Stuart Petco grooming has been a great experience. Keri is a top notch groomer. Our dog usually cries and whines as soon as she gets a whiff of what is happening. Here, Daisy gets welcomed and greets Keri with kisses before her service. She looks amazing after the work too!

Undergoing renovation to make the experience better. Nick is a great dog trainer and I highly recommend his services!

It's okay, I primarily go here for the saltwater fish and some aquarium supplies. I have interacted with helpful staff and not so helpful ones.

Every time I go here it's out of stock. And what I mean by this is I own reptiles, cats, dogs, fish I go in there for salt for my fish tank there is none available I go in there for Aspen sheddings for my blue tongue skink there's none available. I place an online order it says it's available I go in there it's not available.

They always have what we need for our kitty cat :-)

Great store. Nice staff. Only downside is that the parking lot is very difficult. Sometimes I have to skip a trip just because there's no parking available. They also have no designated parking spots for curbside pickup which kind of defeats the purchase of it. But overall great store. They always price match for me if something is less expensive online. And store pickup is great because I get a great discount. My main go to pet store is petco.

They have a huge selection and everyone is friendly and helpful.

We will never shop here again for any reason.

They did a great job with their vaccine clinic. We were in and out quickly and were able to get Allie up to date on her rabies shot and everybody was super nice. We picked up some treats and we are on our way in about 20 minutes.

This was my worst Petco shopping experience ever. I had a price adjustment that I needed to do. I admit it was Friday, Black Friday shortly before the store closed. I explained my situation to the gentleman behind the counter, which I assume was a manager, he was tall slender and had dark spikey hair. There is also a younger girl that was petite and blond who I assume was a sales associate. The manager only said to me that he never heard of anything like that and his entire career with Petco he was very abrasive in front of his staff and other customers and he walked away. I had to call customer service myself, they spoke to the kind young lady behind the counter. They confirmed what I said. And she was able to help me. On my way out I saw the gentleman once more I questioned as to whether he had a certain type of hamster in the store. He looked at me and said he wasn't aware what his inventory was, and walked away. I felt the need to politely remind him that it's never good business to kick a customer out of the store when they still want to spend more money no matter what time it is.. the moral of the story is never prejudge anyone especially a customer. The customer that does a $60 return today could be the customer that spends 600 dollars the next day. Retail is becoming a very small world you need to value each and every customer you have.

Used the website for a pick up order and it was a little confusing the way that worked but it was worth figuring out for the 20% discount they give. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with and very efficient. They are renovating the site right now and I'm sure God things are coming.

The fish tanks are loaded with dead or dying fish and their bettas which most are dying are kept in small cups, aquatic plants are dying, the management should be ashamed of the poor conditions at this location

Good Service and The Store Being Well Supplied

Store is laid out awkwardly. Not a great selection on dog treats other than crunchy ones. They do have good holiday stuff for pets tho (costumes and toys etc.) Price wise a bit more expensive but in a pinch it's located well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Do not have a regular need for pet supplies but Cashiers were very nice and when I do need something PETCO usually has what I need.
