The team at Carrollwood Community Animal Hospital are very friendly and take pride in the pets they care for.

Wouldn't take my cat anywhere else . Very friendly and efficient.

Been taking care of our dogs for at least 15 years. Many times gets us in unexpected same day.

I almost wish we were still in Tampa - we miss Dr. Jones that much! He was our vet for 20+ years before we moved - cats, dogs, and iguanas - he was always there for us.

I loved the service, they were very attentive.

I called to get my 1 year old girl set up at this vet and was told they're booked and not taking in new patients. The lady was very rude and put me on hold while I was explaining a concerning bump on my dog's back. I felt completely disrespected.

The actual appointment and everything went along smoothly and quickly.the staff was very nice.

Watch for the "bait n switch" move, called was quoted $300 for a procedure. Came to over $600. Oh they say, the 300 was just for the one thing and now we are going to charge you for everything else involved. Well how about when you give people a price, maybe tell them that there might be more involved. It's like ordering a hamburger for a dollar, and than getting charged another dollar for each half of the bun, just call it 3 bucks. Would not go back!

We have been with Dr. Jones for 32 year and I might add I moved from North Tampa to South Tampa and no vet has matched Carrollwood Animal Hospital for their compassion and professionalism. We had several dogs throughout the years and he has always been compassionate for what our fur babies were going through and what we as pet owners are going through. Either way he has never pressured us on what decision needs to be made. He only confirmed what decision we made for our fur baby was the right decision. We can not thank him and his staff enough for their support and compassion. I would highly recommend Carrollwood Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a top notch Vet. Thank You Dr. Jones and your staff for all that you do for our family pets!!!

Excellent Vet and staff! Always helpful and quick with appointments, both getting in quickly and not waiting when you arrive. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions I have. They were with me with great compassion when my dog died, and later gave great advice when choosing my puppy and his training. Highly recommend!

Very nice staff, no waiting she cat was seen right away the Doctor was talking us through the whole process letting us know why and what we can do to make a our cat better!

I have been taking my animals here since 1993. Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all caring towards the pets and their humans.

Been with Carrollwood Animal Hospital for years and will continue to do so. Keanu is doing so much better. He needed a couple of days of rest and now he is back to his old (2 month old) self.. We love him and appreciate the care you give all of our animals.

Dr. Jones and staff always treat my animals like their own. They make sure to make sure that my pets feel comfortable and that everyone remains safe during their exams. A couple of my cats can be real pistols when handled and he has methods that make the exam process very easy on them.

Trust Dr. Jones and his staff 100% and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Dr Jones has been taking care of my 2 Jack Russells and before that, another Jack of 16 years and he took care of a friend's puppy for 13 years before that. Pretty good 30 year track record :)! The entire staff knows my kids and I can't thank them enough for keeping them healthy. I trust and value Dr. Jones candid advice and opinion. He will tell you the truth and what options are available for the best care of the patient. I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else!!

Amazing staff!! I love the attention to detail, and straightforward information, that Dr. Jones and his staff gives Bella and I. There is definitely a lot going right at this business that others can take notes on!! The kids at Carrollwood Elementary School are definitely grateful.

Our visit wasn’t just ok, it was fantastic. The staff is so friendly (I mean everyone), and we could tell immediately that our pet was in good hands. Staff and Doc were so caring and knowledgeable. We have found our forever vet!

I took my nursing dog here on an emergency visit and the staff was able to squeeze me in even though, they were busy. The staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic, this will be my permanent clinic from now on.
