Dr Rand is very knowledgeable and cares what happens with your pet. He and his staff take the time to explain things so you have all the information needed to make decisions that affect the wellbeing of your pet. I highly recommend this animal clinic.

The care is great but it’s expensive

I am a new client with The Animal Clinic. Getting an appointment was a quick and easy process. I was grateful for the opportunity to have an in person appointment with the doctor. I really appreciate the time that Dr Seibert spent with me reviewing options for the mass on my dogs shoulder and her chronic allergies. He explained diagnostics, treatments, expected outcomes and his advice to what he would do for his dogs. This helped me make the best decision for my dogs plan of care. My dog can be very nervous and she is a pit bull mix breed, he did not hesitate to get on the floor with her and take his time with the exam for her to warm up. The nurse and other staff I encountered were equally kind and helpful throughout the process of becoming a new client.

Bella is terrified of the vet as many dogs are, but the staff is very good with her. Dr Nick handles her very well, is soothing and caring. We're very happy taking our babies to the Animal Clinic!

If I could, I would divide this review into two segments. I would give the Vet Techs, my Veterinarian, Dr. Belliveau, and the office and support staff 5 stars+! They are all wonderful, caring, accommodating and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good about them. But over the past two years the costs of services at the Animal Clinic have skyrocketed. I had my 4 year old dog (with no health problems) in for his annual shots, a wellness exam, and heartworm test, and the bill was over $300. That did NOT include heartworm or flea and tick medication. I find that extremely expensive. I have never considered pets a luxury, but essential to a family, but with these rising costs there will be many who can no longer afford to have a pet, or at least a healthy one.

The folks who work here are caring and thoughtful and knowledgeable. Always a good experience.

Dr. Belliveau is always amazing. He takes care of my pup like his own. Suzanne at the desk goes above and beyond to make sure the vet gets all the information he needs. I'll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Paul and the rest of the staff are very kind and friendly. They make taking your pet to the doctor the easiest item on your to do list.

My dog was suffering with bad ear infections prior to visiting the Animal Clinic. He hasn't had any problems in months! They take good care of him each time I take him in.

A wonderful team of caring individuals who love my dog almost as much as I do ! Dr Paul is the best Veterinarian I have ever had. He is kind and compassionate and cares about pet parents and their pet.

Dr. Paul and staff are incredible, caring and professional! My dog loves them and they have been amazing since we first started seeing them when he was a puppy. When my dog got an eye injury on Christmas Eve, the Animal Clinic staff were able to treat him quickly and with the highest quality of care. They are wonderful people and caretakers. They treat your pet like family!

Everyone was friendly and helpful and good with my cats.

People are helpful, kind, trustworthy and understanding. I do feel like the prices are too much compared to my last veterinarian that is in another county.

There is still no going inside w your fur buddies, but the service is still great!!

I really like Dr. Rand and think he is an excellent vet so my rating of a 3 is no reflection on him. I don’t like the continued practice of requiring pet owners to stay in the car for the visit. I understand this was necessary during the height of Covid but I think it’s continued because it’s easier for the clinic in that they don’t have to deal with people as much. This practice is stressful on my pet and stressful on me. Also visits (while I am sure competitive) extremely expensive.

Dr.Rand spent time with me explaining my cat's issues and how they can be addressed.He is a very caring and knowledgeable Doctor.Love his bedside manner,truly loves animals.He didn't push any vaccines or tests to inflate my bill. Highly recommend this group

Very nice staff and Dr.that showed me that they really cared about my pets well-being. Vet and tech were very informative and interacted excellent with my pet. I highly recommend this clinic to any new pet owner
