I'm not very happy at all since they don't provide masks for my dog and Cat. They could be affected by this awful virus as well as people.

Beware! These people are all about the dollar and how many dogs they can cram into a day. If you book an appointment, be prepared for your pet to be kenneled while they cram other dogs in between. Your appointment doesn't mean much. A haircut that should take 2 hours can take 4 or 5 as they sit in a kennel waiting in the assembly line!! If you love your pets, take them to a place that sees them as more than a dollar sign!

If you’re coming for grooming, go elsewhere.

They are running low on Royal Canin brand food

Dont go if you want to adopt a cat. So many questions after waiting almost an hour to get seen. Its almost like they dont want to adopt cats. Save your time and go to the Tampa Humane society.

I got shots for my dog

We had an appointment for our dog Jersey to get a hair grooming today at the 3130 Tampa Rd. Oldsmar, FL 34677 and Tracey R. began cutting his hair and stopped. She said his hair was too long to be cut which is not true because our regular location near the home always does it. Also our dog's hair is long because he was unvaccinated last time we took him which we did not know. Despite us paying for the petsmart insurance, no one ever notified us that it was time for another vaccine. So now our dog has a huge bald spot because Tracey either did not want to or does not know how to do her job as a groomer. Either way, unacceptable.

Used the Tag works kiosk and it was fast, easy and inexpensive. Lots of tag choices and I can customize my tag and font.

The best petsmart on the bay period!!! Their customer service is awesome!.. management and staff know what customer service is .. too bad they don't have a Banfield hospital that's about the only thing I get in the other store .. had an issue with a return at the Hillsborough store came to the one in Oldsmar and was taken care of with no issues.. i Rather take the drive to Oldsmar store because has a better selection of fish and friendly environment..

Speaking in my wife's stead, awhile back wife needed cat food for her 2, year old Maine Coons, big; but yet kittens. Purchased from local breeder, they were fed a national brand dry food, which is okay, but; we are organic be minded, it's better for self and pets in the long run. This occasion, there was a certain female attendant working at the store, who happened to ask if she could be of assistance for wife, who asked what's the best food for young cats. Attendant shared the differences in 3 different brands available in store. Best, better, and mediocre per cats needs. Wife's questions and wondering's answered by an intelligent attendant. She knew her stuff.
