Way better the Petco. At least 4 associates acknowledged us and gave more than enough attention to us and our brand new pup. Best selection and price compared to other pet stores in town.

The lady cashier never wears her mask properly. To a customer like myself who is high risk for covid, it's concerning when anyone we are in close contact with does not care about the health of others. Several times I've been in your store and this employee has never properly worn her mask. It's never covering her nose and sometimes down on her chin. Actually I feel it's managements fault for not assuring mask protocol is followed, lf there is one, by the employees

They have pet food and supplies. Nothing special.

We went there for the pet adoption. We were greeted as we walked. We checked put the dogs to be adopted. They were all so cute. In walking the dogs around the store, we noticed it was clean and well stock. Employees we passed were pleasant and asked if we needed any help. On leaving, the employee at the register told us by and invited us to come again.

My experience at PetSmart NE Capital Circle has been outstanding. The pet care service I have received from both staff and management has not only been informative, but also tailored to the specific concerns needed to be addressed. Manager Derek has provided consultation on cat food availability issues, particularly Royal Canin product shortages, and made special efforts to accommodate my cats’ needs. Do not use these people to groom your pet. I had an appointment and the quoted amount the items would cost to have done (hair trimmed in ears, around mouth, eyes, and nails trimmed). The grooming office/receiving area is pandemonium. After a 25+ minute wait past my appointment time, Tracy came to take my dog. I confirmed the price quoted $54. and said that must have been given to me by "the new girl" and he quoted me $76. and said he could not guarantee that would be the final amount. He expected to take my pet at that point....but we left...and we will never return.

Went to get cat food, dog collar and beta fish and all I need for the fish. Got tank, decorations,plants, gravel, then I chose the prefect fish. I couldn’t find food. So went and ask an older man and he acted like I was bothering him by asking where the Beta food was. But he looked in two different places. He said ‘all we have is weekend feeders’ and walked off. So I put every back for the fish. Then he checked me out at the register. He ask for my phone # and it didn’t work. He didn’t offer to update my file as I told him I recently moved to Fla. he was not friendly or helpful at all. I hope I can find another place to purchase things for my pets. He really made me fell like I was bothering him.

This place never has anything in stock that I need.

I went to this store on Capital Cr NE, bought 6 fish and 5 are dead, within 24 hours!! I will never shop at this store again!!

Ngl, pretty overpriced and the reptiles aren't cared for very well, the snakes are skinny and an Iceberg lettuce only diet is NOT healthy for Russian tortoises, they're extremely malnourished

This Petsmart is awful with unhappy employees. I love pets and my pet and when shopping for them it should be a happy place. I will never shop here again! Petsense in Thomasville Ga is the place to shop for your pet needs!

Clean, well lit, large inventory, and knowledgeable sales team.

The store is fine. One star because they have a "loyalty" program where they charge you more if you don't hand over your phone number and personal information, and if you say you don't want to, they argue with you at the register, explaining that you will pay a higher price and asking if you're sure you don't want to. Very rude, and it's every time. It's one thing.to ask if you want to join it's another to question your decision. Shop anywhere else.

Since Gabby moved from the Apalachee Pkwy store back to Tampa, FL things has been horrible there when trying to get my Yorkie Bailey groomed. The groomer we had was inexperienced and not so friendly to pets. I'm so thankful for Emily at the Capital Circle location for making my Bailey look so good again. Thank you Emily for giving us hope again! You're definitely great at what you do! We've found ourselves a new groomer????

Great place and lots of choices

Max, Minnie, Bambi and Levi needs this supplement to go with Chewy.com. This store is a delight for all pet companions.

JUST A HEADS UP: PetSmart no longer has a veterinarian on location, so they are no longer able to carry prescriptions for your pet - whether food or otherwise. Now, about this store. I have always received great service here. The staff is friendly and helpful. When they did not have what I needed, they actually suggested two other places to try to get the item I needed!! Such good people. This PetSmart also has a cat adoption section run by Cauzican. We adopted two furbabies here.

Plenty of good deals. No one bothers you because like a lot of businesses they dont have enough employees because no one wants to work anymore. I enjoyed their establishment.

insane prices per usual but the selection is good and staff knowledgeable. Fish are healthy!

The staff is always so helpful and friendly! They go out of stock often for a lot of the items I buy, but there’s always the other PetSmart in town

Didn't feel to good about the experience

Our family dog was scheduled for a grooming appointment. We brought him in and discovered there was only 1 groomer on staff. She was very rude. She claimed our dog was heavily matted, which is NOT the case. We've always bathed our dog and brushed him while blow drying him. All we asked was that he was NOT shaved nearly bald. She was adamant on shaving our dog; instead of admitting she was under-staffed or giving a legitimate reason she argued. Shaving = quick, easy. Taking time actually groom = time consuming... but we even agreed to extra charges!!! We were not rude... we simply asked to not end up with a bald dog. Then there is the fact that this lady had the audacity to tell us to go home and do it ourselves. We asked for a supervisor and the response was: "Sorry, we're just under staffed." While they stood there and proceeded to do nothing else to remedy the situation. If that's all y'all have to say? Then staff your facility better. Train your staff better. The most upsetting part of the situation is the fact that we wasted time on a busy day for us and got nothing but hassled. We ended up taking our dog elsewhere to get groomed and guess what? They didn't shave him and said shaving was unnecessary! I'd rather the lady not argued, been honest about the situation, and given a sincere apology. That's it.

They did at least open up 2 extra checkout lanes
