Great service, good prices. My dog loves it there.

Went there today to buy an aquarium and stand. Waited 15 minutes for help and the my boyfriend saw who I think was the manager when I showed him what I wanted he huffed and puffed and then walked off. He was rude and unprofessional. That store lost over 1000.00 dollars today due to there rude and unprofessional behavior.

Always love it here! Employees are great and always acknowledge my Nova with a personal greeting and a treat.

Thinking about adopting a dog from Petco.

I’ve always used this petco for my dog’s grooming needs for the past few years, and recently moved across town. I visited another petco location closer to my new home recently and had such a terrible experience that I will not be going back for grooming or supplies. I left that store and drove straight to this one because I knew I had never gotten anything less than stellar treatment here. They got my pup in immediately and were so sweet to him and understanding about the situation with the other store - and I will be making the 20 minute drive just to see them regardless of the inconvenience. Thank you!!

My son and I bought some freshwater fish for his little aquarium. I took out one star because their customer service could use some improvement, but everything you probably need for pets is there. The next time I come back to this place if they still haven’t figured out that their customer service needs some work.. I’ll take out another star.

This place was dirty. The animals looked dirty. The fish tank sloping was awful and they also looked dirty. Items all over the place. Maybe I caught this place on a bad day, because it seemed like they were short staffed as no one came to talk to me. Regardless, it was enough to get me to not come back. it's overpriced compared to online shopping anyways.

Called different departments to ask a question and no one answered, after a while of hold music for each I gave up.

Friendly courteous team members. Spotless facility. Extensive selection of merchandise. They have what your pet needs, it does not take all day to get it, and they are nice people.

The reasoning for the 9 is, you can't find a person to assist you when you need help.

My brother and I stop by sometimes when we're in Tallahassee. Petco is amazing!! You can always find great healthy products and treats to spoil your pets with. The kittens in the front are so adorable. I hope someone adopts them soon, especially Oliver. He's so round, playful, and sweet.

Best pet store ever! Not in comparison to other major brands but the store off i10 was like nothing I have ever seen or experienced before! Awesome service!

Pretty nice petco, was super busy in the fish department but nonetheless great experience. Got me some ph balancer and a water softener :( they were all out of snails tho
