They delivered a couch set that I had selected. The next day they called me and asked me how everything was going. I told him, to tell the truth I didn't particularly care for the couch after using it for 24 hours it was uncomfortable due to back problems. They offered to bring a different couch set out going so far as to send me pictures and having me select which couch I would like. The Manager and delivery were courteous, kind, really cared what their customer thought and we're total professionals. I have used Rent-A-Center off and on for the last 20 years and this is why. People really care about their customers and go up and above what most companies nowadays would.

I've been shopping here for years and there always on point with everything! Very helpful and honest employees the furniture is great quality!

The people who work here are great. It may not always be the best option, but it works the best when you have poor credit. Will always do six months same as cash here.

I fell behind in payment, Covid had messed up everyone, during this time my neighbors moved out and everyone became infested with roaches. I called Rent a center corporate to let them know, I spoke with the regional manager and let him know, and spoke with the store and movers that showed up (who witnessed roaches coming out of the furniture crawling on the walls) I showed them proof that management was trying to get the infestation under control. They picked up everything that was theirs and left which is fine that’s why we made the appointment. But I do want to make everyone aware that if you rent from the location in Stuart Florida yes you will end up with roaches. I wish someone had told me that they pick up infested furniture before I rented from them. They are probably the reason for the infestation from the beginning because my neighbor rented from them too. At the end of the day I bought a king size mattress and bedroom set for 2,500 less then what rent a center charged me.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! No compassion, no understanding no regards to valued customers!!!!!!

Most unorganized group of employees ever in my life. Right from initial order to payments now. They need to work on customer service more than making payment due phone calls to people who haven't missed a payment.

True Customer Support - So rare in today's business climate - I use them annually for beds when company is here. Sam is the guy to see.

These guys are garbage!... Wish i never did business with them!... if you want a big headache and a lot of hidden charges you'll love these guys!... They start off by dropping off a dryer with huge scratch on the door... probably used already!... Then they call you every payday instead of once a month? Even started calling me the day befote i would get paid?...If these guys call you at work and you tell them not to, you can make a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (i just made one) Go to home depot and save yourself the headache!... Not sure if its garbage employees or garbage company policy but they wont be getting any business from me anymore!...

I had a terrible experience with the Rent A Center in Port St. Lucie so I brought my business here and it was a very good decision!

Sam was outstanding to work with here. He is an extremely helpful and caring person. I rented furniture for my mom as we had to move my mom to assisted living quickly. Sam delivered the furniture we discussed on time and when we were done renting, he picked it up timely as well. Thank you Sam!
