful for your pets steer clear from this place, you’d be better off seeing a professional at the game Operation than this place. Our experience at Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre could not have been better! Dr. Hodge and his staff were wonderful. The examination was very thorough and Dr. Hodge took time to listen to our concerns. Everything was explained to us clearly and we got all our questions answered. More importantly, we could see how caring and gentle everyone was with Fritz.

i took my tabby cat in there the morning of 1/17/2020 because he was not acting right. He was very sluggish, and not engaging as much as normal. Dr. Hodge and the vet techs at Cross Creek were amazing. Dr. Hodge evaluated my cat, Jerry, at no cost and recommended we take him straight to the emergency vet center. The blonde vet tech, whose name I do not recall, was kind, caring, and compassionate. She could tell I was stressing out and she went and made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my husband to come and pick me and the kitty up. I am so thankful for the compassion shown by this amazing vet team.

Super knowledgeable, they truly care about you and your animals. They make sure you understand what’s going on and they even attach information for you to take home, read, get familiarized with, and comfortable with. In addition, they even stay in touch with you to make sure your pet is well after the visit. Excellent customer service and amazing human connection. They are a bit more pricey than our previous vet but, I’m ok with spending that extra dollar to take my fur baby somewhere that truly cares and knows what they are doing.

The staff made me feel very welcome and listened to my concerns about my cat. They were also excellent with him and handled him well. Definitely recommend this vet!!

I've been going to Cross Creek for a few months now and have been very pleased with the service each visit. The staff here cares very much about their customers and you establish a relationship with them over time. They send out text messages to remind you of appointments and check up on the pet a few days after the appointment. It is a little bit more expensive, but you definitely get quality service for what you pay for. If you want to guarantee that your pet is getting great service and is treated well, then this is a good vet for you.

Our animal had an emergency and they fit us in on the weekend. Best of all they saw us promptly and fixed our doggy’s issue that day. Wonderful.

We've been going to see Dr. Hodge for about 4 years now. We absolutely love bringing our French Bulldog in to see them. The staff is so nice and friendly and everyone takes more than enough time to explain everything that they're doing and why a treatment plan is recommended. Pricing is on par with everything else we've experienced, and they always give you a detailed price quote before performing anything. I can not speak more highly about Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre and Dr. Hodge!
