Great to bring your pets ! I’ve been taking my old mama cat there for few times already and the staff are very friendly and Dr. Pacheco is very professional and taking great care of our pet ! Highly recommend this place !! Thank you so much everyone !

Even if my dog never gets well, Dr Pacheco CARED enough to not frighten him, to return my calls himself, not try to manhandle the dog at 1st visit, give options to try & use psychology on the dog instead of treating him harshly. He gave individualized care. My dog went in there with his usual anxiety bcuz so many vets have scared him & labeled him "aggressive" (he's never done anything but lick u to death), when he's just a scared big baby. Dr Pacheco made my dog feel calm & he laid there the whole visit. I pray he gets well, but at least there's a vet in this town that didn't have to "sedate" or muzzle him to treat him with love. The staff is wonderful & caring too, ty very much for making us feel at ease. Happy New Year.

Dr.Forquette has been amazing with my 2 elderly dogs. Unfortunately one passed away shortly after her visits. Goose is the best, but he has had numerous issues and she has handled them wonderfully well! Everyone there is very happy and greets him as soon as we walk in the door.

If you care about your animal you will NEVER bring them here!! The staff is the worst. They constantly put you on hold when calling and they don't seem to know what they are doing. My animal had surgery and wasn't given the proper care that was needed. I was told it would require a 1 night stay and it wound up being 3 nights. Not even a full 24 hours later I had to take my animal to another office and spend almost what I paid for the surgery to get the proper care needed. Once released, they never called for a follow up to see how my animal was doing and when I called and explained what happened they said they spoke to the other office I took my animal to. Save yourself the money and headache and NEVER bring your animal here!!

We started bringing our dog here when we moved to the area a few years ago and the staff is excellent. Our dog loves going there instead of being scared like he usually is at the vet.

I loved this clinic! Got shots and tests. The doctor (male) is a healer. He calmed my dog, bonded with him, and petted him the whole time. Careful, friendly, and patient staff. Excellent receptionists! Only neg is that the room was echoey.

I am new to the Stuart area and needed to get my two dogs groomed. Animal Care Extraordinaire was pretty close to where I live, so I made an appointment. Once I was there and experienced the caring staff, I thought why not bring the dogs here for any veterinary care? Every single person I have encountered at Animal Care Extraordinaire has been extraordinary!. Receptionist, vet tech, vets. This is a top-notch place and I'm so glad I found it. It is one-stop-shopping: grooming, vet appointments, pet hospital and kennel. All with unparalleled professional staff.

We haven't had the procedure done yet, but we met with Dr. Ronald Ball and he explained to us everything in terms that we completed understand. He was confident and when I reached out to the Treasure Coast Great Dane Gang, this was the number one vet used.

Our Sweet Oliver was visiting the Palm City area for the winter in 2021. He was diagnosed with a Collapsed Trachea several years ago. His cough intensified and we had exhausted medical options for his condition. We made an appointment with Dr. Faurquette and along with his Ohio medical team we saw him through to a peaceful passing ???????????????? We are grateful for Dr. Faurquette, her knowledge, professionalism and compassion. We will forever miss our beloved Toy Poodle Ollie????

They saved my little girl’s life! I brought her to another vet closer to my house and they misdiagnosed her with a GI infection and her sent her home. She was lethargic for days. Almost a week later she was getting progressively worse and I wasn’t getting any answers and was in tears over it. I went to animal care in the past so I called them and they gave me the first appointment available that morning. You’d think as a dog mom taking your pooch to the Dr. will make them better, but not all vets are created equal and Dr. Ball knew right away what was wrong with her. It took him 2 seconds to figure it out just by examining her. The surgery was expensive but it was my own fault for letting it go so long. And it was a lot less than what the ER vet would have charged. Learn from my mistake and Spay and neuter your dogs early on! You won’t regret it.

They saved my 10 year old Pomeranian’s life! I brought her into another hospital where they misdiagnosed her. For days I was left with no answers or a proper diagnoses and she was getting progressively worse. Until I went with my gut and brought her in to animal care extraordinaire. They gave me the first available appointment with DR. Ball and I am so glad we went because he performed the life saving surgery she needed the same day. He went above and beyond for my sweet little girl. I can’t say enough good things about them or thank them enough. I will never go to another vet again!

Dr Ball is patient and thorough. I have a protective puppy and he barked every time Dr Ball walked into the exam room.but Dr Ball allowed him to sniff him and made sure he felt comfortable. That is a great Vet quality!!!

I've been bringing my pets to Animal Care since I was kid, over 30 years ago! The doctors and staff are fantastic and provide top notch care for my pet. :-)

Harry Truman, Dewey and Teak just returned home from Animal Care Extraordinaire. They were not looking forward to their annual heart worm shot, but everyone was so nice and kind to them that they calmed down and wagging tails were good all around. They always love their time with the docs and the staff at ACE! I love knowing that they are receiving excellent care.

They were very helpful with our problems with our puppy and I love the 7 day a week access to care. Very happy we found them!! Angus is now 2 and we are happy to take him to be cared for by the Doctors as well as to be groomed.

Extremely competent and friendly staff. Nice facilities and following safe Covid protocols. A bit pricey compared to other vets we have used. Highly recommend.

Time to find a new Vet service . First of one of the receptionist is consistently rude...I was double charged on the last visit ..over charged on the last 2 visits before that ....My dogs likes to go everywhere...but after about 6 visits....they dont wanna get out of the PU when they see Animal Care Extraordinaire. I let the dogs speak for themselves. woof

The girls on the phone were friendly and efficient. They have a great system in place for Covid-19, and the exam room was immaculate. Heather was so sweet and gentle with my (very unhappy) cat!! Dr. Ball was extremely kind and thorough. He took the time for questions and provided helpful, detailed answers. So nice to take my pet to a place where people clearly love what they do! ????

Really a pleasure dealing with this organization. having problems with your pet is always a scary especially with the unknown possible financial costs involved. I find these people reasonable to deal with and I also got a call from the vet two days later to check on things and bring me up to date on what is needed and not needed. Also didn't push a bunch of extra tests that were not necessary
