Ashley is OUTSTANDING with cats!! Our 16 year old kitty can be a little cranky but we needed help getting some small mattes off his belly. Ashley did exactly what we asked and was so good to him. Even got him all over brushed and nails trimmed! WOW! Thank you for making our old man handsome again. ????

This is a great place to get your pet partner groomed or to have a bath and I highly recommend getting the bath program monthly because it's a good deal and they really care about the animals there and they are great people I highly suggest it

Always made my Buddy look so handsome. Lisa has been grooming Buddy from 8 weeks old and he was almost 14yrs old . He passed away on September 19th. Thank you Lisa❣

Have an older cat and she actually enjoyed her grooming, felt so much better. Shes wasnt happy with it at the time but when it was done, you could tell it wasnt so bad. I cant thank them enough for helping my girl.

The owner Christine is a true animal lover. She and her staff do a wonderful job. She also has some cute things in her retail section.

If you have senior babies and you want them to have extra care and TLC, do not take them to Pet Spa. Today the front desk told me in a very negative tone, and annoyed, that my pets had anxiety and recommended that I take them to a vet to be groomed. The groomer did not come out, and talk to me one on one, and no prior issues was ever noted. I got the total and asked why so much, I normally don't get a receipt, and she said well they are both over 20 pounds...no, and I requested they look at my medical paperwork and My Bichon male was not 20 pounds. Also they went back, per my request and weighed my Bichon and she said he was only 14 pounds. Front desk girl said it was probably entered wrong by a past employee that was fired.. She said an extra fee can also be charged for a difficult pet.. "I said if my senior was having anxiety, you could have called me" im only 5 minutes away and could have picked her up. The front desk girl said oh well I will have to wait for the manager/owner to come in and call you for any past credits. I told her I will not be back.

First time here at Pet Spa Grooming and the ladies are beyond responsive and helpful. Wonderful experience top to bottom. I have a golden doodle so its important to have people who are good at removing mats. Will be back!

We'd give it a 5.0 out of 5. Very satisfied!

I was a first time visitor referred by a family member. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and engaging even when I could see they were busy. My seven month old Golden named Tucker looked so good and I could tell he had a little more pep in his step. Ashley P was his groomer and I loved the cut which cleaned him up. I was nervous as it was his first, but it turned out fab! We’ll be back and thank you team! Keep up the great work. They even put a bandana on him. ♥️

Took care of my dog as if it was there own. Beautiful grooming and she even got a facial. Cost is very reasonable.

One of the few places to get cat grooming done! Lobby area is a bit small and awkward to navigate with pet carriers and it would be nice if they'd offer to hold a door for you occasionally.

This place is Awesome ! Friendly, courteous & affordable. The groomers come out and talk to you after grooming your pet to let you know how it went and what all they did. We love this place for our family pet !

Great place for your pet.

I have a very energetic husky who can be rough when it comes to bath time and I had previously taken him to petsmart but I quickly realized that petsmart was awful because they barely bathed my dog and he smelled horrible and they didn’t brush him at all which for all you husky owners out there, you know that’s a problem lol. This place however was wonderful! They bathed him and he was squeaky clean and smelled great. He’s usually finicky when it comes to his nails but they trimmed them no problem and brushed his teeth. My dog was also in the middle of blowing his coat and they brushed him out so well he looks like a brand new dog I almost couldn’t believe it. Will definitely be going here from now on!

Took our Labradoodle Giorgio, to the spa and was very pleased with the staff and grooming they did. Will use them gain in the future. Reasonably priced IMHO.

I was in need of a dog groomer and just googled in my area. I liked that they used natural products. I just picked my little guy up and he looks like a brand new pup! They did a good job, good pricing, caring and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be back.

First time trying “ A pet spa grooming” and was very happy with their services. Teddy( poodle mix) and Rocco ( yorkie mix) look very clean and smell awesome . I told them to completely cut their hair as their fur was matted and we take them on lots of walks . I expected them to not look so good but was impressed on how cute they look !!!! They also seem very patient as my pups can get angry when touching their paws and backs. Staff was friendly and the process was easy. Brought them at 8 am and picked them up at 11 am. Well worth the price. Will be coming back. Thanks !!!

This grooming salon is immaculate and so was my long haired dog when she left. They are maintaining very high standards for sanitizing during the Coronavirus. I am so impressed with the friendly, concerned staff and their grooming skills. There is a good reason there was a line of people waiting for their groomed pets. Only one family is allowed in the salon at a time, so safety is maintained for people and pets????

Been taking our Poodle here for years. He's not the friendliest dog and they're great with him. Fair pricing too. Very freindly staff.
