Air animals helped me move my basset hound (George) from the US to Germany. I was very scarred to fly him but Air Animals took very good care of George. My flight manager was Rosa and she was a true blessing. She was very quick to respond to my questions and took care of all the details (such as finding a vet for his pre flight exam in my home city). I feel like this company does an amazing job of moving your pets. If I fly back to the USA with George I will be using Air Animals again!

Great service in managing Lila’s trip from Austin, TX to France. Thank you very much for the wonderful timely communications during the transit, regular updates, and great delivery service to our new home in France. We will be forever grateful to you for assisting us and taking good care of our dog. They have wonderful very responsible team members in the US and in France who stayed and assisted us through the whole process. Highly recommend and, if and when needed will use it again.

I once used this company to transport my dog to China. I received all the attention and help I needed from a bilingual associate. I travel with government orders and appreciated this company’s flexibility. I don't like leaving this review. A few months ago I contacted them for help with an international travel certificate. I was ghosted mid service and received an email asking if I still needed help days after their lack of response forced me to PCS without my dog. I chalked it up to COVID and thought I'd give it another go. A month ago, I asked for the certificate a second time. I called after 48 hours of no response and was told I would get an email shortly. E-mail NEVER came. I haven’t even received a quote. Air animal is a safe sender on my settings from my first experience. Is my move being ignored because all I want is a certificate? Certainly feels that way.

Jessica Nickler got my ferret from Alabama all the way to London. Air Animal was great with handling all the important details that I could not have done my self. Highly recommend.

We have used Air Animal twice (once to travel to Germany and the second to Hawaii) and plan to use them every time we move to help relocate our dogs. Air Animal did a fantastic job, thorough professionalism. Our little puppy moved from Atlanta to India with no issues. We used Air Animal to transport our 23lb corgi from CA to Florida. We booked this service about 6 weeks in advance and the overall experience was good and he arrived safely to his destination without issue! Was the whole process completely, 100% smooth, no. There were a few hiccups along the way that were handled accordingly, but did add a little bit of stress to the situation. Our booking agent was Melissa. There were at times mistakes made in the paperwork that were handled promptly. However, when we originally found out that the mistake was made, the blame was put on us initially that we didnt fill out the paperwork correctly, when in actuality we did and the agent recognized this and apologized. The day of the voyage, there was an incident where (after we had already paid in full) the airline couldnt see the payment and wanted to charge us an additional amount. We attempted to call our agent twice (as was instructed if this happened) and she did not answer our calls. We did pay the amount. When she returned our call, she was able to correct the situation and work towards getting us issued a refund. All-in-all, we are thankful that Air-Animal was able to get our little pup safely to his destination and he is doing really well. Absolutely wonderful, we hight recommend using AirAnimal. We moved from California to Italy and moving our rather large dog was the most stressful part for us. We knew how to take care of all the details for the humans, but transporting our beloved dog was uncharted territory. We looked into several companies and made the BEST decision by having AirAnimal take care of all the details, and more importantly making sure that we took care of all the details that we needed to process on our end. AirAnimal and Jessica were professional and lovely. We highly recommend them, and better still, their prices were not only comparable, but in several cases even lower. I was pretty skeptical about the amount of money that we would need to pay to ship our cat from Seattle, WA USA to Lagos, Nigeria - so much so that I actually called up Jessica about the quote and questioned whether I could get it done cheaper from a different agency. Boy am I glad that we went with Air Animal. From start to finish, Jessica (our International Pet Mover Manager) took care of everything. If there were any questions, she responded as quickly as she was able and made sure to let me know that she had control of everything. Of course, it was pretty nerve wracking to think that we would be without our 3 year old Tabby for more than a few days but we went with it. Thankfully O'Malley arrived safe and sound on the 2nd day as promised (even though the cargo folks advised 4 days) and we even got a picture when he was stationed at the transit pet lounge in Germany! Thank you to Air Animal and a huge thank you to Jessica for helping our baby get to us safely. We truly appreciate it.

I worked with Nilda and Andrea to gain health certificates for an upcoming relocation to the UK. Air Animal was recommended by my vets office to help ensure an easy and smooth process - and they over-delivered on the ease of the process. Nilda and Andrea were incredibly responsive, very knowledgeable and I never once felt anxiety during the process. There was a last minute hold-up with the USDA due to a mistake that I had made on the initial paperwork and Andrea helped me navigate and correct it so quickly and calmed me down during my panic. I would not have gotten through this process without their help. I would not hesitate to encourage anyone considering help with an international company to use Air Animal. They are an absolute gem.

Amazing service - from start to finish. We had a complicated international move, and Air Animal helped us to get our pets to our new home. No surprises with cost - the quote we received outlined everything that was needed and broke the cost down line by line. Instructions were specific and time sensitive so you knew what needed to be done and when (like “submit a photo of your pet standing beside their crate”). You NEED a professional for difficult and stressful international pet moves. I’m so glad we hired Jessica and the team at Air Animal to help us with ours. Our pets arrived to their new home healthy and happy.

They have a website but no email address to contact them when they respond to u from website ! Phone calls quite often refer you back to the website or at best they indicate that customer will hear something from them in 3 days. Can be quite frustrating. Review is meant to highlight a concern from a prospective customer. I am sure they are very busy and hopefully this review will help them address this issue

After 2 emails and 3 phone calls they never bothered to return my call. I feel this was better anyway as my dog took a private jet instead of using this company.

We used Air Animal to ship our pets (a dog and a cat) overseas in a move that had some unique complications, and Air Animal was excellent. They were responsive, organized, compassionate, and they made our pets' welfare a priority. They were wonderful at guiding us through the process and we would recommend them highly.

My family moved to Spain at the end of May and one of our biggest concerns was making sure our beloved American Bulldog Milo came with us. After many dead ends, I reached out to Air Animal and finally found a solution. From the get go, Ashmara, at Air Animal helped us feel far less anxious and confident that Milo would make it to Spain safely. Through every step of the way Air Animal kept us updated and informed. Milo made it safely to Spain without a single problem. Ashmara was amazing! She truly understood how important Milo was to us and made sure every step was taken care of. The company was very efficient and provided excellent service. They posted pictures of my dog at the airport prior to boarding and then whatsapp messaged us promptly to update us on our dog, posted photos and kept us informed about his arrival. They were very accomodating and understanding about our concerns for our pet as he was travelling for the first time. Thank you team for taking such good care of our dog.

Nilda is the person you want working on what you need for your pet. She is beyond dedicated. There was an accidental delay on my international health certificate for my dog. She stayed on it. She changed the shipping to overnight/Saturday delivery to make sure I got it in time. I got an email at midnight! about the update and the tracking. Nilda is all dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend Nilda with Air Animal.

Jessica was amazing at coordinating our dog's move to New Zealand during the pandemic with constantly changing rules. We were so pleased with the care she took to make sure his trip went smoothly and he was well cared for en route.
