We have taken our pets to Northhampton for at least a decade. The vets and staff are so kind and skilled and I feel they are truly friends and partners in the health of our pets. I have a dog that requires special medications and Dr Eric always takes the time to explain what’s going and explore different treatment options. They see all types of pets and I couldn’t recommend them any higher. We love Northampton!

I can't even begin to tell you how many pets North Hampton has looked after for my family. I have quite literally grown up coming here and now as an adult having moved back to Tallahassee, there's nowhere else I trust my four pets with. I feel like I can call any time with a concern and they take it seriously. I even have a bearded dragon I plan on bringing here as well next time she needs an appointment. I cannot recommend them enough!

I am very displeased with my experience. As this vet was recommended to me from a family member, I expected quality service and attention to detail, and that was not what I received. I would not recommend.

Dr. Eric and Dr. O’Riley have been awesome in taking care of my dog and cat. Beau (dog) has a Health issue that was unknown prior to adoption. No one at NorthHampton has been judgmental about the situation. They’ve been completely honest when it came to the condition and their experience. They’ve both called to check up on both animals. I’m happy to trust them with the care of my babies. They won’t oversell you on products that aren’t needed, or try to convince you they know absolutely everything without checking resources.

I love this place. I have only been here once, however, the staff: receptionist, technician, and doctor, were absolutely great. They were professional, exceptionally friendly and accommodating to my rather unruly dog child. I was finally able to get him the care he needed.

Dr Eric Randell and all of the staff are nothing but professional and compassionate for your animals and yourself. Unfortunately my pet rat stuart developed a tumor on his head that kept growing. I made the choice to put him down and many times I've gone to vets with my pet rats and felt judged or what not but that sure wasn't the case at northhampton they made the process as easy and simple as possible.

First time I have ever been there took my guinea pig mocha for a checkup the staff was so friendly and helpful! Really felt welcomed! :D

I could say a million great things about Northampton!!! The most important being they genuinely love and care for our two dogs. Our 65 pound silver lab is a ball of energy and I always feel self conscious dropping him off places because I know he can be a lot to handle but the staff and doctors always love on him and tell me how much they adore our furry guy with all of his “bull in a china shop“ energy. It makes me feel so much better when I drop my dogs off for appointments knowing they’re getting the best treatment and sweetest care. We wouldn’t drive 30 minutes for our appointments unless we knew our dogs were being loved as much as we love them. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!!

There are not enough words to say how wonderful Dr. Eric and the staff are at Northhampton Animal Clinic. They cared for our 2 dogs for 13 years. We just moved out of state and had a minor emergency and not only did they help us remotely, called in a prescription, but also called twice to check on our pup. They are also price conscious and always offered options. I recommend them without hesitation!

I can't say enough about this business. It is run so efficiently with a friendly informative staff. Extremely impressed with Dr. Eric Randall. He is very kind and understands our love for our fur babies.

I have taken my cat here twice now. The first time I had no issues, good service, decent priced. The second time, they had me drop off my cat because of Covid which I was more than happy to do. I thought it would take them the usual hour or so to clip his nails and give him a shot, so I ran a few errands thinking I would pick him up in an hour. I dropped him off at 9:30a and despite calling to check in a few times, I did not hear from the vet tech until 2pm. After being left alone, in his carrier, for 4 1/2 hours, the tech called to tell me that, despite his chart not indicating that he was a difficult animal, he was upset and would need to be sedated to be seen. So it was now my responsibility to pay extra for him to be sedated because they took forever to see him. The vet finally saw him and called for me to pick him up at 5pm! He had been there all day. When I finally got him back, he and his carrier were covered in old, dried, vomit that they had not even tried to clean up. Just because you over scheduled, does not mean you should treat an animal poorly. The quality of service went from 4 stars to 1. I will never be taking him back here again.

Took my Bebe in and Dr. Wallace. She has dermatitis. He gave her some meds and she is feeling so much better. No more scratching. I drive 40+ miles round trip. Been going to Northampton for years. Great doctors and staff. Have to say Bebe fell in love her vet tech Chris. She laid at the door waiting for him to come back in.

Dr Remington was so wonderful! She took great care of our guinea pig, Gerard Weet Weet. The staff I spoke with were all friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for your fur babies!

I have been coming here for several years now. The staff is always great! They really care about your pet.

We've used Northampton Animal Clinic since the adoption of our dog in June of 2017 and have been very pleased with both the front office staff, vet techs, and veterinarians. They take excellent care of their patients (both the four legged and two legged kind) and don't push unnecessary tests or procedures. I have also used them for boarding and was very pleased with the care they gave to our pet. I recommend NAC frequently to family and friends and will continue using them.

Always treated like family. And they are so patient with my Goober dogs!!! Lol. Even in time of Covid measures, communication is paramount for care of my dogs!

Northampton Animal Clinic provides excellent care and service for me and my pets. The staff is always friendly, patient and efficient. The doctors take time with me and my pets to be sure I understand any treatment and I'm given options, when possible, in an effort to help my budget. The clinic is clean and my pets are treated lovingly.

We love Northampton Animal Clinic and Dr. Eric! They do such a great job taking care of our dogs, and we will miss them. The staff is always courteous and committed to ensuring the well-being of our pets. It seems like lately we've been calling every week, since our dog loves making her way to see her family at NAC and they can always squeeze us in. Also, love that they offer services over the Medici app, so we can always receive treatment virtually as well. Fair pricing always. They took good care of my old girl. The techs were very nice as well as the doctor, and all of my questions were answered.

I recently relocated to Tallahassee and had an emergency with my toy poodle. My sister has taken her dogs to Northampton Animal Clinic for years so she recommended them to me. They fit me in immediately and Dr. Eric took such good care of Coco. From the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. Eric, you will find a compassionate, friendly, caring staff. Dr. Eric followed up with me on Coco to see how she was doing and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I highly recommend them.

Fast service, and took care of my baby. Youll have to wait outside while they bring your pet inside to their check up though.
