Our first time using Aussie was very successful. Our pup,Brandi , seemed quite content. No barking and perfectly groomed! Next appt in December.

I’ve been a customer of Aussie Pet Mobile since 2017 and I’ve dealt with rotating groomers and I can look past that but last month on my Dogs grooming day I was informed by his groomer that Aussie is no longer serving Redington Shores fine but don’t say you serve Tampa bay because you don’t and the worst part I still haven’t been informed by phone email or text that they will no longer be servicing my area totally unprofessional in my opinion and they can’t ever keep their groomers it’s always someone different even after you tell them your dog is very weird around new people and to please keep the same person to groom my dog and please make sure they speak English if my dog didn’t get car sick I probably wouldn’t use Aussie and the gentleman who does the phone really needs to learn phone etiquette and not be so rude to customers on the phone

I had my 4 month old Aussie Doodle groomed and they did an amazing job. They were so good with Riley and she is happy to be looking so pretty. They kept me updated on when they would be arriving and done grooming her. They also sent me pictures to make sure I was happy with the length. A++

My daughter has bening using this company for over a year. The 1st two groomings were so-so. The last one that her dog had in Sept was very good. My complaint is, her dog has an appointment for this morning and no one showed. My daughter called and was told that they no longer service our area due go lack of staffing. No call!!! They can't even let a person know of the cancellation!!! It's not like they aren't being paid well. $100 plus a tip for roughly 45 minutes!

I have an Australian puppy who is super hyper. I was giving him baths but it was way to much work for one person that I’d end up in the tub too. They messaged me back so quick came the next day or too and was quick and professional. My dog looks so fluffy and clean and adorable. And I will be using them from now on.

Last year they Broomed Mia, Good. But her neils where not down correct, i called , and the , Broomer never came back to do the nails. I PAYED 100.00 AND MORE, FOR THE SERVICE, I

Wow! Just a great experience! I sent a text message to inquire about prices and got a text back within minutes. In less than 10 minutes I had an appointment for the next day! Without having to call, leave voicemail, wait for a call back... whatever hassle I feel like every other service I ever need makes me go through. This was soooo easy! The groomer was on time and she was so sweet, pleasant and did a great job. Well worth it and such a hassle free experience. I highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They are thieves!! NO STARS (have to pick one for post)!! Scheduled an appointment for our 2 dogs. They scheduled us for a weekend appointment. They failed to show up! They claimed that they did. I have 2 dogs that bark when the wind hits the door. No one knocked on our door, even though they claimed they did. As I was waiting after 30 mins past my appointment time I attempted to text, call and email them. No one responded until the following Monday stating they had the wrong number. Now they have sent me to collections!! No real customer service. They prefer to lose future business than to make things right.

Initially our experience was great - the dogs loved our groomer and they were always prompt with communication. They had a groomer quit about a month ago and ever since then it's been a complete 180. They don't respond to our calls or messages and the rare time we are able to get a hold of someone we're told that they are booked out for the foreseeable future and can't even get back on the schedule. There is no attempt to fit us in, no reassurance that they'll have someone new in the coming weeks to get us back on the schedule. The entire experience this past month has felt extremely dismissive and rude. I understand that issues with staff happen beyond your control but what you can control is the way you communicate to your clients in the interim while you are figuring things out. After radio silence for a few weeks now I get a text from the SAME groomer we used to work with saying that I'm apparently booked for December and she can't make that time either. So I guess she's back now? And apparently they went ahead and put us back on the schedule for the end of the year without telling us - not that it matters because apparently they can't do the appointment regardless. Save yourself the headache and find a groomer that's more reliable because my experience has been that as soon as they have an issue with scheduling it's complete chaos and lack of communication on their end.

Great service! I have been searching for a mobile groomer for weeks and Aussie really came through. I have the cutest Pomeranian and her coat was a mess. They were on time, professional, convenient and she looks great.

Brooke did an amazing job with my skittish boyToby. He was returned to me gorgeous, happy, relaxed, and tired. Their service is a lifesaver for disabled seniors like us. We've already booked our next appointment.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was looking forward to this service. my dog needed a cut bad and clean up if I didn’t contact them today nobody would’ve showed up and when I had somebody call me the lady was rude this has been my first experience with them and I’m trying to explain what’s been going on and she just wants to rudely cut me off and explain how it was my fault I never responded the next day which is OK but the next day when they said it could be August 11th I asked if there was anything available on the 6th and she said yes but it would be later and I was fine with that and yet the appointment was not set and instead of trying to accommodate somewhere somehow she just wants to be rude...

Injured my dog horribly during routine grooming a few months ago. My pup couldn’t walk for over a week due to razor burn under his tail. Also, injured my pups eye. I had an expensive visit to the vet. I sent these theives the photos of the injury, at their request, and they promised to pay the vet bill. They lied and never paid the bill. When I looked them up on the florida business website, (sunbiz); they don’t exist, ‘inactive’. Goodluck finding their address, very shady people and horrible reputation. Anyone with an address and name of the owner for this horrible tampa “company” please let me know.

At a tender age of 14 years old Our Rusty passed away on December 7th of 2021. He always looked great. Thanks Aussie. I can't recall the tech name but she was sweet and good at her job.

We have a very nervous Aussie that has never been groomed before. I called Aussie pet mobile because I knew my pup would really hate going to a groomer at a shop, just the drive over would stress her out. I told Aussie mobile all about my dogs nervous behavior and they said not a problem. They sent Jasmine and she was AWESOME. So kind and had no problem waiting around for my dog to calm down so we could get her into the van. Jasmine did text me that our dog was very scared of the clippers and it would be unsafe to keep trying for that so instead she did the bath and scissor clipped all the spots she could. I think our dog looked great and was way less stressed than she could have been so I really appreciated Jasmine and the way she was able to comfort/deal with our dog. I will use this company again and I will be requesting Jasmine again.

Awesome scheduling service, they explained everything for me. The groomer that came out, Emily, was very nice and patient. Service was fast and my pup was super clean!

Miranda did “pawdicures” and ear hair cleaning on my four miniature schnauzers, and she did a WONDERFUL job!!! I haven’t used a groomer in years because a previous groomer hurt my pups pretty badly. I’ve handled their grooming myself. Over the last 6-8 months, my pups have not let me trim their nails or tend to their ear hair. I reluctantly booked with Aussie Pet Mobile. I am so happy that I did!! I will definitely be using Miranda again!! Also, the fact that I didn’t have to get them all in my car and take them to a strange place was helpful in reducing their anxiety. I highly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile and Miranda!!

After one of the groomers hurt my dog, I was told that they would cover my vet bills... its been over three weeks and nothing, they've sent nothing. Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible.

It was a great 1st time experience! Leo is a handful and they showed up early, were professional and did a wonderful job! 2nd visit I am going to ask to trim a little more off his legs and haunches and then we should be 100% however they did what I asked!

We started with a misunderstanding apt which was resolved by calling and talking to Deborah. She made things better. Then Jasmine came. My dog doesn't like strangers, we took her to the van and handed to Jasmine . by the time she came back she was all happy to show us how clean and beautiful she was. So yes a little pricey but we pay for the service of door to door, no kennel lock up with great individual care ❤. Definitely will use again

Todd was so nice and thorough. Abby looks great. I like that she was not stressed out, it took an hour or less, and I did not have to leave her at a building for hours. Thank you for providing this service. :)
