Dr. Rob is amazing. My pup was super sick and another Hospital tried to charge me way too much and wouldn't work with me at all. Dr. Rob not only worked with me financially but didn't charge an arm and a leg. The entire staff was super helpful and awesome. They really make you feel like your animal is as important as their own. I actually just received a follow up call from them to check on my pup. I will forever recommend them and will continue to take all my animals there!!! You will not be disappointed if you take your animal/pet/fur baby here.

Dr.Drew is beyond amazing! My little baby was so scared to be at the vet but made her feel some comfortable! The vet tech was also so sweet and explained everything so well!

They care! Been going there since Doctor Fred saved my cats leg over 15yrs ago. Cat passed after 17 healthy years. Doctor Drew & Doctor Rob have taken over with the same compassion. Been taking my Doxie mix there for 11yrs now and he's healthy and happy. They always have time for the 'little emergencies' and the follow up is terrific. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and put my pets at ease. I've been to other Vets on friends recommendations, but I always wind up back at Scarborough's. Ralphie's having some dental work done.... I'll review again soon.

Took care of our little Pepper after trying to bungee jump from a chair. Very gentle and the Doc even called later with a follow up.

The Doctors and staff are the best. My dog, (Jellybean) actually loves coming here. She thinks she's visiting her people, instead of getting a check-up, because of the quality care and attention she receives. Dr. Proietto is awesome, I highly recommend Scarbrough Animal Hospital.

These people are SO amazing! I took my dog in for the first time while I was in town visiting and used a Groupon with them. They were very patient and took their time with my anxious elderly dog. They made my options very clear and never pushed for more than what she needed. They even sent a follow up text message the day after to see how she was. Professional!!!

We made an appointment for Monday at 0800 hrs to get USDA certificates for international travel with our 2 dogs. We only had 2 days to obtain those certificates for our flight Wednesday. We got lost and arrived 20 minutes late. From the staff behind the counter, to the "nurses", to the Doctor who examined the dogs, our experience was one of total commitment, care and professionalism. The certificates were delivered as promised the following day via email. Thank you all at Scarbrough Animal Hospital for helping us during these stressful days.

The best veterinary helps with everything

Horrible experience and I didn’t even have my pet go in, I had to leave. I set an appointment up for 2:15 p. To which I got there early and was on my hour lunch break. 3 o’clock rolls by and I’m still standing at their desk “waiting for a room to open up” so they say and my lunch break is almost over. Don’t go here unless you have time and more time. I called the banfield in sunrise and they said I could come in and they took him right away. I’m writing this in the Bandfirld parking lot at 3:25. They already took him and now I’m heading back to work. A little late but with Banfield, I wasn’t waiting for 50+ minutes,

Everytime I go they always come back with a "package" of $500 for even the most minor issue. Very dishonest and they try to sneak in tons of uncensored treatments.

They took my dog in on an emergency basis for boarding because I have to go to the hospital that day stayed most of the night came home late went back up about 7 the next morning and pick my dog back up I can't say enough good things about Scarborough Animal Hospital really nice people very helpful five stars all the

It is not unacceptable to make appointments and still have to wait for HOURS to see the Vet. That is for both pet and owner. The minimum of good customer service would be to to get up-dates from the ladies at the reception...but I guess that is to much to ask

I went with my Chiguagua Nieve for the first time, they have bilingual staff, which allowed me to understand all the veterinarian's explanation. Then they made it very pretty. They are kind people, from the reception to the caring staff. I recommend them, they will be my favorite place for everything about my pet.

Everyone at Scarborough is just so nice. They really care about your pet. They know my dog by name when I call, and treat her like their own when she has to go to the back without me. Dr rob is so kind and knows everything about my dog despite her being one of many patients. She is very anxious as a senior rescue but really trusts him and the team even after just a few months of seeing them. I think they are trustworthy, reliable and kind.

It has been one year ago today 9/92020 that we lost our Rosa. There is not one day that goes by that we do not shed many tears for her. Dr, Drew Scarborough was not there for Rosa or my husband and I. We took Rosa to Scarbrough because she was panting. We were told It would be better to leave Rosa for the day and we would receive a call from Dr. Drew around 5:00p.m.. I had to call Dr. Drew and he said can you be here in 15 minutes Rosa had a bigger problem. My husband and I jumped in the car wondering what is going on with Rosa? We arrived in 9 minutes to find out Dr. Drew left! The tech’s said Rosa was making a strange sound all day, so they tried to calm her down by putting a towel over her crate and turning off the lights. I said “why didn’t you call me”? They brought Rosa into the exam room and all I could say was “that is not my Rosa”. What happened? No answer was given. A lady came in who was just hired as a new vet. She gave us the telephone number to an emergency vet if Rosa got worse. Rosa was barely breathing. We made a decision to put her to sleep without knowing what happened to her. To this day Dr. Drew has never reached out to us. Please Pleased do not take your babies to Scarbrough. Darcel Avello

I have to give this place a 0. They charge you out the yang and don't even have accurate information on my animal. I had my cat fixed when he needed surgery because i wanted my cat to stay inside after a bad accident, so i paid for him.. a few months later i called to ask for records of my cat being fixed they sd he wasn't fixed!!!! I needed raby shots for all my animals i needed proof he was fixed!!! When i took him to another vet i asked them to check for me and he was fixed!!!! Not only that i was going to adopt out a kitten and was told to come back in the morning as they were closing, i call first thing that morning and they adopted the kitten out. I have to say don't be fooled by this place. They don't know what they are doing. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Can you just imagine you just bring your dog to get groomed , she was a very happy dog & very healthy & to come back to her looking like the 3rd picture hurts me. this dog was my friends Bestfriend & to see her hurt , hurts me. They only brought the dog to get groomed so how come when they came back to get the dog everyone in the office had a weird look & my friends were told the dog was having complications howw ? Why ? Because my friend drop the dog there safe & healthy makes no type of sense please share this ! And please read & please if you care about your pet DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. Made my first appointment to get a certificate of travel for my dog and it was an extremely unprofessional experience. I took off time from work to make it to the appointment and when I’m there and already in the exam room, I’m told that the veterinarian that is qualified to do the travel certificate is not there ... Therefore, I would have to reschedule my appointment and come in the following day. How can you schedule an appointment for someone knowing exactly what they’re going for and basically tell them you can’t because they scheduled you on a day the doctor isn’t even there ... waste of time and unprofessional

I love this office. The staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Rob is great! He's very thorough when explainig things. He even calls to check up on my dog after procedures. The office itself is very clean and super spacious. Cute decore too.

I came for grooming, my voucher included a basic vet examination. Dr Scarborough was really kind with my puppy. Explained in details what could happen to him, and provide suggestions on procedures. Grooming was ok, staff are really nice. Lot of customers.
