The staff here is amazing, Amber was our tech & she is extremely knowledgeable & efficient! Dr. Sutton is awesome! My dogs don't experience near the stress when they come here. Love it!

I was very disappointed. I know we weren’t their regular customer but we were referred to them. Our cat was doing very bad and just wanted to hear from a professional their thoughts. Wouldn’t see us and then referred us to another vet that wasn’t even open. Our baby passed at home about 6 hours later…

I would give them 100 stars if I could. They have taken such good care of our sweet Misty. She has had to have two surgeries and everyone there have been so gentle and kind to her. I will never take Misty anywhere else. ????????????

We've had our share of bad veternarians, was so pleasantly surprised to find this clinic. Very attentive, worked us in last minute, and gave such quality care for our anxious frenchie. It was love at first visit.

You can't ask for better care of your pet from Dr. Sutton, and the vet technicians. They're obviously very knowledgeable and caring.

I was visiting my in laws for an extended vacation. My dog Emma started to have a hard time holding anything down, she usually has a stomach of steel. I called another local vet, that basically said, she's not a current patient, so we can't help you. So, I called Mulberry and they saw us the same day. Unfortunately, the diagnosis that Dr. Sutton provided was not good news. She provided us with a prescription and we enjoyed a few more days with Emma. The following Monday, we had to let Emma go. Dr Sutton was extremely loving and caring, even with only knowing Emma for a brief moment. Taylor was also very sweet and loving to our Emma. Today, I returned to pick up Emma's ashes and to my surprise they put a card with Emma's paw prints in it, signed by the whole staff. I'm sure that they do this for all patients, but it meant some much to us. Especially, since we had minimal interactions with Mulberry Grove before this. I highly recommend that anyone that lives close to use Mulberry. We will greatly miss Emma, but Dr. Sutton, Taylor and Olivia made it some much easier to say good bye to Emma.

Had a emergency call for our golden retriever, they were able to work us in. Great people to work with highly recommended them.

Last October I asked to do a blood panel for cancer markers and I paid I think $300 and I sent an email requesting the documents because the results were never gone over with me so I asked for the documents and what I was given was my bill I know what my bill was because I paid it. Breezie now has diabetes and when I was recently at your facility for her checkup and I mentioned to the doctor which wasn't Dr Vance which is the doctor that Breezie sees but of course you know it's whomever which I don't feel was right but that doctor dismissed me when I told her that Breezie was having a urinary problem that she was squatting more often when she was out playing in the field and this doctor told me oh she's just marking her territory and dismissed it and left the office she wasn't marking her territory she'd been on that territory for almost 6 years now she has diabetes thank you very much for taking the time to recognize my concern I never did get any of the results from her blood test that I paid $300 for I'd like to have that I'd like to have all her records because I'll be seeing another vet I will not be going back to you because you dismissed me with your touch her belly and stick a thermometer up her butt type physical and not even care to listen when there's a concern I'm so disappointed in your service and I know that Dr Vance would have been different at that encounter and that was Breezie's doctor not this other doctor so you should have told me Dr Vance isn't going to be in cuz I specifically said is Dr Vance going to examine her and you said well probably but then it wasn't Dr Vance. She was her primary doctor. I'm so disappointed and Breezie is now very ill because of your lack of caring so now I want all her medical records emailed to me thank you.not recommend

Dr. Kathy McLaughlin and Molly were so professional, understanding and caring during our visit. We brought in our cat due to an emergency and unfortunately had to put him to sleep but Dr. McLaughlin and Molly made the whole visit bearable. The doctor explained everything so we understand the situation and our options clearly. Its always a pleasure to visit Mulberry Grove Animal Hospital where we definitely trust them with our cats wellbeing.

The group at Mulberry Grove are top notch. They helped me with my cat TS. I am very grateful for seeing me and my cat when he had a emergency.

We have used their services for over a year. They offer grooming along with the Veterinarian.

Very disappointed. We had an appointment for an end of life for our elderly dog. After sitting in parking lot for half an hour, we took traumatized dog home. Used another vet to help our dog pass that cared about our dog and us.

I am so glad to bring my fur kitties here. They explain everything, was quick to help and my fur baby is recovering. Thank you to Brooke who handled her so well and the Dr. Jennifer for calling us with results and explaining our options. I can't wait to bring my other furbabies for the best care they ever had. We were vacationing in Ocala when we noticed our puppy Lexi’s right eye bothering her. Mulberry Grove was able to schedule us an appointment for later in the afternoon on the same day I called & then called me back after they’d had a cancellation for that same morning. Dr. Sutton, Taylor and the rest of the team took great care of Lexi and treated us as if we were long time patients. I highly recommend Mulberry Grove to anyone looking for friendly, compassionate, and professional care within the Ocala area. Thank you again to everyone at Mulberry Grove for taking care of Lexi.
