My new pet store! The two managers were so helpful with my crazy cat needs! I believe their names were Jared and Zack. Jared warmly welcomed me immediately and then Zack was right on top with helping me with all my questions. Some stores you go to you feel uncomfortable asking a whole bunch of questions, but these two made me feel right at home! The manager Jared even walked me out to my car to help unload what I had bought! I’m forever grateful for these guys helping me out. Especially during this holiday season. Meant more to me than they know with the kindness they showed me. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much again Jared and Zack, my Pepper was one happy kitty because of their suggestions!

I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. I rely on lip reading to understand what people are saying, which has been difficult since masking during COVID. I have had many unfortunate negative interactions simply trying to hear what is being said during a business interaction. It has been frustrating and humiliating at times. Zack, the assistant manager, was so kind and thoughtful when I told him I read lips. He was extremely accommodating, friendly and didn’t express any negativity when he had to adapt his communication with me. Wonderful customer service. I’m loyal. This is my new Pet Supermarket.

First time going, the cashier asked if I had an account, i told no it's my first time coming, didn't offer to open an account, the price was different from the item marked by the staff and system, went back i told them, never apologize for the price difference. I guess the head manager was bossing everyone around so obviously the rest of the staff will have a bad attitude. When the gentleman advice swipe the card for the refund I asked not all the amount just the difference?, that's when the manager got on the way and didn't let the staff finish talking to me. Obviously i got confused asked more questions and the manager just open his eyes bigger and spoke louder.. not going again, bad first experience

I don't understand why the dog showers is closed when the store is still open. Please in the schedule show you have different time for your services. As a client I don't want to waste my time! totally disappointed

I had a flea infestation in my home. Many recommendations were given to me as far as treatment for my yard and dogs. It seemed I was spending alot of time and money and nothing was working. Then I met Jared at Pet Supermarket. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the correct information to solve my problem. Thank you Jared ????

Very clean. Well stocked. Takes forever to checkout though. Every time I go in all employees seem to be busy and take longer than anticipated to be rung out. Especially when you're in and out for just one simple item.

I would like to thank Alyssa the store manager for going above and beyond for me. I came to the store in search of my new pet they did not have it in the store and they did not know when they would have one. Alyssa took it upon herself to go in search of my pet in other stores and called me later on the same day and let me know she found one for me. I have never have someone be so kind and willing to serve her customers as she did. Keep up the good work You have made this store my favorite pet store from this point on Thanks again

I bought the cutest dog treats from this pet supermarket. Spent less than $5 and I had one seriously happy pooch. They didn't have any kitties of snake kitties (ferrets) available, so that was a bummer, but I always love stopping in when I'm nearby

The Sales Associates at this location are Super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Love shopping here for my little pup.
