This has got to be the worst vets I have ever been to, amateur staff with" b" rate doctor's,rude, discourteous, slamming doors, clueless and when they asked any questions they had problems believing the answers and were confused.if you want your pets treated professionally go somewhere else.only got one star because I couldn't give zero

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO CHANGE! From the courteous staff making the appointment, to the excellent nursing and knowledgeable Doctor Breitwieser the whole experience is exceptional!

I have 2 cats and 2large labs. I have tried several vets in the area. The vet here took great care of all our animals. The front desk is very understanding and goes the extra mile for our pets and us as pet parents .so pleased we found this vet and his office.

The Doctors and staff are so compassionate and kind. They are great to explain all options for the best care for your pet. They always make our visit pleasant and time efficient.

I used to go to a different vet (Collingswood in Port Charlotte). They charged me so much money doing tests trying to find out what was wrong with my 10 year old beagle baby. She was lethargic, having a hard time walking, and in pain. In the end they found nothing and told me that she was just getting old and things would get worse. They were trying to push me to put her down. She is only 10. That's still young for a beagle. My sister told me about North Port Animal Hospital. Our first appointment they found out her knees were slipping out of joint when she walked sometimes. They recommended a light pain med and some supplements. Fast forward and my beagle is 11 now and running around like a puppy. She's lost weight and is happy now. They literally saved my dog's life. I could not be more grateful to them. The staff are friendly and they genuinely care. It's not about money to them, it's about doing the right thing. <3

My dog Slink and I had such a positive first experience here. I felt as if both of us were heard (Slink is working on his English) and he’s been a happy boy ever since! He’s not mad that he has to go back for a booster shot in a few weeks and is excited to say hello to everyone! Highly recommend this place. It was also incredibly affordable compared to the other vet we used to go to. Thank you all!

Absolutely perfect first visit! Dr Karen is compassionate, and brilliant. The office staff and her assistant were extremely nice and efficient! Her prices were exactly what I expected and in line with other offices.

Great team of doctors and staff. They treat your babies as they were their own. Very fair pricing. Have used other vets in the area that were WAY over priced that wanted to push other unneeded things and procedures. Glad we found NPAH.????????

I was able to get my dog in right away to be treated for an emergent condition; he has recovered well because of the care he received. Staff has always been pleasant and taken excellent care of my pets.

North Port Animal Hospital recently changed ownership, I have used this Animal Hospital for the past 15 winters, first with Missy and most recently with Keno. I was very impressed with Dr. Karen, Keno's new vet. I will really miss Dr. John but they did not dissapoint me. Great service and care.

My first experience with this vet clinic was a sad occasion but they were absolutely amazing and so kind. We had a very very sick pup and had called the vet we had been going to in Englewood. They couldn’t work us in... traumatizing as we knew what needed to happen. I started calling other local vet clinics for help. All were to full as we weren’t a client. North Port was also full but said bring her in in an hour. I can’t tell you how wonderful these folks were to us in our last hours with our girl. They examined her and explained to us we were doing the right thing. They were a God send for our pup and us. Fast forward a couple months and our other pup needed a follow up to a pancreatitis issue. We had again gone to the vet we had been using and just weren’t happy with the service and the cost of procedures was just crazy expensive in our mind. We called and moved our vet service to North Port. Once again their staff came out and really talked to us and went over our concerns. They then took her in for the vet to look her over. The vet called a short time later and went over her concerns, answered our questions and we went over a plan to keep our girl comfortable. The bill was very reasonable! Bloodwork follow up calls came the next day as promised. If you are looking for a good vet clinic please consider them. I would like to see them allow owners in as I miss that in person touch of being there but understand their rights and concerns.

The kindest Vets and staff I've ever had to go to with my pets. Very consoling when the previous year, I had to let 4 of my pets go. 2 dogs and 2 cats. They were with me all the way, and after a beautiful sympathy card. I've never been pushed to have anything done on my dogs, unless it was an emergency.

Always a great experience; great doctors and staff and my shepherd loves going to see them! Had Sabrina there uesterday for her annual wellnes checkup; Jamie, the vet tech and the doctor were very kind and helpful and accomodating..definitely a great experience for Sabrina too. ????

I had the most amazing experience today with NPAH. My puppy was having issues urinating & I called to make an appointment. They could sense the urgency in my voice I’m sure & they told me to come in right then. They were able to diagnose her issue and get her medications started right away. The entire time they were caring and kind, you can tell they genuinely want the best for the pup and their owner. They didn’t try to add on things I didn’t need and they were very quick. I look forward to future appointments with them which I’ve never ever said about any previous vet I’ve taken my other dog too. Thank you to all staff at NP Animal Hospital for being so compassionate. ❤️

Jamie was our vet tech and she was wonderful! She was super helpful throughout the visit and made sure I knew what my cat needed! Very courteous and nice staff!

I can’t say enough good about North Port Animal Hospital. Karen & Frank have been wonderful with our Onyx since we had to go there 3 times in February.. not knowing what was wrong with our boy. After changing his food we noticed he started to get really picky.. we didn’t think about the possibility he didn’t like the new flavor because he’s never been picky. I called yesterday and spoke to Sam, I explained my concerns and she gave me the best advice — something as simple going back to the flavor he’s used to and that did it. He’s excited to eat again and I can’t appreciate her words enough. You all are very lucky to have someone like her! Thank you to everyone there, I’ve never met a dog so exited to go to the vet as Onyx is because he loves everyone there too!
