Im not sure when the best Vet office in Tallahassee became more concerned about money and providing sub-par services, but this is a place I would I avoid. My ex-wife takes our dog in to be looked at, because her hip dysplasia seems to be getting worse.....and we were hoping that some anti-inflammatory meds would be of help....so....$215+ later....the Vet takes it upon herself to give my dog vaccinations that we did not ask for nor did she need, as she got her 3 year rabies vaccine just 9 months earlier. Again....not a single person in that office asked about our girls vax status....its like they couldnt be bothered to simply walk outside where my ex-wife has meticulous records, so basically, screw the health and well-being of my dog. This would be construed by many, as malpractice. This isnt the first issue..... When we took our other girl to cross the rainbow bridge as the cancer was ravaging her lungs....as we were crying our eyes out as we watched her take her last breathe...within (literal) seconds, they were in the room requesting payment....FFS, the body wasnt even cold yet and we were still dealing with a very traumatic life event....we have NEVER not taken care of our bill immediately (at the front counter) with you and just wanted a couple of minutes to catch our breath..... Im not sure what or when this office went from specializing in empathy, sympathy, and love to a money hungry, cold hearted, and completely unprofessional office, but after being loyal for over 10 years....I will never pay a single dime at this office again. There has been many times we asked for services, like getting their nails clipped or bathed, that we paid for an never got.....and I never said anything, because the Vet always made us feel like family and made it seem like an oversight, now after what happened last week, makes me even question all that. Its not even about the money....its the pure un-professionalism that Bradfordville was NOT founded upon but seems to have adopted!!!!

The staff here is amazing! Very friendly and professional. The doctors communicate well with the owners explaining everything so that even people who aren’t familiar with medical terminology can understand what’s going on with their pet. They include the owners well in decision making. My dogs love to visit Bradfordville Animal Hospital. They are always so excited to see the staff. You can sense how much the health and happiness of your pet means to them. Thank you all for the care you give to my pets.

I love this veteran office, I have brought my dog Oliver there for many years they have always been very friendly. This last time was very hard after 16yrs it was time to put him a sleep. They were beyond kind and were with Oliver and I if they hadn't been so supportive and kind I don't know how I would handled it. Thank you for your kindness you made the unbearable actually bearable.

They literally saved our cat!!! We could not be happier with their caring and nurturing attitude.

I have zero complaints about my visit to Bradfordville Animal Hospital. The staff were all so helpful and so friendly from start to finish during my visit.

Top notch service. We had to put our 14 year old weimaraner down last year and the compassion shown was immense. We had no question in our minds where we would go if/when we got another dog.

I am always happy whenever I come, the staff are always so welcoming and Khloe loves coming in to get groomed and seeing her friends ????

I moved here about three months ago didn’t have a vet my dog was sick I brought him in to put him down unfortunately. They were very caring and compassionate. If I decide to get another dog I would definitely use them.

Thank you to Doctor Steverson and staff for taking care of my baby, Dr. Steverson pulled a few teeth, cleaned the rest..He truly cares for his 4 legged patients.. She is home and appears to be resting comfortably..

We contacted Bradfordville Animal Hospital on a Friday and were able to get our beloved Golden Doodle treated for fleas on a Saturday. The young lady and gentleman who served us were polite, attentive, and professional. It was a delightful experience.

The staff is so knowledgeable and eager to answer any and all questions and concerns. My cat had a great experience. I look forward to the next visit.

The entire staff is warm and caring and so professional. My dog actually loves visiting. They treat him with genuine concern...and have concern for us too. They always check on their patients after they've gone home. Highly recommend this hospital for everyones' pets' care

The experience was perfect. Our cat was in extreme pain, she's an indoor cat so it was mysterious. You worked us in, diagnosed, treated and sent us home with meds to alleviate her pain. Everyone was kind, caring, courteous and professional. I would always recommend your practice.

I was very surprised at the excellent care Bradfordville Hospital provides. If I had to give a description to the sort of care they provide pets and their owners with, it would be this: "high-class, high-quality care." I don't know if they have ever had an off day (I'm sure they have, as everyone does), but from what I experienced, they are the best vets I've ever taken a pet to. I'll soon be trusting them to spay my kitty, Kiwi, and I feel more confident putting my kitty in their hands, than in the hands of anyone else.

We have taken our pets to Bradfordville Animal Hospital since I was 5 years old. The vets are great, they took very good care of our childhood dog and we continue to take our 2 dogs and 3 cats. Dr. Hankley is so good with our rescue dog who bites and has major anxiety issues. All the techs and staff are very friendly too.

They're kind and fair. Very upfront about the real condition of past pets. They could have sold me many thousands of dollars worth of chasing a little extra time. Their advice was frank and I believe, honest. I didn't follow it but they were right. I trust them.

The vets here are wonderful! They have cared for all of our dogs, and seen us through some very tough choices - most recently a tumor on a leg. Love these people.

The doctors and assistants are so good with my difficult pets. They are always very nice and explain things well.

The level of professionalism and genuine compassion keeps me coming back. I moved recently and continue to drive an extra 30 minutes for appointments just because I can’t imagine anywhere else taking the kind of care of my fur babies that they do.

The best veterinarian in Tallahassee. They take very good care of all my animals.
